Why does this app need my billing information. For what

it used to work now everytime I open it, it just shows the lady doing yoga and refuses to do anything else, I've genuinely left the app “loading” for an hour to an hour and a half, used different wifis/service and it still never loads.

Don’t bother unless you want it to randomly log you out, and then spend 20 minutes trying to repeatedly get it to accept your password update, after it rejected the old one you saved. Had to use a whole other device to update my password. I finally got in the account, but by that point I was absolutely done. I just don’t want to bother with these people any more.
Also, some of their drinks taste like cardboard.

Apple Pay not working

why remove the Favorite drink option?

Besides the terrible UX, the tip feature is broken an Apple Pay. You’re costing your workers money. A lot.

Great smoothies, but the app…….it brings the whole rating down for me. I can’t even look up the menu without picking a location, which is fine…..except when the stores are closed. Then the app will not move on or give you an alternative option to just see the menu. Who gate keeps their menu?!!!

I like smoothie king but this app makes me not want to get anything here. It’s such a miserable experience. Why does it make me log in and 2FA so many times?? who is going to steal my smoothie king account?? nobody. and then i log in and it logs me out 12 times. I hate this stupid app
