Scam
I returned an item and they wouldn’t give a refund only store credit which is fine. They received the returned item back, but my store credit has never showed up in my account.
I have contacted their support for 6 months who have been 0 help and they say it is a technical issue and I have to wait for them to fix it to see my refund. Well it’s been almost a year, so seems like they’re just scamming me of my money and violating their own return policies. Better off just reselling their items on depop or in fact not even shopping here at all.

Update Made the App Super Buggy
I use to never have any issues using the app but since the last update I can’t save anything to my wishlists, when I try to go to help and contact it took me to the high heels part of the website for some reason and I can’t view any of my past orders either. Please fix the app so it goes back to running properly, it’s a headache trying to get small things on it to work now.
Only lets me see a few items
I don’t know why, but this app only allows me to see the first eight items in each category even though it says there are 1200 items. This would be an amazing app if I could actually see more than just a handful of things when I’m scrolling.

Also no actually customer service for their general customers exists for this company, only automatic/computer bot chats and emails. I’m not calling Showpo a scam but it comes pretty close.
Do not shop here
I had made an order, payment was processed successfully, yet 3 days later when I went to check the status of my order I see it was cancelled. Contact Showpo and was informed that this was a "technical error". From there, I was provided no help or explanation as to why. Ordered this outfit for a vacation and with their lack of communication, I am now scrambling to find another option. Will never be ordering from them again. Sad.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work when it comes to getting refunds and returns then customer service refuses to help in a timely manner and you’ll miss the return window. It’s insane the lack of help.
the worst customer service - I feel scammed
My package went missing - said delivered but I couldn’t find it anywhere. Naturally, I know it’s not Showpo’s fault - it’s on DHL. HOWEVER, the amount of difficulty I had trying to get in contact with a real person is crazy. Rephrase, I STILL haven’t talked with anyone on the phone. I could only chat online and email customer service, but I am most certainly still talking to a bot.
They only offer store credit or a reshipment if your package goes missing so BEWARE. Whoever/ whatever is emailing me refuses to answer my questions and the thought of my $500 package all becoming store credit is disgusting.

awful return policy
their return policy is so dumb. they give you 7 days for your full refund. after that they can only offer you 110% in store credit. all the clothes are made of plastic. this is why no one likes australia.
Keeps Declining Payment but Charges Show in Bank Statements
Payments keep dropping, don’t know why, but the charges keep showing on my bank statements. If my payments are failing why do I see the payments?
Don’t Bother
ShowPo has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced while shopping online, period. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and their shipment timing has been wrong and longer than their 6-8 business days. If you reach out to customer support, all they do is argue and say you’re wrong and offer no solutions. Save the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

It’s been months and the app won’t load any pages. With or without wifi. Been trying to be patient to wait for an update to fix the glitch, but it’s been nothing.

The app is constantly glitching. I’m shopping around and not even 1 minute into it my screen freezes and I have to close the app and reopen it. It is honestly quite annoying

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT
I ordered 2 e-gift cards, which should be simply sent through email and done with, but instead I have been spending the last 2 days contacting customer service asking for the confirmation email they didn’t send, why my order is on hold and how much longer this oddly difficult process will take so I can receive the gift cards that I’ve already paid for! Also, their 24/7 customer service is a lie because apparently no one can help you until they’ve gotten feedback from the main team members who work Monday-Friday, so they’re completely useless unless it’s a weekday within office hours. Definitely won’t be buying anything from here after I’m done with those gift cards, if I ever get them!
Discount code don’t work
I was giving a discount code to use when you downloaded the app. I tried to use the code, I typed it in and also copy and paste and it said the code was invalid. I still made my purchase but false promo.

This is not about the app, it’s about the brand itself. It would be great you can add reviews for each item. It would be si helpful bc the 3 dresses I’ve ordered have a way to big cleavage. Everything fits perfect, I ordered size 0, but the cleavage is way too big. Plus, it’s so unfair that you charge for a return. Just so many little things that makes me don’t buy again from you guys.

They literally buy things for super cheap and sell it for 3X/4X the price. I bought a dress for my birthday and it cost me $54. I later found it on amazon for $25! I also ordered some earrings for like $11 and they are so cheap it probably cost them $0.11! They’re a HUGE rip off. Save your money. Do not buy. They don’t have any clothes less than $20! Terrible.
Hate Showpo
Terrible return options. Have to pay for shipping and you’ll never get a refund, only store credit. So I’m forced to continue buying clothes from a store I don’t like just to get rid of this store credit that I have on my account. Sticking to my traditional stores like asos and forever 21 😛
Not too great!
This app seems amazing considering it's makeup brands! But, everything on here is extremely overpriced. (Not just the makeup) In addition, there's absolutely NO options for plus sized women. It is 2019, time to be inclusive.

I do confirm that I’m logged into my account before shopping & have tried multiple times now. At this point, I’ve given up because I can’t continue to spend that much time saving what I like only to have it cleared out

Can’t see orders
Because I placed the order through my phone with an Apple ID account I now can’t see and check in on the order I have placed. Anytime I check the orders tab it gives me a loading page and then times out saying invalid token access? I just want to know when my dress is coming
