Scam. The app doesn’t work
They get you to go for a 3-day free trial then can recognize the devices on the same Wi-Fi make sure to cancel so they can’t charge you when you inevitably can’t print anything

Charged me for a “free trial” and then tried to send me to talk to apple about it. Sent me a link to buy apple products. Customer service was no help at all.
Not paying for something I can get for free
I downloaded thinking this was the HP smart app and it’s not and to use it you have to pay. The HP app is free.

Trouble trouble trouble
I’ve had nothing but trouble since I started with my All In plan. Before that I had All In One and instant ink for many years without a glitch, but since I am in the All In plan, nothing but trouble. Though I was getting my instant ink, when I lost my wallet and had to get a new credit card number, I was unable to credit card number onto my account, no matter how I tried, and now I am cut off from being able to print. I’m also worried that I’m going to be in trouble for breaking contract, but my hands have been tied.. Needless to say, I am very frustrated. It seems like there is no way out. I’ve spent many hours on the phone with HP techs without a solution. I wish somehow you could help. I do question myself whether I did not set up the printer properly at the outset, but I don’t know how to correct that. It seems as if my printer is not connected. I wish I could talk with a higher up in HP.

Literally does nothing. No help at all. Costs 70 bucks a year too. Trash.

Deleted on 3rd day, it billed me for a week anyway. Completely unusable waste of time. Ipad incompatible.

Totally unusable unless you are willing to pay a ridiculously high WEEKLY fee. Tried to use it. Deleted almost immediately.
Scam
The whole point of this app is to print things and it tricks you into think that it’s free. Every single feature is locked behind a 10 dollar/month paywall. Complete scam, delete the app, find something that can do the same for free. It would be a 0/5 if I could because they are money hungry pigs.
