$5.99 gets you access to edit your videos with a shot tracing tool, but it does not trace the ball itself - you have to do all the tracing with the tool. Also it does not allow you to export the video after you’ve edited in the ball tracer unless you subscribe for an extra $10/mo! The app won’t live trace your ball unless you subscribe. Paying the $5.99 was a waste! Don’t even get access to use the edited video! I want my money back!

I demand a full refund. I thought as most of people who wrote a review that if you pay the $5.99 that’s it you don’t have to buy the membership that’s in every other app. I was wrong they make you pay for a membership and the app doesn’t even work correctly. Drawing my own line on a “app” that’s “supposed to do that for you” what a joke. I demand a full refund. I didn’t have the app for a full 10 minutes.

When i first purchased this app, the technology traced the ball automatically.
Now for some reason you have to trace the ball yourself, even when you cant see the ball in the video with your eye.

Pretty annoying there is a paywall just to test the app… and you require a subscription for nearly every feature. Slimy.
App crashes before startup
I must’ve bought this awhile ago, and it will not start on my phone. I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve done every bit of troubleshooting I can think of, and it still does not work
Don’t buy
Unbelievably buggy, app won’t launch, files won’t download, frames won’t lock. Very disappointing considering your paying for “premium quality”
Money Grabbers
This app was great until the new update where they deliberately made the original shot tracer unbelievably slow, to the point where you can’t use it and are forced to buy the new tracer. It’s fine if you want to make things better but don’t make the original version practically useless and then force users to buy the subscription. I feel robbed as a customer. This app used to be 5 stars, they are now 1 star because of their update. Fix the original!!! I’ll be looking elsewhere for a golf tracer now. Do not use this!
Won’t work
Bought it and the app won’t even open. What a waste
Can’t download my video after editing with new shot tracer update
After the latest update, I am unable to download the video in the new shot tracer module. The legacy module is buggy and is no longer viable. I was able to figure out the new module, but when I try to export the video, it won’t allow me past the payment/subscription page so I cannot download the video. Is this a bug?
Total Scam
Update: I have used the app. Even more of a scam than I thought!! You take a video with your phone and put it in their scam app. Thennn YOU have to draw your own line and figure out where your ball went. There is absolutely NO shot tracer. YOU are the tracer! I want my money back!!! Full Refund! - Total scam!! The app is $5.99 with the description not mentioning once that there’s in app purchases that you HAVE to buy just to use the app. Total waste of $5.99 plus tax just to realize it’s useless without signing up for $9.99 a month!! They should HAVE to mention it before having people buy an app! 🤬
Incorrect ads
Seems they have two apps ones the free one but subscription based and there’s a paid one which is this one. So I got it as a one time fee but now when I open the app it says to pay the subscription again. What was the point of the price tag for this app if they both do the same and pay the same subscription
Used to be great
Used to be a great app. But after the latest updates, what’s the point? Instead of an automatic shot tracer you have to manually mark the ball and the landing point.
Worthless. You do the work
What’s the point of paying for an app to create a Shot Tracer if I have to do all the work. Pick the starting line pick the ending. Choose the shape of the trace spend a ton of time trying to get it to match up. Also beware because do you actually get any functionality? You have to pay an outrageous price for a monthly subscription.

I figured maybe this app would be somewhat like what I see on Instagram or on PGA. Not even close. This app was complete garbage and a waste of $5.99 - I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody looking to make or edit videos regarding shot tracer. I did this via upload and it adds your video and makes you edit or horizontally, and the editing details are terrible and don’t even work. 0/10 waste of money, I would almost even call this a scam.
Just awful
The app is terrible and does not work at all. The automatic editing never works and the manual editing is difficult because you can’t preview the video at all. It’s basically trial and error. Don’t waste your money.

Glitchiest app….
Very disappointed I bought the Pro version. 1 out of 20 swings worked and now it just gives me a glitchy screen when saving video. Tracer is never accurate. Hope they improve this app drastically.

I should have known better by the reviews but they were old reviews so I was hopeful. This app is horrible. When I attempt to upload my golf video the gallery never finds my video. My videos just repeat themselves over and over and do not locate the actual video I need.

bad editing
