Awful ad for payment
I’m struggling with insomnia! Have been using this app like few days to track the quality of sleep. It takes so much effort for me to come to sleep. Today, I prepped judicially all the evening to sleep and I was feeling really sleepy and just opened this damn app to start! It popped a notification to pay. But couldn’t go to the app. I couldn’t pay. It was failing. I tried and tried and tried! I lost my damn sleep. If you want my damn money you could have asked me when installing the app or while checking the report in the morning. Whoever designed a feature thinking people will buy and developed a feature that did not work, you are loosing a customer. I’ll make sure none of my circle use your app. I’m frustrated that you ruined all my evening effort for a damn $30. I would have paid $300 if you asked me.

I wish I could give it a full 5 stars. I used this app every night for the last 4 years. Within the last few months it started to consistently crash every night. Now I can’t even open the app. Sad I pay for an app I can’t utilize anymore. Please fix it
Don’t bother
They want you to reach out with a problem but send you back a response clearly from a script and try and tell you that it’s because you must not have updated the app, even if you have. Offer absolutely nothing when you’ve been paying for this app for years (loyal customer). You’re telling me that in 2 weeks, thousands of people are telling you that suddenly the app doesn’t work and you have no idea why and no fixes? lol. AI could’ve probably fixed this in 30 seconds.

Stopped working last month
Ive used this app almost every night for the past 3 years. As of a month ago will no longer stay on overnight and the alarm doesn’t work.

The app stopped working over a week and they have not fixed it. They responded one time and then silence when I asked for my money back. They don’t care that it doesn’t work. Beware!!

My tracker stopped working and I’m paid
Stopped working
App was decent until last update. Last update broke it and support is MIA.
Went for the paid version that it still keeps crashing
I finally went for the paid version because they kept taking away certain sounds, and I had already made my own mixes, so I paid for the upgrade and now it keeps crashing and won’t even play anything down longer for one minute
Works most of the time
Right now, the app isn’t working. It’s shutting off and I can’t track my sleep. I think I should get a new app

This is one app that I certainly won’t buy!
Tricked me
I just tried the seven day free trial which listed about three seconds because if you continue on, it gives you another option for a family plan for $59. The only problem is you can’t get out of that screen without hitting subscription. It doesn’t tell you that that’s a subscription now you have and your free trial is already over. Very sneaky way of doing that. So I love the company to write to me and explain to me how that happened.

I signed up for a FREE TRIAL with this app and as soon as I realized that they charged me for an ENTIRE YEAR I immediately canceled it and sent an email. It still has not been canceled and this has been since November 2025. I’m a senior and I feel very taken advantage of and don’t appreciate being scammed like this. I had no intention of signing up for an entire year. I just wanted to try the FREE trial and see how that went. Very upsetting as a senior on a fixed income for something that I’ve never used. I’ve never gotten my refund and never heard anything back from the email I sent.

Really Bad
I tried ShutEye and found its accuracy to be poor, inconsistent data. It claimed to pick suspected apnea events from me even though my home sleep test at doctor showed no apnea so it suggests false positive. Overall insights are not trust worthy especially suspected breathing issue
Inaccurate
The app has wildly different results for sleep stages compared to other trackers. Its reports don’t match the sleep experiences I have. Now it gives me a red exclamation point and says that alcohol is interfering with my sleep -

App shuts down after a minute
At my wits end with this app. I have the premium app and I will go through the sleep process turn on my sounds then after a minute or two the app will just close. Over and over with no luck. Support ticket submitted over a week ago and have heard nothing back.

Highly inaccurate
How this got such high reviews is beyond me. I bought to improve my sleep as I literally toss and turn all night recently. This app reports I’m asleep when literally up walking around. What a waste of money
Bait and switch scam
The apps seems fine, but after signing up for a 7 day free trial the instruction screens took me to a family membership offer “for the same price”. I could not get past the screen without accepting. Now instead of the free trial I’ve been charged $59.99 for a family membership I don’t want.
Misleading
I just signed up for 7 day free trial and it immediately charged my card. That’s not how free trials work. It would appear if I cancel before the 7 days I won’t be getting my money back.
False advertising
The gimmick is a free 7 day trial, once you go through all the promotional slides and agree and are signed up for free trial, you are the charged as soon as you accept. I wanted to try this out with no money charged until my “free trial” was over. I will not be using this app.
Be cautious w "free trial"
I hate free trials but thought I'd try this. You cannot cancel on app and I got charged for $60 annual fee six days after I started not seven. As far as an app, it said I was sleeping when I got a call, declined it, got up to go to the bathroom and even hit "white noise." It recorded me as sleeping. I doubt how effective this is. But hey, another $60 down the drain.
Not accurate
It tells me that I fall asleep and say 10 or 15 minutes when I know I’ve played they’re awake for an hour or more. And then the report of deeply versus light sleep is totally wrong. I actually got out of bed at midnight last night and was in a different room until 730 this morning, but yet it recorded the differences in my sleep which I was nowhere near it. Don’t waste your money.

This app is not accurate at all. It showed I was in deep sleep when I was awake - multiple times. Also beware of “free” trial. They charge you before the trial period is over.

Very unprofessional app.Words blocked by other words. Incomplete sentences. It says it’s free but that’s for just 7 days. Thanks for nothing.
Way better real FREE apps out there
App doesn’t allow you to use its free version it unless you subscribe to the full premium membership. There is NO ACTUAL FREE VERSION.

IT DOES NOT TRAVK YOUR SLEEP
I downloaded this app expecting automatic sleep tracking, but it only records sleep if you manually press “Record Sleep” every time. This completely defeats the purpose of a sleep tracking app, especially if you forget to start it or take naps.

Deleting app
I wake up like 7 times a night because of my cats and it doesn’t even pick up that I was awake at like 6am and it didn’t pick up recordings when I know I was telling my other cats to leave the one alone…

DO NOT use. app crashes all the time and reports bad info such as time to fall asleep, also cannot distinguish between external sounds that it reports as teeth grinding. dont waste your time. trash app.
not worth it
The only reason it’s got one star was because I can’t give it 00 and the sport replies you get are from robots not from people. don’t bother trying to get a refund they won’t give it to you for one thing, they charge me the full year subscription two days after I’ve got my seven day trial. So I had to pay 60 something dollars to find out it doesn’t work This is either a scam or a very poorly made app. I have sleep apnea I got this app. To keep track of my oxygen level at night after several nights it said my average oxygen level was 97 but I also wear an oxygen monitor and it never got above 88. And that’s the one that was prescribed by the doctor so I’m pretty sure it’s correct. And to pay $69 for something that does not work as I say is either a scam or very poorly made app before you buy it think about it.
Billing issue acknowledged but not resolved properly
The company has acknowledged that a subscription charge was generated in error. However, instead of correcting the issue directly with Apple, they have asked me to pay first and request reimbursement afterward via PayPal.
As a customer, I believe errors should be corrected at their source, without requiring advance payment for something that has already been recognized as improper.
The pending charge is currently affecting my Apple ID, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.
I hope the company reviews this situation and resolves it in a fair and customer-focused manner.
