Unreliable
The scheduling option to automate when a device powers on/off for a device such as a portable air conditioner is extremely unreliable. Would not recommend this app or company due to the fact that it cannot complete such a basic touted feature without issue.
Notifications Stop Working
App is decent, unfortunately notifications stop working after a week. So, you get no notice to empty the dehumidifier. You have to delete the app and reinstall it. 1 star until it’s fixed.
Location
This app requires you to share your precise location to be able to connect to WiFi Meda air conditioners. This should be against App Store policies. I don’t care about geofencing automations I just want to control my unit.
Scam software
Recently purchased this unit. Now find it will no longer work without updating software to a version of iOS that is not available on my phone. You have made my new dehumidifier non-functional. You should have thought of current customers and given them an option.
DATA LOSS
Beyond frustrating- every time there is an app update, your devices get erased. You have to go back to every unit and re-pair with the app to manage them again and get notifications. If you are using them at multiple addresses you are not able to control them at all.

App is just a remote, no smart functions
This review is for the U shaped Air conditioner
There is no ability to schedule any advanced functions.
For example:
1. Unable to schedule fan swing
2. Unable to schedule Ionizer
3. Unable to schedule the lights on and off
Smart Things integration is terrible.
It’s just trigger settings to turn things on or off
Alexa integration is horrible
For example:
1. Just basic functionality.
2. Lowest fan setting is 40% and highest is 120% which is auto mode.
3. Unable to set any advanced settings
4. It connects as a thermostat and not an AC and it never fully loads the temperature or provide advanced settings. You can only turn the device on/off, change the fan speed, and select the mode to fan/cool/and dry

Buggy, w feature disparities
The app is buggy and slow. The concept of ‘scenes’ isn’t really helpful. Bought two new air conditioners this year in the same month, but they have feature disparities in the app. Automations are overly complicated.

Is awight i guess
It’ll let you change temperatures, but you’re gonna have issues with schedules. You’re gonna have issues with scene. The kilowatt usage sure as hell ain’t right. As long as you plan on only using this to change the temperature you’ll be ok
Used to be great.
A few weeks ago. It quit giving me notifications that the tank was full on my dehumidifiers. Now it gives me no notifications and I can only see what is really going on. By selecting my dehumidifiers from the home page.
