iPhone and iPad app is not working and won't let you login using email ID and password. Also they hide cancellation - so you don't cancel your plan.
Worst UI and Cheap Customer Service
I had very bad experience with customer service centre on subscription. I don’t recommend it at all.

For the amount of money one is paying for subscription vs the content availability and quality overall app experience it is certainly not worth it.
Their Developer tests the app in live environments

Movie not working
I tried lots of movie but it’s not working say try again. Can you fix it

I have tried twice to login in the gap of 3-4 months after taking subscription but the app shows I am already logged in which is strange. The app is a scam and it takes away money first. So anyone from USA plz do not get this scam app
Can’t buy subscription
I have been trying to purchase subscription on my Mac, iPad, iPhone and all other devices I have. This app and website needs some serious updating - I’m trying to buy subscription but it won’t let me lol
App Upgrade
In my opinion this app needs a major upgrade. Compared to other apps, they lack some serious features. There is no option to multi task while wartching, you have to stop watching to do something else. They should look at all other streaming apps to remain competitive…

Charging auto renewal with credit card
They store credit card info and charge full amount on auto renewal. Basically they put this in terms and conditions. Not worth spending so much money. Quality of original content is really bad.

Errore after buying subscription
I wanted to watch gunrati movie I bought subscription but now I m not able ro see movie because anytime i start it’s showing an error to start movies. This is fake.

I just paid $21.64 dollars for the premium plan and it’s not letting me watch the show I paid for it keep saying unable to purchase subscription as is linked to another user they are scammers do not get this app. They really just got my money and I can’t I watch any of the premium shows !!!!
Don’t get the app
I regret subscribing to shemaroome. It’s waste of money. Once I started subscription, I was not able to log in the app. The app said the email is not registered and asked to try another login method and the same id worked on internet browser. Moreover when I played Shemaroo on my TV half of the titles didn’t play. I contacted customer service and they kept asking for more and more information in separate emails rather than solving the issue. I supplied them with screenshots and they asked for video recordings. I provided recordings then they asked for app version. When I provided that they started asking for my tv model number. They just keep delaying rather than asking for all the required information at once. Even when I play a movie it suddenly stops in between. How can I provide a recording for that ? It’s not that I’m going to know when it will stop playing in the middle. If you’re thinking to get subscription - Don’t get it !

All the apps are not working properly
Neither iPhone nor Web apps are working properly. All the movies have louder background music than the actors voice.

This is only for India users. To use out of india you need a vpn. Too much hassle for an app that doesn’t work right. Video player is absolutely trash!!

App shows a banner to select language, always… no matter how many times you close it And once yo select language, it doesn’t have option to change it…

More then 50% programming does not work.
I have primer yearly membership which work for new programming but old programs/shows keep buffering. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The word Slowness is an understatement for this app. The app is literally crawling to stream content. It takes 5 mins after a click for the app to respond. The content seems good but you don’t get to watch it due to the pathetic app response. ShemarooMe needs to fire the developers that created this app for them

Hi I just downloaded the app and also subscribed ($9.99 per month). The content doesn’t even load. Streaming really bad. Very disappointed. Please don’t use this app. Please return the money and cancel my subscription. Thx Shiva

Cannot cast anywhere!
Is this for real?? An app in 2021, a steaming app that doesn’t let you cast or stream the content on tv! Cannot cast on Chromecast, doesn’t work with airplay! The only way out is to mirror my tab from web (PC) to Chromecast at which point its not streaming or casting but mirroring and that’s not how you watch paid content!!

Chromecast not working
I bought a subscription but I can not cast any content. Chromecast logo is not appearing in any content.

The App isn't Working ! Its a very good App with lots of favorable content. But somehow it says no internet connection and doesn't work :(
Very expensive and only one user, no casting either.
Compared to Netflix, Amazon, Hotstar, also YouTube. This app is not good

App is not listed in local network access, app doesn’t have a list of access in ios settings. $9.99 monthly subscription & you cannot cast from phone to tv, nor you find their app on smart tv. Their developers should test ios app & chromecast with latest iOS before asking for more details.

I got this on 1/31/2021 and cancelled right away but apple cannot refund and was asked to contact developer can you please help with refund
Bad quality and No movie forward option
Qty of the pictures is not good and mostly there is no forward option nor pause option. Forced to watch everything.. got annoyed and uninstalled the app..
Doesn’t connect to chrome cast
I thought the purpose of ShemarooMe creating an app with all these entertainment opportunities was so the family to get together and enjoy. Of course that cannot be done through a small device, but the app does not connect to chromecast or Roku. Any money spent buying the subscription is a waste unless it’s able to be viewed on tv. So disappointed.

Can’t watch any content on TV via chromcast. It says it supports smart tv app however, my Samsung smart TV does not have option of Shemaro me.

Password Reset Doesn’t Work and No Support
As such this seemed like a good subscription but I forgot my password and when I click on forgot password, I do not get any email with password reset link, it has been more than 12 hours and still haven’t received it. Only way to contact support is to submit a query from online but I haven’t received any response yet. I tried password reset from desktop as well but no luck. Essentially I cannot watch movies I am paying for nor can I cancel subscription.
