It can be good, but once Im obligated to pay by Apple Pay, I cannot agree and think it can be really good. Unfortunately
Garbage Application
I have used this app on multiple jobs it costed me over $30.00 a month to lose me over $4,000 on a job. It does have some good features if they would work correctly idk if it is their AI that is trash or what but you cannot get good renderings even with a simple and straightforward description. You tell it to remove something it added on its own that wasn’t in the dew and it just refuses to do it. Do not rely solely on this app, do your own figures which then there’s no need to even have this application.
Simply unwise
How does this have any good ratings??? It closes if you leave the app to find info. When you try create a new estimate it opens your last estimate… it cant make make any progress confidenty in it. Im baffled how this is recommended as a top estimator! Smh
Really rate that
I really hate apps that make you create a login and then show you that you can get a trial or full version. This is ridiculous! It should show at first that to use you need a plan and let the person decide if wants to move ahead or not

How does this have a high rating
I tried this app for a couple of projects and it told me to charge a customer 230,000 +/- for a small frame repair and replacing the bottom 3 rows of siding. When I tried to correct the possible issue with my inputted information it told me the same project would be $650. I am about to start the project, $4,600.00, after I thankfully reverted to pen a paper to complete the bid. The other project was a wood flooring screen and urethane for a fresh even top coat and the lidar said it was over 2,000 SF the room was a step down family room 16x17. I spent more time that felt like I was training the app than I could have generated the bid in excel myself. It is a great concept, zero execusion.

So I just downloaded the app, filed out info and started my account. But upon trying to take the 7 day trial, it keeps charging me for the said “Free Trial”

Not Trustworthy
As an experienced Licensed General Contractor, I decided to give this app a try. Please beware that it is NOT good for anything more than a small patch or small repair. Not for an addition, not for a remodel, definitely not for any commercial work. It lacks allot of knowledge and information.
Free Option
As a homeowner, it’s complete BS there is no option to use this. Expecting someone to pay $50 for at best occasional use is ridiculous
Clunky with issues
Main issue I had today was after writing a long description an moving forward, I needed to edit the description and when I went back a step the text had disappeared. Not great.
Not useful
Tried using it for outdoors to estimate a home project. It does not do good calculating wall space. I was trying to measure to see how much it would take to replace exterior sheathing and siding but it didn’t work. Then i got charged before my trial period ended.
AI photo generator
The photo generator did a horrible job absolutely worthless to me what it came up with no way could I show them to a customer. Not what I was expecting for $30+ per month I thought it would have done a way better job.
It kinda works but so many let downs
For one thing, i sent a bunch of estimates before i realized that all of them just showed up as a white blank page. Id tell you more but this app wasted enough of my time and i had to pay for it!!
