Pop up ads over bar code
Infuriating pop up bs ads over the bar code when trying to scan. The developers that did this have never actually used the app.

Refund With a Giftcard?
Throughout my experience with this app, the refund process and just getting the refund itself is painful. I placed an order June 13th, I am still resolving this issue today June 22nd! The sheetz customer service team decided to give me a gift card for the amount I spent on my actual account. Where do they determine I wanted a gift card after asking for a refund?
Phone App Stinks
I am unable to access this App consistently.
Didn’t let charge through
Wouldn’t let me use my saved card information to pay, and then it doesn’t let me remove or update card information…just keeps asking me to verify the payment selected but it won’t even show me what the information is…just only allows to “add” and when I decide to add one more to the two existing ones to use it says again “payment declined please check info.”…they are all open to purchase credit cards.

It’s 2026 with technology and AI systems like silicone Valley and not even Silicon Valley but companies that can make this app better and this company, Sheetz and the CEOs or being done for this app to be upgraded definitely needs to be done because it is slow it’s annoying ONE STAR

Online customization
Sheetz is not as good as it used to be. App allows NO customization. You have to order it the way they prepare it. Can’t even do something as simple as taking sour cream off my nachos. What about the people with allergies or picky people? I’ve stopped spending my money at sheetz and now go to WAWAS. Do better.
Offers frequent don’t work
They frequently send offers for say $2 off an order, and they frequently don’t work.

Haven’t been able to use the app in months as my phone is not compatible with the updates. I used it all time too. What a bummer.

Couldn’t even add an address for delivery. Nothing would appear there when I would type it

Your app is incredibly buggy, nothing lets you log in or reset your password. When you do get in you can’t place a mobile order. Might as well go to Wawa.

The Sheetz brand has tanked in the past year IMO in general, I went nearly daily for years and now I maybe stop by a few times a year but lately it’s just been terrible. Currently your app won’t even function so I’m really just not sure what point there is supporting this brand anymore.

Mobile Order Refund
When you order on the app and show up to the store if they don’t have all of your order you have to reach out to the app to get a refund. They give you no proof that your order wasn’t completed. Putting the burden on the customer to get their refund. They do this hoping the customer won’t want to be bothered with it and then they can just keep your money aka a corporation stealing from its customers.

Should be away to ask for things to be done to your food, the original vision was MTO made to order, the app limits you to button pushes cannot make common changes. The vision is gone there

App Speeds Unbearable
With the later updates, paging between screens when ordering an item takes 15 seconds, no matter the connection. I timed it. Its quicker to order inside than to wait endlessly to add items to the bag.
Also, the wait times are “16 minutes” at the three Sheetz locations, no matter the crowd level.

Sheetz has high potential. If my only option for store pick up would a through you app. Then make the app functional. It freezes constantly.
Great food, terrible app

Stupid decisions were made
The app, which I use all the time on multiple devices, suddenly made me have to reauthenticate again AND reverify my email address again. That’s freaking dumb.
rewards issues
While its nice to be able to use the app for rewards and such the lack of explaining how all each of the rewards function makes them less than useless. should explain which items are part of the deal instead of having to go up to the register and find out its not part of it for some reason. Glad i am soon moving away from where sheetz services and i can find somewhere that has rewards explained better.
