Don’t create a ‘brand’ using this. Their Terms of Service Agreement gives them the right to use whatever you create to sell your design. Maybe they never would- but they could. It’s like you build a house, they get a key and can use anytime without paying a dime. Read the terms carefully, few other companies have that type of language in their Terms agreement.

Just doesn't work.
Wanted to like this and use it and the interface seems easy but you press buttons and the app just hangs. Couldn't really get anything done with it. The icon just spins around and the app just hangs.

Late delivery
I ordered a shirt with the 8-10 day deliver option, leaving an additional week buffer, because the app says it generally takes 2-5 days to fulfill and order. I’m still not receiving my shirt until 3 days after the event where I’m supposed to wear the shirt…. making the shirt completely useless after I receive it.

Okay, this might be the worst app I have ever downloaded. I rarely ever write negative reviews, but this app was so bad DO NOT DOWNLOAD. the T shirts are WAY overpriced and bad quality all colors are black, blue , red , gray, dark grey and purple. The colors are way to dark and there are not enough fonts. All the fonts are gothy or just plain. I wanted to design a lighthearted sweatshirt for a performance and it just did not work out again DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Moves lettering and words by itself , can only put your design in the tiniest of box front and back, just all around a bad editing app, cant move anything cause it will freeze then just move by itself all the way of the shirt, very annoying

The shirts are like 26$ and the quality is just terrible like I wore it and then like the third time I wore it the shirt started to peel I also washed and dried it and the shirt shrank also one of my shirts was absolutely horrible the image was super blurry and when I touched the shirt it was super sticky like it was cheap. Also takes a super long time to even get the shirt. 3/10 rating for me also too hard to even type and there is not copy and paste

I have only had this app for 10 minutes and I hate this app already. I tried to customize my own sweat shirt but then this thing pops up that said “an unexpected error occurred” and then it won’t let me press any other buttons to pick a different thing to customize but it forces me to exit out of the app completely. It is soooooooo annoying!!! Don’t download this app but if you do…

Take so long to load
I got on the app and I picked a shirt designAnd it never loaded it was just a black screen and I couldn’t press any other buttons

This app does not have good quality in their product… 2 shirt i got looked like they were wash and worned… the print is cheap and blurry even if you give them high def pictures or logo… The first 2 shirts were pictures and kinda worned down, they looked like they were put thru the wash a couple of times, definitely dis not have that new clothes feel. Then i sent a sweater with a business logo, it came back crooked, and literature barely visible, unlike how it looked like on the preview in the app. They offer refunds on they policies, they just can’t take the product back…. I sent them pictures about the logo and all they said was user error, bad logo def and only gave me a refund of $11 for shipping… F this app, cheap and petty in not trying to keep a customer specially when I bought 3 items all sucked and i just wanted one to get reimbursed. Do not use for any big others, rookies in the field… one star is too much for these punks

Trash printing quality
I’ve never been so unimpressed in my life. $40 for a custom graphic tee and the printing is so terrible. Just buy a heat press on Amazon and shirts in bulk. Do not use this app to design and order shirts in bulk. I’m disgusted and feel bamboozled. These shirts should be no more than $15-20 after shipping with how low the quality of the graphics are
Absolutely HORRIBLE.
First, the stuff you make are EXTREMELY overpriced. One piece of clothing is 40+ DOLLARS. Second, there are too much ads that I can barely even make my clothing! This app is a scam and it should be deleted!!!

Freedom of speech is dead
I designed and ordered a custom shirt expressing my opinion of a current event. The was no profanity, no copyrighted material and literally nothing offensive. I paid for the shirt and they immediately charged my bank account. The next day I received an email stating that my shirt order was cancelled and it would take 5-10 days to get a refund. I inquired asking why they would not make the shirt and got no response. It is incredible that someone decided they didn’t like my design and censored my first amendment right to free speech and freedom of expression. I could understand if there was profanity or images of violence, but this was innocent. In these times of stepping on the constitution and suppressing free speech I am saddened that a T-shirt company is deciding what is appropriate. I’d love to live in a society where we are free to be ourselves again. I’m am deleting this app and will never order from them again.

I bought a white hoodie, and it was quite expensive for the price. When it came the quality was poor, and the picture printed on it was very low grade and dark, also it took a long time to get to me, shipping is slow.

Unable to locate shirts
I was very hopeful for this service to work out but I’m now 4 days after the given delivery date and cannot locate the shirts through either UPS or USPS, will probably never use this app again and would like my money back.

I ordered 4 custom shirts just for them to email me and say they couldn’t print one so they would refund me.. so I got my refund and I was awaiting for my order I got a tracking number so I then clicked it and it was invalid.. it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my package. Can someone help me please at least reach out !!!
Waste of time.
After submitting my design they, cancelled it with no specific reasoning. They told me in an email that they have the right to cancel any order without any explanation. Then told me to read the terms which is as long as a book. Pathetic. My design did not violate any copywriting. Since they rejected it I have since given my design to another company and they designed it while I waited. Don’t waste your time with a company that will not give you any explanation to why they won’t design your shirt.

Magic button
They got rid of the button to get rid of the background of the image you add. Thought maybe it was just a temporary thing, but it’s been about 2 years now. That was a very helpful feature.
Cost
The Hoodie was advertised at 46.95 but the final Price was $58.95 that’s a 12 dollar difference the tax is Crazy.

So I bought 2 shirts and a hoodie for $94.18 since I had the Welcome20 discount but the delivery fee was $9.50 and it hasn’t came yet it has been 14 days and it still hasn’t came yet. I ordered it before hand to get it on my girl birthday but her birthday passed now
Don’t waste your time or money
First off, ordering a single T-shirt is very expensive. Second, the shirt they send you is awful quality. Thin, cotton that will shrink the second you was it. The app itself is easy to work in but there is no way to size your design with size parameters. You place your design on the shirt hoping the size you made, will look ok. It’s very difficult to determine the right size of design if you are doing a small left chest logo. The shirt I made looked great in the design but when I received the shirt it was twice as big as what it appeared in the app. No quality control whatsoever. If you like dark colored clothing such as black or navy blue the final print looks awful and there is color bleed through because this is DTG printing, not silk screen. The printed ink is much thinner than screen print is and looks like you’ve worn it for years before it’s ever been washed. I won’t be ordering any more shirts from this company. Good luck to those that do and I hope your results are better than mine.
Not to sure what to think
Been using this app since 2019, when it first came out it was awesome. You could curve text and even bend and do a lot more than you could now. Now it’s just laggy and takes for ever to load they never post on any social media so you think they aren’t even around anymore. I’m not sure what’s been goin on but I used to use this app for all my clothing needs, now I try and just give up on all the issues the app has in actually creating stuff. They’ve been ‘promising’ us since forever that they’ll bring older stuff back and more colors, this and that etc… feel like these guys just gave up one day.
Remember Shirtapp, if you’re using something to make you money then you might want to invest back into it every so often kinda how a business runs. Might just be me, who knows.

I’m not sure why, but I can’t select certain colors for certain garments.. inconvenient. The boarders are trash. Can only do centered images. Can’t really get creative but it’s a free app so I guess what else should you expect.

I enjoyed creating the shirts. App is fun but not really user friendly. Love the shirts i made but the photo print was very low quality. Pretty sure its not gonna last even one wash before it fades off. Too expensive.
Need more work
This app doesn’t allow you to creat The idea that you’re looking for. The app on a let you design the front or the back instead of letting you design the arms of the hood area. But it does let you use your own design but it doesn’t let you place it where you want to place it has its own center which makes my desire of center which takes away from the app again.

Great app but the finished product is very low quality. The printing and imagery looks as if the printer ran out of ink. Dulled colors or cheap ink and very cheap thin garments.
Do not use for a clothing line
Good quality printing but they over charge you. They print on a Gildan t-shirt which is the cheapest shirt on the market. And on top of that charge about 29 dollars a shirt.Very over priced better off finding a local T shirt printing store.
