I downloaded this app to go with my Bluetooth printer unfortunately it doesn’t work with that within the same day I canceled the subscription and now this app is still trying to get money out of my account. I wish to seller fixed this. I went through my Apple Store to try to cancel and I did cancel, but it’s still asking for payment not even three hours of you fix this.
Falsely took me on
I was looking for help with my older hpphotosmart… I joined this app because it says it can help, I look my printer up in apps and it isn’t even listed as one that has the capability of using this app. That’s click/bait and fake advertising on your part, not to mention a huge headache for me.
Don’t Suscribe!!
I tried this then found out I didn’t need it. I show no subscription and they keep charging me week after week. SCAM. No way to reach anyone in Estonia. You can call but rates apply plus you might need someone to interpret.
I’m now emailing the CEO to refund 3 weeks. I’ll report back if it works. If not I’ll notify my card company.

The starting page is shady. I made sure to click the free trial and somehow I’m charged for a year subscription. And the app has no way to cancel and refund
Wanted to try the free trial, got charged for a year
I know it is my fault for clicking on something without reading everything, but this app is definitely setup to make you pay for a year subscription even when you think you only sign up for the free 3 day trial. Can someone please contact me to get the charge reversed as I haven’t use the app after mistakenly agreeing to a full year payment. Thank you in advance.

I need an app that costs $364 a year so I can air print because Apple’s latest update ghosted my existed, working perfectly printer? Will their thievery ever end?
