I’m been having a lot issues sending the reports to my customers pretty bad
Refuses to do anything it’s supposed to.
The iPad version won’t allow more than one pic per issue. Fine. It won’t recognize my email, and therefore won’t email my reports. I can’t even email support, because it doesn’t recognize my email,and I can’t find it written anywhere in the app. It’s almost like they don’t want to hear from customers.
Poor services
The app doesn’t always work. Causing delays with project goals. Sometimes I have to send it out in multiple emails to different emails and pray that it gets to one of them on time will definitely be looking at different apps.
Works bad
Multi add doesn’t work… it’s awful can’t add multiple pics to an issue… too basic and expensive
Trash
Can’t easily import files into cloud, have to do one at a time. Same with sharing. Tremendous PITA when you have 750+ projects to share with a crew.
No longer a time saver
I have used Site Audit Pro for years, I am no longer saving time instead of being able to upload bulk photos I have to complete individually and it is beyond frustrating.
Don’t Buy Cloud
Loved this app on my iPhone, so I decided to purchase the cloud version to help relieve pain in my fingers from typing on my phone. Everything worked great until I finalized my report. The portion I had completed within the iOS app had regular margins, while the portion I completed on my pc didn’t have any margins at all. In fact, most of the information that I had typed just disappeared off the side of the paper. Manually correcting the margins helped bring some of the info back, but some just simply disappeared. No support other than prewritten articles regarding tasks my kindergartner could figure out. Extremely dissatisfied with the cloud service and will be cancelling my subscription
