My friend recommended their Basic Plan for $8-12 /month… but they are now pushing Businesses Premium for $19.99/ month … I only need this 3 or 4 times, 5 or 6 months a year. I tried the mobile app on iPhone and couldn’t get it to work to just fill in Client info the produce a link I could text for signature. Wait of time!

can’t see how to email a document once it had been completed. frustrating
SignNow is the lesser version of Docusign. Just stick with the good one.
I could spend an hour explaining the problems with the service overall; misaligned fields on the editor, inability to move folders (you can only move documents. I mean, really?), and on and on and on.
The service isn’t awful, but the interface is not user friendly. This also applies in equal measure to the iOS app.

SCAM
I signed up for a free trial and was charged $103 for a business plan and I can’t even access the App. Apple refuses to refund me after I provided all the information. I made a complaint with the BBB and the developers responding couldn’t even find an account that I was charged for. So they couldn’t issue a refund. This is a scam! Apple nor the developers care about their customers. They don’t mind scamming and charging people for things that customers can’t access or use. Beyond disappointed.
Scam Tactics
They will try to get you into a subscription and charge you unexpectedly $20 for not even using the service. It’s a scam. It’s wrong. I worked at a bank and the amount of times people try to dispute this app is crazy the it happened to me. We have to set standards this is WRONG
Overpriced
The financing plan also is BS. Getting charged full price in a single day instead of the monthly payments that I chose to do. Don’t have monthly options for customers if you aren’t going to do it.

Signed up for free trial. Canceled immediately. Was charged $103.96.

I’ve paid for a full subscription and cannot get this to work properly. Especially on the app version. Very frustrating

It is AMAZING how poorly this and docusign are. It is truly amazing to me how bad these platforms are.
How are they in business? I just dont understand how these companies operate sooooooo poorly but still exist.
I use the 7 day trial. Since logging in for the first time. I have had 7 pop ups thrown at me. I am already annoyed having to draft a complex document.
What does sign now do, annoys me even more with constant pop ups. Great read on the customer Signnow.

Start all over because somehow signnow forgot to add auto save.
You know else it forgot?! to tell you that unsubscribing from their emails does absolutely nothing because they have another dozen or war notifications already set for you when you sign up. So no matter unsubscribing from the email or not you were going to receive numerous emails from them until you figure out to go in and uncheck all these notifications inside your settings.
Because we all know in 2026 that’s what most customers want more pop-ups and more emails that are completely unnecessary or redundant.
Signnow is really ahead of its time here. What a great company….. NOT!

Issue with resizing when in document, can’t click the resize and drag drop, have to edit the horizontal and vertical axis independently and takes a bit of practice, however when you get the box right and aligned, you go to sign and the signature or text moves up slightly over the wording for the signature line or w/e line is just above it to sign so it get covered with the signature, it’s okay but it looks jumbled on final doc and doesn’t look professional.
A empty block to sign on a line within it shouldn’t be bumped up slightly once signed. Defeats the purpose of e-sign. Maybe it’s something they are working on to fix. CSS

Lots of sync confirmations popup and so on. Docs presented on mobile phone are not zoomed it optimally so each doc you open zoom verify sign. Couple of alerts in between and so on.
Please get a UX team and polish the experience.

Well the app asks me for rating after each doc so here we go. Will keep adding.
Another update: just saying a good rule of thumb for ios apps is to ask for rating in the app and then if it is positive direct to app store. And if it is not (mine is not positive) then ask them for more feedback inside the app so you can work on fixing it. I can consult on that you know.
