Tried to add my first device to test this out. Selected “continue with limited options” instead of paying 6 dollars for a single week. It kicked me back to Home Screen with no device added. Apparently you limited options is browsing around the Home Screen.

This app is misleading. Pictures show Honeywell Home on the screen which led me to believe this was the appropriate Honeywell app. Of course I could not evaluate because they made me pay up front to even try and connect. Shame on me for doing so. This is not what I was looking for and I got duped by mimicry. I am out money. I should’ve known better when there was no free trial.

This app only works if you purchase a subscription. I tried reaching out to support and no response. I regret buying the thermostat. What a waste.

I understand having to pay for an app, and that’s completely fine. However, I believe all apps should offer a free trial so users can determine whether the app is a good fit before committing financially. It’s frustrating to be required to pay before being able to see how the app functions or whether it meets our needs. I would highly recommend reconsidering this approach and offering a trial period, as it would create a much better experience for consumers and likely encourage more people to subscribe with confidence.
Horrible!
My husband bought a smart bulb. Not do the directions in the pamphlet NOT match the app screen in any way, but I can’t figure out how to even add the bulb without paying for a subscription. I am in an endless loop where I try to add my device only to be taken back to the screen asking me to pay. When I select to continue using only the basic function of the app, it goes right back to the pay screen as well. Horrible!! Do not buy this!!

They have horrible customer service. I’ve requested service twice with no response. They took my 60$ but can’t respond to my emails. I had to download another app that did help me with connectivity to my device because they won’t respond.

Can’t connect the thermostat without a subscription. What’s the point of this app if I have to pay to add a device. That’s insane. Switching to Google cause this is insane.

You have to sign up for their services BEFORE they determine if your system is compatible and they charge you almost twice what they promised. When it doesn’t work, there’s no way to get your money back - $100 plus dollars for nothing.

Almost all the written reviews are dissatisfied. Makes me think if they’re almost a 5 star product why don’t people praise it more?
Piss poor management
Paid for an annual subscription and the device stopped working a week later can no longer access it from my phone after update and says . No purchase made or it has been expired wtf. The whole point was to be auto and access from mobile

Goes offline all of the time if I use the limited version. Which makes it unreliable when I am out off town. Not worth the money.
