APP IS FROZEN for 3 days now
I’ve been using this app for awhile now almost everyday, I have so much information in it but for the past 3 days now it’s been frozen. I’m so scared if I delete the app I’ll lose all of what I’ve done on it. I don’t know how to get ahold of the developers to let them know besides on here. Please help!!!!!
Lost journal entries
I’ve added entries for from Saturday 1/6 through Tuesday 1/10. Tonight I opened the diary to add journal for 1/11 and I find what I wrote for Sunday and Tuesday missing?
Problems on iPhone 12/iOs16.1.1
Ad covers popup at bottom of the display. Display font and edit fonts are different sizes! When edit mode font is readable, the display font is yelling it BIG font. No sale yet.
Loved it until...
i loved this app and used it literally every single day!!!! it was amazing but when i opened it yesterday 1/1/22, every single one of my entries was deleted and i know i didnt delete anything. is there anything i can do to fix this??
