This site is a complete scam. I signed up for a trial and when I went to cancel, there’s absolutely nowhere to cancel. I had to get 3 different debit cards before my bank finally stopped putting the charges through. It’s also $15 a WEEK. Just do not ever subscribe to them!!!
Waste of money
I purchased for a full month. When I got on the app to watch it stopped after only watching a few of the episodes and said I needed to purchase to become a vip member. I had already purchased for a month to watch. I contacted their support SEVERAL times to get the problem fixed and all they did was ask for the purchase receipt which I gave them several times proving I had paid for a full month. They never resolved anything and won’t give me my money back. I’ve never had a problem with any other apps like this. Be careful because they only seem to scam people.

I was on FB and decided to purchase the monthly membership it was on sale $19.99. Perfect made the purchase downloaded the app and was not able to watch. I contacted Shorts CS and sent my receipt no more communication they decided to block to me instead of refunding me my money. Be aware of this scam.
Don’t waste your money
Only reason they got one star is it made me. Paid for a month long subscription. Was able to watch one show. I have contacted them 3 times and provided proof of purchase at least 6 times after that they ghost me. Way better apps than this. Don’t wast your money.

Awful scam
Won’t allow me to cancel. Not responses from customer service. Claim there is no subscription under my email but they email me repeatedly. Absolute scam. I’m up to the point I have my bank involved and contacting fraud alerts. Worst app ever.

Has anyone had any success in canceling this so called service? Charges continue after I replied to the email provided multiple times. The response messages are in the form of a loop with the same 3 messages every time I try to cancel.

I canceled this app and they continue to charge my card weekly. On day one, they charged it several times

If I could give minus stars, I would. I subscribed; however, I never received what I paid for. Contacted support. Several emails later I still had no subscription and no refund for the subscription. No help whatsoever. So don’t trust this app or their service.

Do not fall for it! Will not take the subscription if you try through the web app and they try to “fix” through the Apple app. I am an idiot for falling for it.
Coins do a disappearing act
On this app when I’m watching the ads to collect coins they just disappear right after they are collected and I’ve wasted my time if this problem get fixed then I will give a better rating but other than that I really like the dramas but for more I’ll stick to watching DramaBox Reel Short and Good Short

I paid for the week trial but they continue to try to charge me to watch any of their movies.
What are the coins even for?
If you can’t ever earn enough coins to watch an episode, what is the purpose of them? I have a lot of these apps and this is by far the most outrageous.

I am a subscriber. Yet, the app is asking me for coins for EVERYTHING. I have contacted Customer Service many times! The closest to helping me was asking for my receipt, but then not responding to me when I I continued to send more requests for help. *CS claims they will respond in a few hours. I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks.

No customer service!
I switched phones and my shorts app vip yearly subscription did not carry to the new one. So I reported it numerous times and sent a copy of the receipt. No one answered my complaint. I even deleted the app and waited a week to download, then I purchased a vip weekly subscription and it didn’t work. I reported it again with no answer to my complaint. Don’t waste your money. Use reel short , DreameShort, and DramaShorts for the best vertical experience!

This app has a huge problem, loading content. This problem is consistent and persistent. It has some really good shows, but even with a paid subscription the glitching is horrible. I definitely will stop using it after my subscription expires. Sad because there are some good shows I’d really like to watch. It has several Eastern European produced shows that I would like to support, but they won’t load.

App's Not Working!

Does Not Load Content
I’ve tried everything. Closed the app, restarted it, turned on WiFi, turned off WiFi, restarted my phone, and still nothing. I definitely would not recommend this app. Glad I only paid for a week’s subscription.
App Barely Works
I paid for the subscription, got to see a few of their stories which are not bad but the app continues to glitch and not work. It needs more maintenance. Now I have paid for a service that doesn’t even work and I’m frustrated. I “reported” this issue on the app but is actually just a google doc in the form of a survey which doesn’t look professional.

I purchased a yearly subscription on this app via my iPhone. When I try to watch a short story via my iPad, it asked for more coins, even though I already purchased the yearly subscription.
Theme content
These movies are not as good as some of the other apps out there. The worst one was “My Sister Stole My Man”. When they said “he was like a Donald Trump, using fear and manipulation to get what he wanted.” That went too far. Although I had several days left on my subscription, I deleted the app. I watch these to get away from the hateful public, and here it is. Not enjoyable at all.
