If you take your business payments seriously then stay away from this app. They’ll leave you hanging and then charge you a premium for the pleasure of having your business ruined. NOT RELIABLE and pretentious on top of it.

You have to restart your membership to get client information. They won’t give you a refund. Trash.
Another update, another fiasco
SM8 12 requires 2-step verification to connect with Xero now, so we signed up for it. Except, it doesn’t work! The code never arrives. It is the busiest month of the year for us, and we’ve been locked out of our account for SIX DAYS! All we get from support is platitudes. No way to undo it, no way to go back, and seemingly no way to get the code. Horrendous!
Version 10 is NOT user friendly
This new version makes it really hard to switch between my Forman accounts. As I am constantly looking at everybody’s schedule. Also it’s harder to schedule jobs into different folders.

Bugs
Fantastic concept, they do a few things right, but don’t expect anything to work intuitively or how you think it should, expect little to no customer support from the company. You can find a rag tag group of users on Facebook who will all kindly provide workarounds to how make it work better.
Garbage compared to other apps out there.
Crappy app. I spent 2 hours trying to use it to send a quote to no avail. So I downloaded “Invoice Simple” and had it sent to the client in 5 minutes.

Not as advertised
This was advertised as a measuring app. It is no such thing. I’m trying to figure out what exactly this app is, because so far it’s 100% useless.

Hack company
This app will probably be pretty good in a couple of years after people who know their way around the business world correct all the problems with this app. After typing everything out on a new quote for an hour I switched out to look at something on the Internet and lost all of my work. Amongst many other problems these people need to review how their app works

I keep having issues so am Looking for an alternative for invoicing. it just feels like they aren’t paying attention to my issues or I am a second rate customer. And I hate writing reviews like this. I like positive reviews
Interface with Quickbooks desktop
I like the features of this app and it greatly improved our efficiency in the field, the bottle neck occurs with the interface to Quickbooks Online only. Quickbooks Online doesn’t fit into our business and unfortunately eliminates this opportunity to use this app.
