I downloaded Remly after seeing ads claiming a 1-week free trial. Within 3-4 days I canceled in the app because it clearly wasn’t working well. Every morning it showed my sleep score as 0, then hours later it would suddenly update to something more realistic. A sleep score that appears halfway through the day is basically useless.
I’ve used AutoSleep for years, which is far more accurate and doesn’t rely on an exorbitant weekly subscription. I am going back to that one.
Even though I canceled during what I believed was the trial period, I was still charged $9.99 per WEEK! I didn’t catch it right away because I thought the subscription had already been canceled, and weekly subscriptions are easy to miss since most people review finances monthly. By the time I noticed, I had been billed four times - about $40 for one month of an app I wasn’t even using.
Between the inaccurate sleep tracking and the confusing trial/weekly billing setup, this was an extremely frustrating experience.

Beware this app was canceled months ago and still trying to charge my card. And had my Apple tied up.

I tried the free 4 days but after the first day, I didn’t like it and want to cancel but I cannot figure out how. I have tried endless avenues with no success.

I unsubscribed and was charged anyways. Twice now. I have screen shots of two dates that show I’ve been unsubscribed and still being charged.
Trick
They just tricked me, I have paid for the app to use one week (automatically subscription renew after the 3 free day), when I cancel the subscription I’m not able to use the app anymore, even when the subscription says: expires January 28th.
Terrible
Do not use this app - it will stop working randomly. I was using this app and enjoying the data, helping me learn my sleep patterns. Without warning, the app will not load, suggesting an issue on the development side. And of course there will be no refund… it’ll likely disappear soon, taking our data with it.

Making this app $9.99 a WEEK had me immediately delete the app and create a review (which I rarely do). I’m not even factoring in taxes. This is more than an average person pays on even a phone, water bill or a fraction of an electricity bill. Trash.

My account has been inactive for a long time,and the software has cleared the billing requirements,but it is still changing $6.99 every week, I don’t know how to cancel it,so I had to call the app for help.Be careful of this scam app,don’t use it to avoid losses.

Weird App
I downloaded the app played with a few functions then fell asleep to white noise. I woke 4 hours later and tried looking through the app. As I was trying to move through the tracker, I could see a male’s face behind the darker overlay. I deleted the app right a away because I felt like it’s a scam. It does ask you to place your phone straight up, I had mine flat.

Buyers Beware: Cancellation Is a Nightmare
I am trying to cancel this subscription, but your service has made it virtually impossible to do so. Please respond to my review with clear instructions on how to cancel. I have re-entered my email over and over again to reset my password, and each time your app claims that a reset email has been sent yet I have never received one. I have done this for over a month, at least 20 times, without receiving a single reset email.
Out of sheer desperation, I even searched the web for a website or a phone number to contact someone directly, but I found nothing. This is completely unacceptable. It causes unnecessary stress and overwhelming frustration. Whenever you offer a service, you should also make it simple and straightforward for subscribers to unsubscribe. If I could give this sleep app zero stars for the frustration it has caused me, I most definitely would. Buyers beware: if you plan to get more than the free version, think twice-because if you don’t know how to unsubscribe, you may find yourself trapped.
Sleepway, you have a link for everything else-you should have a link to cancel subscription if you are a reputable company.

I want my money back
I would rate this app as a good app what I want to know is why would the app say it’s a free to use and charge me $10.53 and tell me it’s free for three days and then three days I have to pay six dollars for the next month. Makes no sense. Please help me make this make sense. I don’t know. Am I supposed to go to for this but I like my money back and then maybe if you give me that’s free for the days it should be free for I may pay the money for the next month to use this app, but please return my money. This is the second time. In the same month. tonight would be the second night. I would really like an answer before I have to cancel this thing again.

I downloaded this app 1 day ago. It has a 3 day free trial. But today I get a notice that they charged my Apple account for $24.87. I have not even set up my account. Beware
