rewards get scammed
ive been playing this game since about 2009. I recently redownloaded it again because I wanted to relive my childhood. I downloaded another app to get rewards and watch the ads on the movie theater that says it will give you smurfberries and it will not give them to you. its sad an app made for kids will do things that allow them to profit and not give you whats owed after. especially for a kids game thats a bit predatory and ridiculous.
Not happy
I have been playing this game for a long time. I recently list all days after a purchase on 6/6 and game crashed. Was able to recover previous level, but numerous hits that I bought using berries, fire trucks on every area except main village, previously purchased bundles and land expansion were lost. Only compensation I have been offered is 30 berries. I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed as I have spent a lot on this game to just stop at near level

No matter what I did, I never received a single bit of credit for anything during the FireFox event, the whole event was broken, it stayed on 0%.
Downfall of Smurfs
Smurfs' Village is once my favorite game, but not anymore. Over 15 years of Smurfs' Village but nearly a decade of unfixed bugs.
And now the developers' decision to bring back surprise (pop-up) ads into the game is absolutely appalling.
It’s clear that the developers no longer care about their players, & also they’ve gone woke on social media.
Play DragonVale instead. Although that game is a year younger than Smurfs' Village, at least DECA won’t leave DV one bug left unfixed.

Ruined the game
I love Smurf village but they added forced ads that are annoying and you don’t even get rewarded and the Firefox event isn’t working for me I also keep losing rewards when a quest finishes and I get rewards from anything I lose it because of the cutscene it not just one quest that does it so I don’t know how to report it
Constant app failure
I used to love this game, but for over a month the app unexpectedly quits if it even opens. So frustrating.
Crashes when I try to open it
Haven’t had to much trouble before, but crashes when trying to open, or shortly after. iOS.

I love my smoke game. I’ve been playing in a very, very long time.
Does not work
Game does not work. It launches and then it just shows black screen. If I could I would give them zero stars. Please update.

I’m tired of dealing with the ads because enough people aren’t buying the things that they’re trying to sell in the games now they’re forcing ad upon us even when I turned the Wi-Fi off and I played the game. It has turned into ads ads ads ads ads. Maybe the developers think that it’s OK to exploit the people that enjoy the game but I’m sorry it’s not if you wanna watch. Feel free to download this game otherwise I would stay away from him.
I received notes from the developer telling me the reason why the ads are now appearing in the game or so that they can still offer the game for free. The developers seem to think that this will make me think that the ads are OK and I’m very sorry, but I don’t I think that they’re taking advantage of people and attempting to pressure them into buying things that they don’t want to and shouldn’t have to. Are you offering a game subjecting people to add out of nowhere so that you can make money I’m sorry you’re changing the terms at the game not me. It’s the reason why I don’t even use the unless I’ve turned my Internet off I get on and get the item for the daily use and then I exit the game. Turn my Wi-Fi off and then go in and do the game and yes, it limits what I am able to access because apparently some things to be on the Internet in order to access or participate in so my game access will be limited from this point on and if you get to the point where you start charging people for access to the game. It will be something that I discontinue. I started because I like the game, but it’s not something that I have to do something I wanted to do, but as you make it less and less appealing every I just am not gonna be taking advantage of you shouldn’t have to pay into a game in order to use it and insisting that I watch the ads or start making I’m sorry, but that doesn’t make what you’re doing right and I’m not gonna change my review and I don’t appreciate you trying to ask me too. I told you guys for months that I didn’t like to add and then they were and you’ve increased them and increase them in increase them and it’s an unpleasant experience. You didn’t even talk to people about it. You just started doing it. I have told you from the get-go so I didn’t like to add and I’m sorry that it makes me feel like I’m being used and taking advantage of if other people don’t feel that way then that’s on them, but this is the way what you feel and commenting or trying to get me to change how I feel is not gonna happen

Bad - Forced marketing. Sale tricks
Trying to scam people into buying from/for the app. A “sale” was made to notify me but gave me no option to exit. Once I clicked in it showed me what was the “exclusive offer” I needed to see but still no way to exit. I reloaded the app, reset my iPad, checked I had the most recent version and tried again. Still no option to exit.

Why so many Smurf wonders at once
At some point it is task after task of purchasing Smurf wonders you will not be able to build anytime soon. I haven’t visited my mountain village after it just kept having me add more and more wonders. Now my main village is filled and the task of doing more hasn’t stopped. Why not add other tasks in between the million of wonder I have no choice but to purchase and ignore. Won’t even let me delete them.
Forced ads
It used to be ad free and you only had to watch ads if you chose to but now with the update ads just pop-up randomly like for instance when you’re traveling from one village or area to another or when you harvest a crop and it’s really annoying. I wish they would go back to being ad free unless you chose to watch them to get power ups or whatever.
Cute but expensive
Expensive for no reason an cant plant , has no where to hold storage unless u pay $25
great game but keeps charging me
I had played this game since I was a little kid, I got back into it a few months ago but ever since I've started playing I keep getting notifications from apple that i've purchased smurfberries, which I haven't done. Even when I haven't played the game for a week I will get a receipt from apple confirming my purchase on a date where I haven't played the game. so far I've been able to get refunds so i've kept the game but it's getting really annoying, please fix this! (i've been charged 50$ over the course of this glitch, i've gotten refunds but still very annoying bc if i don't monitor my email then i miss my window for refunds)
