Wow has HP gone down hill! It sucks!
My old HP printer was amazing so I bought another a HP m140we and it had got to be the worst printer and all your apps just to be able to get it running again is ridiculous! I am constantly needing to reset this or that on this stupid printer. And don’t even get me started on your “printer ink program” if I could afford to buy another printer I would in a heartbeat. HP SUCKS!

Slow app unresponsive did not help with any of the connectivity issues. I was having paid 30 bucks for nothing.
This is a scam
You pay $20 and then you have to pay $30 more before you can use it and they compel you to give them a good review before you’re even able to open the app
HP is lost in the weeds
Does HP actually use its own products? How could you make it this difficult, complicated and confusing to connect your printer to your WiFi network. Imagine you change WiFi network… nothing in place. Baffling!
