BEWARE!!
Great game but DO NOT spend your money on this game! I spent and played a ton to get to an elite status. Now they have put me back to beginner status. Played the game for over 10 years and worked and paid to achieve a certain status... now I'm back to where I started. Talked to representatives multiple times. They "understand my concerns and will pass along my concerns to the team."

I have also been playing for at least a year. It seems to me that once you start buying you really start to lose fast! And then when you’re low on money, you don’t win either! I have spent way too much money on this game. I loaded a gift card to my Apple account, and made a couple of purchases. My account was debited for those purchases, but my Apple credit card was also charged for the same amounts.
I went to Apple and contested the charges, which were refunded, but I got a snarky email from Playtinka, (Slotomania) wanting to know why I would do such a thing.

No fun anymore
This game is no longer fun. They have have set the limits sooooo high that you would get a couple of spins and be out of coins. You can bet 60 coins or 300,000,000 with nothing in between. Therefore, it takes forever to level up…NO FUN!!!!
False advertising
If you don’t pay enough money in, you will not win anything stop saying that you’re gonna win big or you’re going to give us some sort of incentive you know those coins mean absolutely nothing so stop with the false advertisement

The worst
This game purposely make you lose so you can buy coins. They never let you hit the bonus or free spin and when you do it don’t pay anything. When you buy coins it will let you win for about 10 minutes, after that it takes it all back. They are scamming their loyal players. Paying only three of a kind. That sucks for a game that use to be extremely fun. It sucks now.

It needs to have better payouts
So I have been playing Slotomania for a while. It seems that a few weeks ago the payouts were better however, the payouts are getting significantly smaller and every time I spin and while I may win a little bit, it is a down to nothing. I went from trillions of dollars a couple of weeks ago to just a few million now. You don’t even offer for us to buy something that will give us trillions of dollars. If you’re going to require bets that are in the billions and billions of dollars you need to offer a jackpot that hit occasionally so that we can continue to play. I’m almost at the point where I’m not going to buy any more. Or winnings because they’re not enough to satisfy a good play. I’m hoping you will change the odds and make it better. I do enjoy the game. They just need to pay better. Thank you for your time.
