Don’t pay for anything with them!
Purchased the no ad pack back in February. The game got stuck on level 937. (I passed the level) I contacted the customer service team. What a joke and wasted of time. They keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app. This has been going on for a month. The only thing that happened was I lost coins and no the no ad pack that I paid for. They asked me to send them a receipt that I paid for the no ad pack. I sent the receipt from Apple and they still insisted on checking with their accounting team. Today is Monday, April 13th and they still haven’t fixed my account. I’ve contacted Apple for a refund and deleted the app. Customer service was very condescending and unhelpful. How the heck you create a a game and cannot fix the problem. Buy at your own risk. Because they will not solve your issue. Which is their job. If I could I would have not given a star.

Advertised in landscape but only can play in portrait; makes a big difference on iPad

The fact that I'm limited in one day as to how many Ads I'll watch to get more turns is an immediate uninstall. Very disappointed in this game.
False advertising
Why would you lie in your advertising and say no ads? Doesn’t matter if they “aren’t that bad” or “there aren’t that many.” No ads means no ads.
False play with Ads
This game allows you to continue playing after you run out of moves by watching ads. It says 8/9 Ads to watch and you get to play-on but it does not accept that you watched the ad and keeps making you watch more Ads. That is very irratating, they get paid everytime we watch an Ad and it feels like a SCAM! The game is ok not the greatest.

I loved this game but after I reached level 300 ads would pop up during game. Not for me

Let me know when/if you take the in-game ads out and I will be back. Otherwise, nope. The ad revenue excuse is just that….I don’t have ANY other games that interrupt game play with ads. They put them between levels and that works just fine.
Game Or Ads??
This is a fun game but WAY too many ads. I understand the need for ads, in fact all of the games I’ve downloaded have them, but this is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend more time watching ads than playing the game. Sometimes you play two cards and an ad appears. Then, at times, the ads play through twice. I will be deleting this app.

Ads, ads and more ads. I don’t mind an ad or two between levels but this game pops up LONG ads at random in the middle of the round! Sometimes 2-3 ads (long ones) in the middle of the game. I’m done. And I’m not paying $15 to get rid of the ads because this game was advertised as having no ads.
Constant pop ups
I can’t even get to the 5th level without constant pop ups. It isn’t just ads. It’s a banner that scrolls across the screen, preventing game play, just to say how many others are playing the game. I don’t care! I want to play my game, and no, I will not pay to remove ads on a game I literally just started. Why bother paying to remove constant pop ups in the middle of my game (not at the end or start, but as I’m in the middle of a level) when there are a hundred other games like this without banners and pop ups? Deleting app immediately.

They advertise their game as having no ads, but they indeed have many ads. If they’ll lie about that, what else are they lying about? Deleting!!!!!
A Joke
This game is a scam. You can only play a certain amount of rounds before it pushes you to download another game. Concept is fun and would be great if it wasn’t a scam!
Extremely difficult
The super hard levels are IMPOSSIBLE. honestly makes me want to just delete this app. I’ll try it a couple more times but I’m pretty much over this app. Purposely does not give you enough moves so you have to pay to play. Also does not reward you the free moves after watching the ad… again, purposely makes it so you have to pay to play. If I could give this app zero stars I would. L
False advertising
They advertise as a no ad game, no wifi needed and that is completely false. Many ads.

Barely playable
So laggy you can barely even do anything. Just trying to get through the tutorial was a nightmare. The ad at the bottom of the screen constantly opens even without touching it. When you watch ads for extra help or rewards they only register the reward 50% of the time. Not worth playing.
Purposely set up to fail so you pay
I really liked the game until it became impossible to complete in the amount of moves they give you. Feels like they purposely set it up to be impossible, hoping you will spend money on their game.

Saw an ad for this game on other games…both times, no mistake, it said NO ADS!!! Liars…got through a few levels and low and behold, the ads started. Oh sure, pay 9.99 to get rid of them. Sick to death of liars!

This is a fun word game with TWO major problems. 1) The number of moves needed requires purchasing or watching ads to earn moves. 2) The moves/bonuses for ads aren’t rewarded. Too frustrated to continue playing!

I tried to play and there is no redo button, undo button, or restart button. There is not even an exit button. It seems fun in theory but I made it through one level and couldn’t even try to finish the second one because it froze and didn’t have any buttons to try and change anything.

Don’t love this update!
Please go back to having the deck at the top! This new view makes it impossible to see more than 2 cards in a stack so I have no idea if I’ve completed the category or how many cards are still unturned below the stacks. Loved this game but cannot play in this view. Please, please go back! Was 5 STARS in the old view.

The game is good but there are too many ads that are way too long. It ruins the experience.
Was good until you couldn’t advance
I liked this game and the ads were… okay. Still a little too much. But you get to level 81 and it’s impossible to advance without help from coins or watching more annoying ads, no matter how you do it. Very disappointing. At least make it possible to advance without that even if it’s a hard level.
Not ad free
This was advertised as an ad free game and it is not. It is also very broken. Gamebreaking bugs and glitches along with terrible touch screen optimization.

It said “no ads” which is not true. You have to take ad breaks whenever they want. They aren’t brief either. I just noticed today that at the end of an ad break you’re supposed to collect 50 coins for watching the ads, but I’ve not received any such reward. Why can’t a game be what it claims to be, fun?

Deleting Your Game
And it’s a shame too. But in the higher levels when you start using abbreviations that make no sense and expect the player to know what they mean?? That’s when I quit!! So tell me; what is “obedience?? And how is one to know that “chat” stands for character and not what you do to a steak? Sorry, but I’ve had enough!!!
