Very cumbersome to use
It is not an easy app - not intuitive. I don’t use it often, and every time have to spend lots of time trying to figure out how it works. Font editing / sizing your printed name and signature is not automatically adjusted to the font of the document itself. You have to “eye” it to fit on. Terrible app. Will be deleting and look for something more user friendly

I have used sign easy for years and was always very pleased with their app…until it became time to cancel. They keep telling me that I need to cancel through the Apple Store and Apple says that they do not show the purchase and that Sign Easy needs to cancel. Now they tell me to stop payment from my bank which costs money. They really think that people will believe that they have no way to receive payments and cancel accounts and I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for breach of contract. Not a company to spend money on if they won’t support helping you cancel
Impossible to delete account
So not use this app! They make it almost impossible to delete ur account! The "delete account" option is greyed out!

It is flabbergasting how some of these apps charge just for letting people write stuff. I’ll just fill it out personally and scan the document. Taking these kind of services is more complicated, your time is wasted and your money as well. RIDICULOUS

App became unusable and customer service is TERRIBLE
I was a long time user of the Sign Easy app but the app became unusable when you could no longer upload documents from Google Docs. My company could no longer use the app because of this and it took them months to correct the problem. We had to move on to a new app because we could not just wait for them to figure this out. They are now holding the money from the rest of my subscription hostage, essentially stealing from me. They won’t give me the difference of my subscription back to me and have been ignoring all my emails to customer service. Truly horrible customer service and they are crooks. Avoid this app and company at all costs. There are plenty of other companies that do this better and have great customer service.

They won’t let you send more than 10 emails a day , have used this app for almost 4 years and I am very disappointed. Don’t recommend this app anymore.

Signeasy is scammer
No communication, I had to file with BBB. Constantly taking money for subscriptions with no reason, they weren’t always like this but it seems they got bought out by scammers.

My fiancé company select documentation for me to sign and they said this service is free yet I’m being asked to pay 180 $ a year.
Horrible Customer Service
I purchased a year subscription from Sign Easy. When I went to use it , it said I didn’t have enough credits and prompted me to buy another year subscription. Due to the time sensitivity of my work , I had to buy another subscriptions in hopes that I would be refunded the initial subscription that did not work. I contacted sign easy five days ago and issue has still not be resolved and customer service is now unresponsive . I had to file complaint with my credit card company.
The Old Version Was Better
I’m Sick of everything moving to an annual subscription plan. I only need electronic signatures every so often and the old “pay as you go” version, with tokens, was a perfect solution. In its new incarnation this app, which used to be helpful, now feels like another ripoff. Bring back an option to pay as you go or I’ll delete this mess and find another option.

Even after paying $99 for the year, you are only allowed to send off 5 documents per month to be signed.
The worst
worst application to sign they just pay 20 dlr for month and if you want to delete your account they won't let you why do you have to contact them to delete your account... I don't recommend it

Garbage
Bail bondsman Liberty calls me that 10 o'clock at night on a Friday night. It is now 1112 and they have sent me email three times now the same one and it was still not open and it says oops something went wrong. It won't allow me to sign how frustrating.

Frustrating
I upgraded to pro, and was charged for it but the app is still not letting me use the pro features, and capping my signatures sent, and there’s no way for me to send more as when I click upgrade it tells me I already did . . . 😥
Hope support comes through again
10-7-23: can’t complete the document on my iPad again. Can’t change the title of a contract after it’s signed so that I know what it is. Can’t reimport contracts. 1-28-23: can’t complete documents on my iPad again. Don’t understand why this keeps happening. 2021: I’m able to create the document, but neither of my iPads will accept the passcode so I can save them. Had to take a screenshot and email them that.

Absolutely Horrible Tech Service
I have been having a serious problem with Signeasy. They wiped out my history of documents (even though I have an active, paid, subscription). The first document I received, after they deleted my history, required me to download their app and start a new account, without providing any link to my already paid account. I used their web system to log a service request and received only questions. Every time I answered the question (hoping for a resolution), they would respond with more questions. I finally got Arunn Mohandas, Product Support Specialist, to direct me to his calendar and asked me to select a time and date for him to call me. The time selected came and went without Arunn calling. Signeasy works most of the time, but if you have a problem, don’t expect them to even try to provide a solution. These guys stink.

Cancel Sunscription
Sign easy was easy to use however, when you are ready to cancel your subscription, it’s mission impossible. There’s no link or pathway to cancel your subscription.
Was a great app/solution…
But, as is the trend, they got greedy. I only use this app 4 or 5 times each year and for years have bought a “pack” of uses for a fee. Now they want to force a monthly or annual plan - no way I’m paying 15 bucks every month for something I don’t use most months, so now I’m on the App Store looking for a new solution.

Been using for a number of years and it has, with varying degrees, been very useful. Latest update results in document closing as soon as it opens so I cannot sign the document. Needs to be fixed.
No Longer Able to Buy 10 Docs at a Time
Have used this app for over 5 years and it’s been phenomenal. Except now they’re forcing me into a subscription when I really only need to purchase 10 docs at a time and usually only do so once or twice a year. Unfortunately, I’ll be switching apps and the one I’m switching to has 710K 5-star reviews.
