Auto-brightness
This stupid app changes my iPhone to max brightness. It’s blinding and unnecessary. Even with my settings off, it still changes. There should be an option on the app, not forced.

You really should go to a park and use the app for a full day. Send the developers with their laptop so they can see the issues and fix them.

App is not functioning
No matter what I do I cannot get the app to recognize my pass id and it will not pull up my season passes I’ve tried every way possible. My passes are valid. There are error codes every time I open the app and it’s up to date. This app needs some serious work.
Cedar fair destroyed the app
Six flags app used to be great. It let you see the menus of the restaurants. You used to be able to see ride times and closures before you went to the park. Pass holders used to have perks and everything was easy to find. The only reason the app has such good reviews is it was for the old app last year. They need to fix this!
So difficult for no reason

Nonfunctional after the update
It shows my season pass but I cannot click it to show the QR code. The app freezes after I try clicking more than one button. Tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works.
Worst app for a theme park I’ve used
It constantly glitches out if i am typing out the name of a ride for example im typing out “bat man” and while im typing it says there’s nothing by that name, making me thing im stupid. And the app shares nothing about which apps are open or closed. Rides were often closed during my stay its self which was extremely disappointing. The apps also doesn’t share wait times. I’d also like to have a gps for where I am because I often have no idea where I am. And the icons for the rides need photos, I don’t know what ride it is until I click on it and clicking on it makes The app slow.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app more times than I want to count. The app still will not let me in to use my pass. I can only use my old plastic pass card.

Apple Wallet DOES NOT WORK
Numerous updates and yes the season pass still cannot be added to the Apple Wallet. It always generates an error and says to “try again”. If you people aren’t going to fix this, take the Add to Apple Wallet button away! It hasn’t worked for MONTHS! Please fix it!

2026 and we’re buggin’
3rd weekend of Kings Island being open and the app is having a login error since the Tuesday update. You know those devs are sweating because the park is open tomorrow throughout the weekend and the app is used for quite a LOT nowadays. I’d love to know what Pass Perks I’ve got and would LOVE to spend some money on merchandise but not if I can’t redeem my vouchers, which are controlled through this app…
Frustrating
I never had so many problems in the Knott’s app as I do in the six flags app. It won’t log in despite numerous attempts. It just keeps going back to email.
Kings Island sign in doesn’t work.
King’s Island is now part of Six Flags but cannot sign in to six Flags app with Kings Island sign in.

Buggy & Freezes Constantly
I’ve been having issues with the app freezing constantly. I’m unable to purchase any tickets. The app freezes and/or crashes whenever I tap the “Buy Tickets, Passes, & More” option. I reached out to support and they told me there are known issues with the app freezing, and to delete & redownload. I did this 3 times & still no luck. Currently on day 4 of waiting to be escalated to the IT team for more help.

HORRIBLE APP
Whoever designed this app and the website needs to be fired. Not only can I not log in - I don’t have access to our parking or park passes.
Lots of ppl haven’t been able to log in for days. FIX YOUR APP.
I along with many other people have been stuck in an endless login loop on the app. This issue should have been fixed days ago and it is ridiculous that problems aren’t being fixed.

Latest Update Broke the App
The last update broke the app. When I try to login, it’s loops back to enter my email after entering my password. I don’t get any errors. I can no longer login to my account to see my season pass. This not only makes the app useless, I can’t access my season mass to enter a park and need to go to Guest Services.
Unable to login
With the latest update, it logged me out of the app and trying to log back in just goes in an endless loop. Even when working, the app is very inconsistent with passes from different family members disappearing from it. It’s remarkable for such a large company to have so little of testing of the app to make sure people can actually log in.
