No customer service

Worst customer service
The company is all about looting money from customers. The customer service is rude and doesn't address the problem . Once you pay, there's no option of refund.
Would be great if they had any sort of customer service
Back in early July I purchased tickets for Juliana Toren via Social Deal app. Arrive at the park to find out the tickets with bar codes that were in the app were not accepted. Tried to email them to the staff member at the park who was trying to assist us, could not email them.
Wound up paying full price at the park to get in as we were not going to turn around and take the kids home.
Contacted their customer service on multiple occasions with proof of purchase of the new tickets at the park and requested a refund to my PayPal. Never had a response except to ask what is my email address. I responded but did not receive any kind of email or info from them. Contacted them via PayPal 3 times and still no response. I have opened a dispute with PayPal.
Will never use this app again. If I didn’t have an open issue I would have already deleted it from my phone.
