They have horrible customer service. I’ve requested service twice with no response. They took my 60$ but can’t respond to my emails. I had to download another app that did help me with connectivity to my device because they won’t respond.

Even with attempt to use limited version, there is an inability to add a device just keeps you in a loop of sending you back to the payment page. Worst product ever created

Had no choice but to subscribe before I could see what devices could connect. Once I subscribed I noticed none of my thermostats or home security system was compatible so I tried to reach out to support for a refund since the subscription was no use for me, but I have now emailed 3 times and not one response has been received. I don’t even think they have a customer support???

No $6 a week or $80 per year.
Subscription Charges
Deleted app after I learned of the subscription charge. I can easily go with Ecobee or Google. Home management can be done through Google, Amazon, or Apple. I can go buy a Google Nest and save the subscription fees. Return these things. Honeywell gets int your wallet twice with the initial purchase an then the subscription fee.

Smart plug came with a light I bought. Downloaded the app to use it and they want me to pay $2.00 a month to use this stupid thing. No thanks. I’ll just go back to the old tried and true timers

I just bought dimmers for my new lamp. Super bright, you know? Imagine my surprise to learn that, in order to make the dimmer work, I have to download an app! Okay, fine. THEN imagine I have to pay for it monthly or annually!!!

I thought this was the app to control the Honeywell thermostat. I got sucked into paying for the subscription only to find out very shortly thereafter it wasn’t the app - Honeywell is free. I’ve tried contacting customer support twice and no response. Beware of this one!

This app charges $6.99 weekly for a feeder I paid $60-80 for. It is also challenging to identify how to cancel this weekly subscription. Terrible design and predatory.

I bought a reptile mister for my snake's enclosure, it says to use this app. This app wants me to pay a subscription for what could literally be two buttons. I'm not a rich person, or I'd have a better misting system that doesn't cost $40. What's with everything requiring a subscription fee? And what do you MEAN 'continue limited version'??? There's literally no options for the "limited version." The limited version is just a picture on a screen! Total garbage.

I understand subscribing for services, but this crosses a line with the limited ‘lite’ version being nothing more than a paywall. No trial period either makes it difficult to decide if I would even pay for the app.

Total rip off
Got the device from Amazon and nowhere does it mention a subscription needed to use it. You can't even add a device to the free version.. forcing you to pay a bloated fee to use even the basic features. Don't buy anything from this company or it's partners this is a total rip off.
Door Lock
I bought a hornbill lock that required my downloading of this app to program. I am tired of apps. All they wanna do is sell you additional services. I just wanna open and close my door. I haven’t yet figured out how to get round the premium services or standard services monthly requirement. That’s not what I signed up for.

How do I cancel weekly subscription??
Now that I’ve cancelled the subscription, how can I use the app without the subscription page constantly coming up! I have to REPEATEDLY hit the very fine print request to continue without the subscription. It is VERY ANNOYING to this 67 year old senior adult!
Wrong app
I searched for an app for my thermostat and when I did this one popped up so I subscribed. Non the real one. It didn't work and will not work now I am just trying to get me money back
