This defaults to the phone’s print option that is already on the phone. Doesn’t allow you to select the media size. IE: 8 1/2 x 11 is the only option gien. Doesn’t allow for selecting 4x6, 5x7, etc. l Paid for the program and can’t even use it. I would like a refund. TIA

This app is a scam.
This app changed they use to portray to be hp. Now they have no affiliation. And they charge you for everything. Im afraid I’ve been using this app and printing personal information through it. I believe they are stealing users information and gaining access to your personal files. They also wont allow me to Delete my account.

Hate this printer
When the printer functions the app is good. BUT I have always purchased HP printers. But this one is a disaster as soon as you notify hp you no longer want their ink program. No matter when I try to use it there is a problem. I have wasted precious time trying to fix it but to no avail.

I have tried an over and over to log in it signs me in then when I go to print it tells me I need to upgrade. I go back to where I have the premium and upload again sign in since I paid the year and it does the same thing over and over even after deleting the app and starting fresh

You have to SUBSCRIBE TO SET UP A PRINTER? You can’t send an email to complain. The only thing that has functioned so far is being allowed to give this terrible app the bad rating it so richly deserves. A new low in user friendly apps.

I have literally spent 45mins restarting and retrying the exact same 3 steps over and over again because it says my device and wifi isn’t close enough. My phone is literally sitting on top of printer and printer is sitting within 2 inches of router and modem. Not sure how I can get any closer! Then when I try to message support, won’t even send my message. Next time, I’ll stick with a different brand than HP. Oh! And don’t forget you have to subscribe to their ink refuel to even set up the stupid thing and if you forget to cancel oops, not on them! This is just not how I wanted to spend my Saturday.

This “easy” to use app sucks. I select my printer I already have set up and pop up after pop up to pay for a subscription. I already paid for the printer not giving you anything more.
