When I got in the app it showed the intro but didn’t load into the actual app and I was really disappointed because it looked so cool

I’ve installed, deleted an re-installed this app several times through out the year and it never loads.
App does not open
After I open the app it keeps loading was not able to use it at all
App is down too often with no support
When the app works it’s amazing, but too often it is down for weeks at a time while they are still charging a membership fee. I can understand a few hours or a day, but it literally goes down for weeks at a time. Refreshed, uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works and no updates to fix their issues. As much as I like this app when it works, sadly currently looking for one to take its place.

Weakest app for shoes
Nothing gets updated on time. Buggy app. Waste of money for me.
Hasn’t been updated in months
No sneaker app works without up to date info. Otherwise what’s the point.
Not good
They want you to pay a 6 month subscription for information that’s free. Now if they guaranteeing me the shoe then I can see why there’s a fee, but to want money so you can see what’s lock when you have other apps that do it for free is unbelievable. Screw this app! 😡😡

I see the potential behind this app, but there are a few hiccups.
- doesn’t allow to change region, showing every region where shoes are available.
(too far for purchase)
- every shoe on the app is sold out, even in the “available” section.
- In the “Daily raffles”, every raffle for every shoe that I had clicked on was closed.
(Constant refresh updates to the app to ensure it has the correct timed raffles and updated shoe raffles)
