Horrible customer service
I paid for the weekly subscription to see if I liked it. I didn’t go thru Apple for the subscriptions, I used the website. Well to cancel it has been horrible and I have been attempt to email company for weeks with no response. I have been charged numerous times, requested refunds because I attempted to cancel subscription well in advance but since I had no help or response I keep getting automatically charged. I have read the “terms and agreements” many times and actually deleted my account which wiped my record but I still continue to get charged. And I continue to email.

I am being charge weekly for a subscription I do not want. I did not purchase it in-app and since 6/14/26 I have been requesting via email to cancel subscription.
Beware of subscriptions
I wish I could rate this higher as I got enjoyment out of it at first. The issue came that I got my subscription not through Apple but card yet there is no way to unsubscribe so I am forced to keep paying the fee. There is no customer service or built in unsubscribe. (The unsubscribe button only takes you to apples plans. And the email they provide never replies).
Communication
Your app charged me on June 18th and I am still having to watch ads, this is fraud. Also your app support is a joke, I’ve tried emailing several times over the past few weeks and get an outgoing mail error.

5* until last update on iPad Pro M5 KILLED battery and history vanishes constantly again...
As title says, history keeps resetting, battery drain is wicked stupid...literally 51% on 10%~ volume and 10ish % brightness...in just 1hr 31mins. Any other app would run all day for that % and settings.
The download function is still a joke and deleting takes longer than downloading which is the dumbest thing I've literally ever seen in terms of data management outside of vanishing content...which they've been there done that. Watching downloads doesn't count towards daily tasks so another pointless thing.
Watch history, you saved list, watch progress...and other such are never saved...it's annoying and if I wasn't an annual member I'd walk away...

Poor Customer Support and Delayed Response
I’m leaving this review because I haven’t been able to get assistance through the usual support channels. I emailed the support team on June 7 to request cancellation of my subscription, but I have not received a response. Unfortunately, I was charged again today despite my cancellation request. Timely customer support is important, and this experience has been disappointing compared to other apps that respond more promptly to customer concerns.

This app is the worst, I have tried to cancel my subscription and this is now two weeks and it has yet to be cancelled. I have reached out to them via email and nothing has happened. It’s the worst. I need my US35.98 to be refunded and your subscription cancelled as per my request. I am very disgruntled.

Terrible app. I tried it out , wanted to cancel and there is no option to cancel your subscription. It’s not on my App Store and there’s no way to cancel in app so I’m being charged for something I don’t want. No one will respond to my emails.
Way too many ads
I understand companies have to provide an incentive to make people pay… but sheesh, man. You can barely use the app without an ad popping up, and the fact that mostly AI generated content costs more than a subscription for major streaming platforms is insane.

Subscription Fraud
It signs you up for a subscription that shows up no where on Apple or Google and than won’t allow you to cancel. It charges you weekly and won’t respond to support emails asking to cancel. Makes you give it one star to send this.
Too many ads
This app is a lot like the other short drama apps but worse because it gives you ads for just opening it, switching back to it from other apps or even just going back to the home page. It’s really frustrating when you’re trying to navigate the app :(

This app is trash. All the reviews that you see have to be paid or bots because there’s no way that anybody gave this a positive review. They want you to pay anywhere from $10-$19 to watch these videos.

Ordered through web to get discount. Now can’t cancel and had to dispute with my card. No reply through email. Not worth the hassle for the content.
Now where to cancel membership
It says cancel anytime, but there’s nowhere in the app to cancel the membership if you just want to try it for a week or month. Also, there’s a lot of fake previews of shows in the ads. Not cool.
I was robbed for $233 from this app!
Please do not purchase anything from this app. I was a loyal customer. All of 2025 where I was able to enjoy a one year subscription that I purchased back in December 20 24. Upon renewal date in 2025, $213 were deducted from my account and they received confirmation emails of renewal, but the subscription was never applied. It is now June 20 26 and I have not received an email of any kind after sending 5 to 7 emails pleading for help. Apple rejected my refund request stating it was in eligible for a refund. And I am unable to get in contact with anyone from this company. So please spare yourself the headache. Do not buy anything from this app. I’m going to keep posting this kind of comment on every platform until someone reaches out to me because I have yet to hear from anyone.

This app is constantly crashing and freezing on my iPad. There are many of their ai series that are mixed up with other series. I am also having trouble with full screen viewing correctly. Want a refund but there is no way to contact them about all of these issues! Pick a different drama app!!
Won’t cancel my subscription
I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription with this platform, since the middle of May and I have been getting no help in doing so. I did it through my credit card and not through the App Store. I’ve tried to explore all options that were provided with the app but was unsuccessful. So I tried to email them, multiple times, and received no reply each time. However, they still continue to charge my card despite the fact that I’ve been trying to cancel the recurring charge for weeks now. I’ve already disputed the last charge with my credit card company, with hope that it’ll get their attention and they can finally cancel the subscription.

Not the Best
Most if not all AI stories make no sense! Any story that has live actors you can find on other platforms. Unless you buy an unlimited package, you have to watch an add when returning to main screen. I regret getting this app!!
Not worth it..
I love watching short dramas I’ve downloaded a lot of them. I thought this one was going to be a good one until I started noticing that the points I earned wasn’t adding up. So I started watching them. Just as I thought they short change you the points. It will say +30 then you do the task and when it goes back it will give you the 30 points but then takes some away and honestly I didn’t notice at first. So focused on getting them until I realized I should’ve had way more than I had. So yeah they rip you off. Not really worth it honestly..
They Charge… You Get Nothing
They charge you for the subscription yet they do not ever allow you to use the subscription. And yes, I did check all of the stuff that I needed to. They took the money out. I never got access what I should have after paying. Do not use this app!

Taking my money
