Buyer beware! Don’t ever buy HP printers!! Useless paperweight when you decide to not subscribe for $60 per year paper and ink program! You can use the printer, ONCE, then it is just another piece of landfill waste! Avoid this company at all costs!!

Impossible to get anywhere with support. I have tried to get help every option I can find. Support is absolutely unreliable and fraudulent. I have paid for a year and am unable to even copy anything.

MONEY HUNGRY!
I’m simply trying to print a photo that I would like to resize because it’s too big. I’ve literally downloaded several of your HP apps gone through your AI assistant only for you to keep popping up ads for me to upgrade to premium. As if the printer and the ink doesn’t cost enough. I’m so over it. I’m gonna drive into town and have a professional print my photos off for me because I’d rather pay more for them to do it than to waste my time with HP.

App is absolutely horrible. Printer is always showing offline and you can’t navigate through the app because literally every click pops an add up and asks that you join there monthly or yearly subscription plan.

I bought the HP DeskJet printer . It took hours to set up to this app it only printed for a short period and have only been able to use it a handful of times and now the printer has stopped connecting and the app will not allow me to delete and re set up the printer without a subscription. It triggers a subscription every time I open the app. And has pop up adds ever 30 seconds. I will never use this again.

They made me buy premium just to print 1 thing. Then took half an hour before it would send the page to my printer and print

All the faxes I sent everyone told me they received faxes with big black blotches that it’s not readable at all . I wasted money on this for no reason.

Worst printer and app ever
This thing is so annoying. Everytime we move the printer we have to go through the same one thousand steps to set up the app. The app has gotten so much worse because it has so many pop up adds that I can’t even get the printer set up. I regret this purchase so much

I have a printer that I bought in 2020 and worked great. When my WiFi changed, I couldn’t get it connected. I went to the trouble to buy the premium service so that I could get professional tech support and crickets. I want a refund or immediate support like the app offers. Don’t pay for this app!
