I added a new payment method and Shop took my previous default payment method. There is no way on this site for me to correct this error on your end. Very disappointing. After I receive my order, I will not be ordering again. Unhappy customer.
No studs
Sneakers are previewed and listed as “with studs!” They are material only not one embellishment. For the price this is a full misrepresentation.

I got a notification of a purchase of 500 gf i didnt make. On shipping adress info it had not an adress but if u need help call (suppot) including a phone number. There was no way for me to cancel this order.
horrible update

Don’t buy from them
I placed an order with them 4 months ago and have not received the order yet all I get is to wait no refund just wait. I would recommend you look around and buy from someone else.

Confusing
Address
There is no edit option for address delivery. The app fill up automatically with the wrong address and I won’t receive my order
Installment payment
I use to be able to drop down all my installments and pay them off and see what needs to be paid… that is no longer showing. I can’t imagine that I would have to go into my order history and see if I can locate my installments so that I can actually pay them. It’s counteractive and I might stop using shop if it’s going to be this hard now to simply find my active installments and pay them.

This app sucks
For an app used to track shipping, it doesn’t do a good job. I’ve had to go in mark may packages as delivered. What’s the use in using an app that does tracking when it doesn’t track properly?
Poor delivery
For the money I paid I am VERY disappointed! Food box was dropped at the ground in the heat and I’m in the room next to the door and never a knock or doorbell. Meat is thawed all ice packs are thawed(5)! Delivery in Florida should have had better judgement!
Shop sending out false notifications
Within the last hour, I’ve received two notifications from Shop. The first was about an order that was delivered on April 24, the second was about an order that was supposed to be delivered today…which just arrived minutes ago…telling me that it had been delivered. Shippers and customers beware that Shop is sending out false notifications about deliveries.

What a waste of an app. It does not identify who the sender is, so I get all these notices about stuff arriving but I have no idea which one of my online purchases they are talking about. Duh!

I downloaded this app and I got a phishing order. I tried to report it but they directed me to call the number on the order, which is a part of the scam. I will not be using this app again. If you do, be cautious.

Infested with scammers. Stay away. Fake “orders” scaring you into calling to cancel expensive orders. Actually says “out for delivery” in the app. Wtf! How is it possible the app developers/creators have no checking software to sweep off fake stores?
HORRIBLE UPDATES
The app keeps making AWFUL updates. It’s too focused on adding AI that it’s become visually ugly, but also, it doesn’t work. My pending orders disappear into the list of delivered orders so they are hard to find. That’s one of it’s best features and now it is completely unusable.

Title: Order never delivered, zero accountability
I ordered a Sanrio Plush Bouquet on April 16th and have STILL not received anything. No updates, no tracking progress, nothing-just “waiting for details” for weeks. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when you’ve already taken my money.
I even reached out to support and got no meaningful response. At this point, it feels like customers are being ignored after purchase. A business that can’t communicate or fulfill orders shouldn’t be operating like this.
The product looked cute, but that doesn’t matter if it never arrives. Save yourself the frustration and don’t order from here unless you’re okay with being left in the dark.

I’ve been scammed 3 times from products on this app. This company has a zero accountability policy from its vendors.
Size runs small
The shoe doesn’t fit. I normally wear a 7/7.5. Ordered a 7.5. Will not be able to wear them. Asked for info for exchanging but no response. Anyone know how to exchange them for a larger size???
Latest update Broke the App
Since I updated this app, now I can archive orders that have been delivered or update orders that have been delivered. Now it’s just a mess of an app with no value.

The New Update Sucks
Everything is harder to find! It was easy to find orders and settings before. Now you have to click through more things to find something. Harder find order history, harder to find archived order, and I can’t for the life of me find where they have put the installments tab. Before it was with your orders. Makes sense. Now you have to click on the specific order and sometimes it doesn’t even show up. Not to mention all of the orders are buried. You made it easier to spend money but harder to management what you’ve bought!
Shipping notifications are horrid
The shipment notifications are so off! It’s hard to track something when you don’t have accurate data. Do better

This app is so sketchy! It is constantly saying that things have been delivered for me, and nothing is in my mailbox. I’ve lost money using this app because of scams. Unacceptable!

If I was able to give this app a 0 star I would but this is the lowest and the reason why is because I have gotten scammed more than 3 times where I buy some thing from te app just to not get any updates about my purchase for more than 5 months and I still yet have not gotten any updates on all 3 of them. Also I tried contacting them but they told me some bs abt hor they can’t do anything abt it and I have to contact the seller even though the sellers don’t reply which I told them about. Shop pls refund my stuff.

I just want to be able to click on a tracking number and track my package, not jump through hoops to give you my information and track my package. Just give me the tracking number…

Terrible package tracker
I downloaded this app to track a package I ordered. To start, I shouldn’t need to download an app to track a package. But even after downloading the app, entering a code from an email to sign in, skipping a survey, and declining push notifications, the package tracking information would not load. I feel impatient complaining about this but a website would have given me the information I wanted in a fraction of the time I took to learn nothing. The fact that this app is described in the app store as a “Shopping app and package tracker” is just adding insult to injury. This app’s package tracker is a frustrating, non-functional version of a viable non-app-based service. The only thing the Shop app can do that a website couldn’t is request more user data and manipulate people into spending more money.
I had a far higher opinion of Shop before I downloaded the app. As a standardized payment and shipping processor for small online businesses, Shop seems quite good. But it wouldn’t be as profitable to stop there, therefore this terrible consumer-facing app exists.

New AI interface makes this unbearable
The new additions of AI to the app has made it nearly unusable for me. My orders are showing completed, when many haven’t shipped. I have to go dig for past orders that I didn’t have to prior to the changes. I think I will be trying to stop using shop pay for anything if I can avoid it.

Customer service sucks then never answer or return calls or emails been trying for over a month and no response, they sent me a bottle 13 days ago and now another one just came today and I’ve been charged twice in one month which was unauthorized and I will make a claim with my bank ! This product is amazing but this company sucks !

I can no longer archive orders. Not sure why the developer feels the need to change the layout of this app every other month for no reason.
Update: Gets worse with every new update they push. Now orders that are over a month old and have yet to be fulfilled are hidden. Extra clicks now required to see them.

I’ve had this app place orders that I never placed. Shipping address isn’t even mine! This has happened twice now! Buyers beware!!

The service is horrible I order something from based and It arrived 1.5 weeks later and the app said “waiting for details”

Complete scammers , stay away from all this wannabe buisness or seller they will scam you out of your money . They supposably deliver your items but you never receive them .
