Totally useless app
I tired to pair my skullcandy earbuds and it tells me that there’s nothing for them, can’t even see if I can update them to keep them from having bad connection at low battery levels. So useless if I could rate zero stars I would. Why even have certain products if the app doesn’t work or has nothing for them.
Registering my product
I’m new to skull candy and is extremely disappointed with this app. It won’t let me connect my product (DIME EVO) on the phone because it says it doesn’t support it. But then on the list of products I see my headphones on it. It really takes away from my experience cuz I can’t use the noise cancellation. I’ve registered my product yet I still haven’t gotten an email back. I hate that I have to return these especially since they took so long to ship.

If i could rate it zero stars i would. I just want to turn off the “feature” where any time i touch my headphones it turns off my music but somehow despite playing music through my phone right now the app cant find my heaphones. Dont waste your time.

I have the MODS earbuds and I’m trying to listen to music while being able to hear the noise around me. So, I got the app to fix my audio. It wouldn’t connect to my earbuds and it literally worked for my other pair so I don’t know what’s the issue now.

I just won a pair of grind earbuds as a prize and I’m trying to connect them to this app. It’s not working in the slightest. A pop up will appear saying “connect grind?” And I’ll hit the plus button it’ll disappear and then go back to the forever loading. Ya he usado varios productos Skullcandy pero siempre que trato de pair con la app siempre sale que no se puede configurar o que te permite configurar una sola vez y cuando quieres cambiar ya no te cargar o se queda en espera por favor mejorar en eso . Ya de lo otro son muy buenos productos pero si necesitan mejorar su app ./I've used several Skullcandy products, but whenever I try to pair them with the app, it always says that it can't connect or that it only allows you to configure it once, and then when you try to change the settings, it won't load or it gets stuck. Please improve this. Otherwise, they are very good products, but they definitely need to improve their app.
Hope the Bug is Fixed
Crazy bug on the new IOS and Iphone 17 You have to connect the headphones (unlink from previous session) every time for it to work. I actually enjoy the sound profile to I work with the bug but its a killer for sure.

the app design is beautiful! it brings up my speaker and says ready to pair and when i attempt to pair it, it doesn’t work and says there was an error..
Completely useless
I’ve managed to connect my crusher evo twice before it decided it can’t support my headphones and wouldn’t connect. I’ve tried countless times and watched countless videos trying to fix it and nothing worked. Yall need to figure out the horrible connection issues.

Okay so I blindly bought the Dime 3 earbuds and in all honesty I didn’t do much research at all and I should’ve because the dime 3 earbuds arent compatible with the app and that’s the only reason I was comfortable buying them in the first place I was so used to using my earbuds with an app and now that I’ve switched to a different brand I find out they’re not even compatible?????? I’m not sure how to move forward but I am not happy I should’ve stuck with jlab they have never done me wrong and this is my first purchase from skullcandy in years and i am immediately met with dissatisfaction and overall the app isn’t even that great from what I’ve seen so far but guess what???? I can’t even explore the app and all its featured bc the product I purchased isn’t even compatible instant regret I regret downloading this app and I regret purchasing from this brand im not sure what to do with my earbuds but never again

I’ve just purchased the Crusher Evo headphones and the product itself is amazing, no complaints- my issue lays within the app. it hardly connects to my headphones after countless times trying, and finally after connecting to personalize my audio it always fails to test. i receive the same error message every-time, “darn, there was an interruption..” and support says they cannot help!

App connection issue
Purchased two Crusher 540 Active headsets in Dec 2025. Connection to the iPhones went easy but both set are unable to connect to the Skullcandy App. This makes it so I cannot adjust sound quality. We have tried all the troubleshooting, chatting text message from support and even Chat GPT. Still unable to connect to the App or Tile. All support offed was a return but seems like if we have already tried on two devices why would another work? Most likely a firmware malfunction
