I was trying to make a song and it kept on trying to make me sign in with Apple do not download it!

They give you very nice examples. But the output is half assed and not worth the $30 per video. I did 2 videos both with very detailed prompts. They all came out half assed, awkward, and random AI mistakes that don’t make sense. Don’t waste your money on this. AI is too good to have this bad of an output. Great idea. Horrible execution

I have a few songs written and thought it would be fun to make a music video of myself singing it. At $16 each, the generation is weird, it made me both a woman and a man in the same video. You can regenerate clips, but they’re expensive to regenerate. The app is nothing but a money grab. Beware! I wasted $60 and got a three minute, semi-good video. Hope the devs don’t spend it all in one place, because I won’t be back!

They make you upgrade to $9.99 to proceed. Then once you do that you can’t do anything with it until you pay at least another $9.99.

It’s a total money grab. I made a free account to give it a try, uploaded a song I made on Suno to the app and selected a picture for it to use for the video and a template they offer. You get 10 credits (enough for one MV generation). Generated one… guess what? You need 1.6k credits to even fully finish generating it/have access to it… the cheapest option gives you 800creds/week… second option gives you 4Kcreds/week but costs $30… don’t even get to see if your video is worth it either (from other rates it doesn’t seem to be). Don’t even bother unless you want to waste your time/money.

Cómo toda iA aún está en desarrollo y los videos tienen errores muy visibles, por ejemplo le pedí que tuviera una bandera de un país en específico, bueno en cada parte del video la iba cambiando por versiones muy distorsionadas de la bandera, cambiando la forma, los colores y la figura de la misma. También hay unas pausas de imágenes sin sentido y repetitivas. Y luego de que genera el video no puedes pedirle que corrija ningún error, en todo caso aventurarte de nuevo y pagar otra vez a ver si esta vez tienes mejor suerte con el resultado.

This entire app is a complete scam 9.99 for nothing and then was charged an additional 999. Every time I wanted to change an image that was generated by the AI. The images were all wrong. None of them ever matched any of the prompts that I gave to create them and yet I was still charged for them. I cannot locate anyone for customer service for Shindo and Apple is not protecting their customers. They’re not refunding any money even if you were scammed. I don’t even know how to get this money back so it’s just a loss, but Sondo is a SCAM!!!

Don’t waste your money on this trash! Spent $20 for the most pathetic AI video you could ever imagine. The reenactment of the singing and musical instrument playing is beyond pathetic. Not even close. The image matching of the uploaded people was an absolute joke as well. Pure garbage from top to bottom.

I started by prompting for a video. It said it would cost less than 800 credits to create. I purchase a week plan. When I go back to create a video it says it costs more than 800 credits. It’s misleading and fraudulent. For the principle, I’m not buying 10 more credits to create my video. I’m $10 out. Listen to me when I say stay away. They’ll steal your money.

This is a subpar image generator and they are scammers they make it super difficult to cancel your subscription. They have no customer service number number and email support will tell you they cannot cancel your subscription or auto draft. They also lie and say when the account is deleted so is all your information but here I am three weeks later still getting billed total ripoff

You get free 10 credits for signing up an account. However, it costs u 10 credits just to create your video. Once that is created, Sondo has an AI agent that shows you a deep thinking of your overall video. It costs more than 1k credits just for me to create it. I deleted the video. The subscription gives you 800 credits for 1 week for a minimum $9.99. This is a bad rip off. Do not recommend.

Tried it out and now I wont stop getting charged. Nothing shows up in my subscriptions but getting charged weekly. Scam vibes and overpriced

I gave it some time but after creating 3 videos im certain its not going to improve. Very limited! Very generic! Not a professional tool. More like a novelty!

Could not even do one song

It costs $10 USD just for 800 credits a week. THAT CANT EVEN GET YOU A SINGLE SONG. It costs a staggering 1380 credits for a single song. So essentially, one song is $20. That is ridiculous.

I paid $30 for enough tokens to make a video for one of my songs, but the end result was a jibber-jabbering caricature that wasn’t synced with the lyrics. If I used that video, it actually decreases the quality of the song, not increasing it.
Keep your money, these guys are getting way too much for something you could do better by yourself.

Spent the money to test out the premium features for a music video and it was trash. Words didn’t line up with the music. Movement was sloppy. Wasted my money on this.

I tried to download this assuming of course that I would have to pay for it after I made my first video which I was okay with, but you can't even quality check your first video before they want you to pay a bunch of money. You never know with AI these days it could be hit or miss, and I'm not willing to pay $30 to make two music videos. (It's about 2000 credits to make a video, and $30 for 4000 credits or $20 for 800 credits which isn't enough) that first impression tells me that it's probably not worth it.

It generate a video of me with three arms a car with six wheels. I contacted support. They ignored me.

I paid for Sondo AI expecting a useful AI music video generator, but my experience was extremely disappointing. not just the fact that majority of your video is inconsistent B role of like glitter and sparkle tornadoes everywhere but that’s literally all the video consist of that and little gnome looking silhouettes gliding across the ground without legs yeah it’s just weird weirdest thing I’ve ever seen and a little bit of footage that they do put of me if it wasn’t giving me extra arms the lip syncing was not at all matching my lyrics and for whatever reason they always give you a mean muggin looking face at some point in the video with like smoke coming out of your nose, which is pretty much how I was feeling after watching this waste of money and time I put into this stupid video.
The pricing structure feels misleading. I paid for the subscription, uploaded my song, entered the style and direction I wanted, and waited while the app generated a full concept/story plan. After reviewing the plan and choosing to create the video, I was then taken to another paywall asking me to purchase additional credits. At that point, I had already paid for the subscription and invested time into the process, only to find out that the subscription alone was not enough to actually complete what I thought I was paying for.
Even after paying, the final AI-generated music video was poor quality and not usable for what I needed. The biggest issue is that you cannot really edit or fix the video after it is generated. you can replace clips that you’re not happy with, but of course it charges you every time you do an excessive amount of credits and only to give you worse than the first go around character consistency as completely lacking specially if you have it redo the clip where you you’ll come out looking like some Frankenstein AI jump scare. or they’ll just replace you with a leprechaun altogether. I get Its AI and it’s always Hitt or mess with that. But for what they’re charging, it’d be cheaper just to go use artlist.io at least you have better editing control, and they don’t charge half as much and way better quality. they understand AI and how it works and what to charge for it and how people need to use it and how it’s used altogether. This app obviously knows nothing about AI in the real world and how it’s being used today by creatives like us. their customer service is just as poor as there product. when I reached out about how I felt mislead they pretty much told me. “Oh well you snooze you lose” but you know in their own corporate type way. You basically get whatever the app gives you. For a music video, that is a major problem. Music videos need timing, pacing, creative control, and the ability to revise shots that do not work. This app does not provide that level of control.
When I reached out, the response I received only explained how their credits work, but it did not address the real issue: the customer experience feels unclear and unfair. A paid subscription should clearly explain what is included, how many credits you get, whether those credits are enough to generate a full music video, and what additional costs may appear before the customer pays.
Overall, I do not feel this app delivered fair value for $29.99. Between the subscription, the extra credit paywall, the poor final result, and the lack of editing options, I cannot recommend Sondo AI to other creators, musicians, or anyone looking for a professional AI music video tool. Go to Artlist.io it’s 100 times better cheaper way better quality way better editing capabilities and they have a new studio feature where you can literally make anybody you want for your own videos, including yourself. You could pick your background you can pick your seen your settings. It is extremely user-friendly and you’re not charged out of the you know what just to have them removed the third arm from your neck that they should’ve never put on you to begin with. i’m not even joking. I literally had three arms and one or two of scenes one holding my phone one waving to the camera and the third waving goodbye to this app!

This app has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had.
I paid for a subscription believing I would be able to create and view my music video using the credits provided. Only after spending money and credits did I discover that generating the final MV required thousands of additional credits.
The so-called preview was not sufficient to properly evaluate the final product, yet I was expected to spend significantly more money without knowing whether the result would actually meet my expectations.
I contacted support and explained my concerns in detail. Unfortunately, my complaint was not properly addressed and no satisfactory resolution was provided.
If this issue is not resolved fairly, including a refund or another reasonable solution, I will be consulting my legal and consumer protection options regarding what I believe is a lack of transparency in how the service is presented to paying customers.
I strongly encourage users to read all reviews carefully before spending money on this app.

Even after buying the subscription, to create a video I had to pay and buy credits. Total bs.

I uploaded my song and it makes you subscribe and cost minimum $10 a Week to create the plot then additional $10 to get enough credits to create the video. Once the video was created, the quality was terrible. The plot didn’t fit the song, the scenes were awkward and didn’t go with the song at all. The picture i uploaded when rendered did not look like me at all.

It’s way too expensive for ONE generation and it didn’t even work. Waste of my money and time

I don’t know how this app work, but I don’t think it works good. Most app will let you test it at least with one video, but this app is not because they’re hiding, they don’t want you to test it without paying; that means it is not working properly

When you load up a song, it will act like it’s working for about a minute or two the. Prompt you to buy the service. There is no free model.

This is absolute garbage and a waste of your money. I can’t believe I spent $30 on eight seconds of video that is total garbage. It’s not even remotely what I put into the prompt and you won’t get a refund danger, danger!!

Just paid 20 bucks just make one video. I hope it’s worth it.

This app does not generate anything without a subscription

Fraud information: The app does not list cost of creating a full video. The app only list the cost to subscribe, then 10 credits to create the template. It has you trim the song, misleading information that it only cost 10 because it's shorter. But after spending 10 credits then it creates a full song template, no preview, no refund. Then demands 800 plus to make the actual video. With subscribing for 10 bucks then ANOTHER 10 to get enough credits you only get 1 song and then not enough leftover credits to do anything. I'd demand a refund but no way to request one from them. Plus I doubt they'd pay it. I've already cancelled my subscription.

Once signed into this app it wants you to pay for a week. Like $6 and some change; only to get a few credits to work with( less than 100). Not enough to make a video with these credits I closed the app out. The next week it was $9.99, still not enough to create the music video I even tried to change a few things to make it use less credits…. Nothing still. By this time I was annoyed and frustrated that I got scammed into paying $9-10 for NOTHING.
Don’t even think about emailing SUPPORT THEY WONT REPLY! The next week after that, another $9.99 was taken from me and still could not create 1 video. After I had reached out 2 times to the support emails they had on the app-nothing still.
I Went through apple to refuse a refund only to say it wasn’t eligible for one. Please beware of apps that charge and you can’t reach them for support or worse can’t get what you paid for.

When I downloaded the app it said create music videos for free. At no point have I been able to do. That’s actually annoying. I’m not paying for something if I can’t even have a trial course to test the software.

The 800 credits I purchased would not have gone far. The app first charges 10 credits for the quote to actually produce a video. The quote for the first video was over 1900 credits. So the monthly allotment was not even enough to made a single video. Buyers beware, this app is a money sinkhole if you get far enough to actually use it.

Great AI image and all but the video/movie sucks! Like a car driving with the driver sideways or no driver at all and can cost over $25 for a useless video I can’t even show friends.

You have to pay to create a video - OK - $9.99 later I went to create the video and it said I didn’t have enough tokens to create the video - another $9.99 was not enough to create the video. This app is a total scam.
