To many broken ads
Lately half the ads are broken and get stuck. So you have to completely close out the app and then wind up having to start the same level over again. It was a fun game until this started happening. Now it’s just frustrating to play.
Pay to win
They set the game up with an amount of moves that is too low unless you use power ups or points where u have to watch adds or make in app purchases. Really grimey stuff

I didn’t have to wait to have lives to play when stuck on a tough board but now that it’s updated to have lives it sucks. The only positive is it doesn’t take hours for the lives to reload but one of the reasons I played this game daily is because I could go at my own pace and not have to worry. Now I barely play it. You guys ruined the best part of the game. Also. Adding the locks and keys made it suck too. Now some board you have no T.H. pics but to get extra moves. Go back to how it was no live, no locks and keys just hours of endless play.

delete this game. ads in between moves and 2/3 ads per level. they make the gameplay frustrating on purpose so you spend $10 for ad free or have to watch even more ads to use specialty cards to be able to continue the game. i’ve gotten multiple levels with 80 cards and 140 moves… each card is worth 2 moves… not sure why the creators thought that would work. this game style and the incessant advertisements is designed to frustrate the player into either spending money, spending time watching EXTRA ads for ‘extra’ moves REQUIRED to play, or quitting the game. this had so much potential yet the creators have ruined their own ideas with their greed and love of advertisements. i have never played a game with this many ads! i will be deleting this game and suggest to anyone reading this they do the same. there are so many better words games out there that don’t show a broken Disney ad every level that crashes and forces you to reload the app. EVERY LEVEL :(

I hate the new limited lives
i loved this game it was so fun to play mindlessly for hours on end, but now we have limited hearts to play with. i paid for the no ads option before this update came out, i severely regret it. i’m very annoyed!
Too many adds
Not only are there too many - but they last very very long. It’s too bad as it is a really enjoyable game otherwise
Just deleted
I was at over 1.000 levels in. Loved it, but the lives and all the locks ruined it. Not enough moves to win a game, stuck at one level for 3 days, said enough is enough. It was a great game, very stress free. Then the update, it is impossible to play now with the lock and key. I am about to delete the whole thing. Please go back to the way it was.
New updates ruined it
I really enjoyed this game at first. I paid for the no ads version so I could restart games without watching ads. Now there are limited lives and the games are harder with locks/ keys. After reaching out to the developers with my concerns I was brushed aside. If you download this game don’t waste any money on it. I enjoyed just having a simple fun game and will not be playing anymore.

i played this game everyday for over a year and after this update i am gutted. it’s impossible to enjoy with lives and locks. i paid for no ads and even got some packs for coins. please revert the game!!!!!
So disappointed
This was my favorite game- paid for no ads, would even be willing to pay to even have the app. BUT now I can only have 5 lives?! So I can play for 10 minutes tops? This is absurd. I’m so disappointed and irritated. Guess I will not be playing anymore.

Too many ads & need to spend cash
The game is challenging, which is a plus but the ads are annoying with no value. I finally bought their starter pack at level 41. That coin was gone like the dodo and I still didn’t pass the level after 2 days of trying

When I first downloaded this game, it was hands down my favorite game. My boyfriend and I would play together every day after work and it was a fun way to pass time. I even bought the ad-free version because I wanted to play more without getting tired of ads popping up.
The new features they’ve added recently made me uninstall it entirely however. The locked card stacks, life limits, and constant push for streaks and correct matches in a row made the game go from relaxing to just like every other game desperately trying to get you to spend money on in-app currency. I wish I could uninstall the updates from the past few months and go back to the old version, or be able to switch from the current version to the original in-game.

I enjoyed this game first, but after a while the same cards kept coming up in game after game. It’s an expensive game for it to be this bad after 180 levels. Don’t waste your money!
Added a life system that limits playtime
They game was fine then they added a feature where you lose lives when you restart a game. You can of course watch an add to get more, but I paid to not watch any adds so I shouldn’t have to watch adds to play the game.

You have to play $10 to remove ads. I get that ads help make it free but geez there wayyyyyy too many ads. And now you have locked cards and only 5 lives??? No thank you. I will be deleting this game. I can deal with locked cards but I want unlimited lives. Adding lives was ridiculous.

Latest updates ruined it
There are a lot (A LOT) of ads in this game. Some of them won’t close when you tap the X. I was willing to endure, because I love this game. But now you have lives. And almost impossible boards. And the amount of coins you get for winning vs the amount it costs to continue playing is ridiculous. But hey, at least you’re getting a minuscule amount of coins as a daily reward Please take it back to what it used to be.

Too many thoughtless changes
Added lives to the game. So instead of a stress free game I can play for an hour or two I now have to pay or wait if I run out of lives. I'm not doing that.

I’ve been playing this game for a month, I had no problem watching the ads since I could play nonstop for hours. Now they’ve limited playtime by adding “lives”. When your lives are up, you have to buy coins in order to continue playing. This game had so much potential, now it’s basically a Gacha game. So disappointing.

This game was great before. I even purchased the no ad option for $10. Then, they add keys which was annoying but made the game more challenging. Ridiculously heavy with Ads
Downloaded this game, early levels were fun, the difficulty got to a point there was no way you could finish without help. Then an update and now every time you complete a category you have to watch the same ad over and over. I’m done…DELETED it.

It was so good and the ads were tolerable but now I have a limited amount of lives and it makes me not want to play it anymore.
Congrats, your game is unplayable
The lock and key update and now the addition of “lives” has made it so that two levels are playable then you get to the challenging one and it takes way too many tries to get through. It’s 1,500 to get ten more turns but you get on average less than 100 per each game you win. What’s next, a timer? I’m done.

This is the first phone game I have enjoyed playing in YEARS. I have a few hundred levels played. I paid for the ad-free version along with everyone else in my household. The locks and keys didn’t bother me like they did everyone else - I liked the challenge. However, running out of lives? Are you absolutely serious? The developers constantly respond to reviews saying they have to have so many ads to keep the game free. Fine, I understand, that’s why I paid for no ads. But now to give people a very small amount of lives before they have to buy more? Heinous, disgusting, and greedy. Especially considering how LITTLE coins you earn when beating a level compared to how many coins it costs to buy lives. You’re forcing people to spend real money. I’m so sad to be deleting this game.
Ad break mid-puzzle??!?!
Ok, I’ve played a lot of stupid games. Ads are just part of the deal with free apps, I get it. But never in my life have I been interrupted MID PUZZLE for an ad break. Get lost.
Do Not Buy!
This game was really fun and a great way to expand your vocabulary. I purchased it based on this, but since my purchase the developers have 1) added a new “locked cards” feature that makes some levels almost impossible and 2) now have added a “lives” system where you run out and either have to use in game cash or watch an ad to keep playing. Way to screw over your paying customers! I will never buy a game from this developer again and deeply regret this purchase.

I get it. Making games is hard, and you need money. HOWEVER. Your game WAS good, but the addition of lives in an already add heavy game is terrible. I want to be able to play stress free, and if you can’t do that I’m deleting.
Forced play tutorial sucks
Forced play sucks in level 1 - can’t change settings to bypass the B.S. tutorial. I forgot why I deleted this POS game - I’m just remembering this is why. Your game looks so promising and then the tutorial suckage begins
Ruined by greed
Even with all the ads, I loved the game before the last few updates. The lock and key update and now the limited lives update show how little regard they have for their users. I know this is a business, but these tactics to force engagement and micro transactions will reduce both in short order. Sadly, uninstalled.
Beware of Purchases - Shady Developer
There have been multiple updates over the last month that have introduced even more ads and restrictions on game play. I purchased the “remove ads” options to be able to play without constant ads. They have now introduced lives that run out and to continue playing you have to watch an ad or wait.
There is simply no reason to add a barrier to gameplay other than to generate more revenue.
It’s a blatant way to continue making money off players who have already made purchases to play without ads.

Downhill
I used to really like this game. I’ve played up to level 1228 which I don’t know if it’s a lot but it was a lot of play time for me. However, the newest updates have ruined the whole game for me. Why do we have lives now? And it doesn’t even show you how many lives you have. I liked being able to play with no limits and it allowed me to play for hours with no consequences if I wanted to. Why are rows locked? There’s already not enough moves to shuffle the cards, locking the rows makes it even more annoying. The ads have gotten worse for sure and the ads also stop your music which is really frustrating. Everything has gone downhill and I am sad that I’m gonna have to let this app go. Goodbye my memories of slacking at work by playing this game. Maybe I’ll finally get a promotion now since I’ll finally be getting some work done
Ruined by Update
Adding lives to the game has completely taken the fun out of it. I wish I hadn’t paid for no ads. The devs think this is going to make them more money, but it reduces the quality of gameplay so drastically that the game will decline in popularity, thus offsetting any profits coming from paying/watching ads for more lives

I have never loved a game as much as this. I play for hours and I am on level 496. Now lives are added??? I got over the locks and now this?? This is so disappointing.
Lives Feature is a Let Down
I'm incredibly disappointed that you guys added lives to the game. I paid for no ads so I could play as much as I wanted, uninterrupted. Now I can't do that anymore thanks to being limited lives.

Used to be an awesome game that I played every day. Now it’s full of hearts, endless ads, and joke cards? The simplicity of the game was what made it have value. With this addition of all the new features with a bunch of purchasing perks, it ruined this original simplicity and revealed the creators underlying desire for more cash. It will never be enough.

When I first downloaded this game, I realized I loved it so much that I wanted to play without the ads. I paid $10 for the game to play without ads and every day It was my favorite way to unwind. I made it to level 800 and something. Then yesterday, to my surprise, I opened it up to see that now it costs lives to play! And you only get five. Because my Internet was glitchy at the time I uninstalled it and reinstalled it thinking that would help before I realized (too late) there was no way to save my progress! So now I am back down to level two! And after paying $10 for the game, they want me to play five lives at a time? No way. They’ve ruined this game for me.
I used to love this game
I started playing this game when it was just word solitaire. I played it almost nightly and I’ve beaten over 800 levels. Then they introduced a system where the more cards you correctly place without a mistake, the more coins you win. AWESOME, I’m on board. Then they introduced locking certain columns, and having to move cards to get keys. Annoying, but did make the game a little harder so wasn’t too bad. But then they introduced hearts. Fail enough times and you can’t play anymore. I’ll be looking for another game now.
