Threatening Mails
They added the paid amount to the next bill and said that i owe twice. They send me threatenin emails for their mistake. "You are hired. Or May be not". After explaining their mistake to dumb customer support for 10 times, I paid them twice and cut that card.

Don’t know why you guys give so many options to pay and none of them works. If we want to pay the money at last due date it will not work. Don’t know if this is some kind of trick.

Such a pathetic service threatening one’s customers no proper response , talking about service provided is overly poor, don’t opt for slice , it will drain your courage on creditors

Waited almost for 40mins to speak to an executive for a query.
After 40mins call got disconnected automatically.
Giving a cards and limits are not sufficient unless you give after sales support.
And in IVR i choose English language. For 10 tomes call got dropped as no executives are available.

Doesn’t work
Just keeps telling my my phone number is invalid.
A no-go
Tried to sign up but can’t get past the first page. Asking for a phone number and they tell me my number is invalid.
Horrible app
Doesn’t even work. I put in my phone number multiple times. Never sent a code, this is the stupidest thing I’ve ever encountered
New policies really worst
Your new policies are very annoying before slice was very useful to everyone but after your new police I don’t like to use slice at all if possible change to old policies or you ppl will be losing the customers
Thought best seems to be worst
Being a frequent user I’m been waitlisted since 6mnths,worst respond from customer care too.
