I’m no longer frustrated but angry. I paid for the one week subscription and when I wanted to cancel it because I didn’t want it for another week I couldn’t. I wrote them four times and no response. I’ve been canceled an additional two times for two more unwanted weeks. I have tried to avoid canceling my bank card but with my fourth email going unanswered and a fourth week approaching I have to. I do not suggest using this app, it is a scam with no customer service that steals your money. And every time I see an advertisement for it as long as there’s a comment section, I will share my story and worn others from using it.

Don’t buy VIP
The app does not have a cancellation button to stop the weekly subs. No response to emails either. I have to put stop payments on their company through my bank and dispute it! Do not use the subscription option on this app.
I’m feeling upset
This app steals coins. I sit here for hours watching stupid ads to get coins then they turn around and steal them. Tf??? You know how annoying and slow ads are?I’m vexed. If it’s a malfunction, it needs to be fixed FAST. Like NOW!. Everything else is good but I’m giving the one star because of them stealing my coins.

Something is wrong with this company
I signed up about 4 months ago and than after a month I tried to cancel or delete my subscription on the app, I thought I did but some how they have been charging me and still I sent emails with no response to my subscription cancellation, be careful of this scam of an app. The videos are nice but their lack of support and communication is absolutely unacceptable.
Do Not Use
I just bought a week long pass and it crashed on me within a few hours. I cannot find the drama I was watching. The history and search do not work. Scrolling only brings more crashes. This is a waste of money.

I emailed the app two weeks ago with screenshots to prove that I had paid but was not getting service. They have neither responded nor fixed the issue. It is very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ll have to use my credit card company to get my money back. Such a pain.

A few good videos. Impossible to cancel. They will keep charging you. Many Asian dubbed movies. DO NOT DO IT! You will pay again and again!

The app signed me out and I lost my entire playlist. Then it removed my subscription from the app even though I’m still paying for it. I bought the yearly subscription. I’ve written the developers multiple times with no response. Be careful. When it worked, it was a truly great app.

I’m being charged weekly but I can’t watch it. I contacted customer service and they never replied. Don’t waste your money. They going to empty your bank account.
Deleted my watch list!!
I don’t know what happened as I was watching one of the shows, and then all of a sudden the entire app shut down, and when I tried to reopen it, my entire watchlist was gone! I pay for the weekly membership and would have given a five star review but due to the fact that I pay a lot of money to watch these shows and the app deleted my entire list, I wish I could only give it zero stars! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Inaccessible Ads
These are always advertised on third party apps like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. They are so scared of pirating that links never take you to the actual drama and the ads never reveal the name. If you download the app for a specific drama, good luck finding it. Even when the link reroutes you to the app, it takes you to the homepage. It completely defeats the purposes of advertising specific dramas. Really feels like a bait and switch and makes you wonder if the stories advertised even exist.

Forced ads and show name changes
The app literally forces ads when opening and after closing out of every video now!!! The experience is trash. The “Love Beyond Fate” name title is thrown on every film if it’s carried over from viewing on a different social media app which makes actually knowing the name of the film a nightmare to impossible!!! Only giving 2 stars because the shows are enjoyable but even trying to gain coins for free views is like pulling teeth

The app is does not have the the direct app to manage the account. No option to cancel.
Needs better communication
Subscribe for the ultimate weekly pass and for the first few days the app worked perfectly fine but then it wouldn’t let me watch full movies I sent Emails to the app hoping they would fix the problem before my weekly subscription expired but never got a response probably won’t be using this app anymore
