Never respond to email
I’m writing this review because people need to be aware, I have sent many emails explaining to them that the script I read the video do not turn out looking like it I ask for the person singing to be facing forward they show more clips of other things in video then the person that is singing I ask for my tokens back for both videos I they have not given them back to me. Also they need to show proof of the video so customers can say it’s a good video before taken people token money I will let you know if they respond back to me but so far no and I’m angry 😡😡

Cant make a music video or a clip without paying. All it does is make a story for a video for a free. Terrible business model. Will be deleting
Read before buy
I find the amount charged for such a small number of credits to be a total rip-off. The platform lacks transparency; you aren't given a proper preview to see if the video is actually good before committing. Instead, you are forced to pay $9.99 just to see the result, only to realize that the process consumes so many credits that you have to pay again almost immediately.
It feels like a predatory system designed to keep you paying without showing you what you're getting first. It is extremely disappointing, and I honestly feel cheated. I hope they improve their credit system and provide a fair trial/preview soon. Avoid until they fix this.

Zero Stars If Possible
Please DO NOT waste your time or money. Your prompt can be perfect and it will render something completely different. Out of all the ai apps for music videos, this one is by far the very WORST. I was robbed for over $50 to produce something that is not even usable and they refuse to provide a refund or even restore credits to potentially get something that can be used for the money I paid. I wish I could show you the video. I wrote and produce an adult animated series called @ToxicToonTales. Every ai app I’ve ever used is far better than this one. If you make music on Suno, don’t think this is the video version of that because IT IS NOT and the two ARE NOT RELATED.
Bad app
Do not use this app. They double-charged me in the middle of saving my video. Even after paying, the video quality was very bad. It is a waste of money and a trap. Please be careful and don't download it.
Not easy to unsubscribe
I’ve been trying to unsubscribe for over month now and each unsubscribe button either takes you back to the app or to apple how to unsubscribe tabs. I need someone to fix this and stop charging my account.
Don’t understand got to make the video paid the weekly 10 dollars but not says I need 830 credits
I feel like this might be a scam I bought the 800 weekly but when I make the video says i need 830 unless iam just doing something wrong
Absolutely diabolical
Unfathomable that you want $10 a WEEK without a trial period, and on top of that, you want MORE money by paying for gems or whatever they are? Then what’s the point of a membership if it doesn’t give you unlimited generations for the week? Absolutely ridiculous business practice.

Glitchy and scammy I paid for a 4 minute video and it created it but will not let me download full video and when it finally does it's only 15 seconds of actual video and the rest in frozen frame with no audio I definitely will be asking for a refund or get my bank to stop the charge against these scammers!!!!

Canceled subscription but still charged!
I canceled my subscription almost the day. I downloaded it before the sixth and it’s still charged me $29. Do not trust canceling subscription because you could still be charged

Absolutely trash!! Downloaded it and uploaded my very own song I created along with a photo and after 20 minutes nothing happened. Then I tried again and they asked me for money. I’m not going to buy your product if I can’t even try it. Absolutely garbage and a wasted of money.
Didn’t work
First of all on the phone there’s issues with the UI where the keyboard wouldn’t go away when trying to scroll down. But anyways- the video acted like it was going to create, didn’t create, took the credits, and then prompted for paid sign up. I’d maybe have considered it if it actually produced anything.

App is way too expensive and offers nothing on the free tier to even see if it’s worth it. Tried creating a video and but you can’t create one on the free tier

The app is easy to use, but the results are disappointing. The generated visuals don’t resemble the uploaded photo, and the audio does not sync properly with lip movements. Overall, it doesn’t deliver on its core features
Terrible generation and prompts
I spent 60 dollars for something that is this poor? Well it is what it is. I will stick to portal AI and Sora. You owe me credits and I paid for a year. Every 25th of the month is when they refresh. Give me all the credits owed and I won’t sue you!

It creates the video but when you need changes it keeps generating wrong outputs which cost each time.

You get 800 credits for $29 when you start, but the only thing you can create is images. If you want to create a video it cost more then 800 credits and that’s another $9. It looks like all of the videos are over 1000 credits. Do not buy this product. I am hoping I can get a refund. I’ll be calling Apple
Not as advertised
I will not be using again. Several clips lips are not synced to easy audio very clear and several clips just a big smile and legs moving very hard. Weird. You all need to keep fixing. It just drain your credits
Way too expensive for the quality
This app charges wayyy too much for the quality they put out. Lip syncing isn’t even close to being accurate. This should ONLY be purchased for hobby, fun purposes. 100% not for any type of professional use. Hopefully they put some much needed time and effort into fixing the many faults within the app to meet the price point requirements.
Payed for nothing
I payed 9.99 for one week. Then I tried to make a video, it said one more thing to do. That was to pay another 9.99 for credits. Ok. What was the fist 9.99 for. Don’t know. So, I payed because I wanted to see what it could do. It said failed. Ok try again. It wants 9.99 again. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me for trusting you. I didn’t pay I just cancelled my subscription. 19.98 to be disappointed. I can do that for free by turning on the news. Thanks for nothing

I did not receive my credits upon signing up and it costs too much money for videos that are efficient. I will be requesting a refund from my bank.

Subscribed and then it wanted me to buy MORE credits just to do my first video. And I couldn’t do anything with the credits i already had because it wasn’t enough

So fake looking. Characters have instruments but don’t play them. Lip syncing is way off and sometimes not there. Video movement looks fake and like a robot

You gotta spend $10 just to make one music video and after 30 mins of writing all the prompts and instructions and processing time it takes to generate the video all I got was lots of filler footage and the singer’s mouth moving but not even matching the words. Do not waste your money.

Don’t buy it. Spend $30 just to get enough credits to try to make a video, that comes out absolutely horrible. Advertising great quality videos tha are completely in sync with movement and lips and everything but then when u go and pay a ton to create one yourself.. it comes out terrible. Waste of money. Unless you’re looking for something to rip you off. There is no way to control the video you get, no way to edit. I ended up using all my credits on one video that I can’t use for my song and was given no way to fix the direction. My song was not a man singing or about a cyber man but that’s the video I was given

Barely usable
The AI artifacts are very bad. Like really bad! Videos don’t follow prompts (ask for animation and you get mix of bad realism and animation.) I to try and re-render sections cost more credits and still doesn’t resolve the artifacts. I cannot express enough just how bad the artifacts are.
Feels like a Scam
I wouldn’t recommend getting this app. It’s not very good. I had it for about 5 mins they don’t even give you enough free credit to test the app to see if it’ll work well for you before it asks for money. I don’t mind paying if it actually works. I just hate when they ask for money and the base subscription isn’t even enough to cover a single cost of creation. An example is to make music videos it cost around 1500 credits. Base subscribers get 800 credits for 10$ while monthly subscribers get 3000 credits for 30$. If they hope to do any better give ppl the ability to at least test their app out before asking for a subscription fee which would become a waste if it didn’t work in the end. Side note. First time sign up is only 10 credits which is a joke. Don’t waste your money. I didn’t and I hope if you’re reading this you didn’t either.
Not worth it
Expensive & even if you purchase enough credits you’re unable to edit your character actions on the storyboard. You can only recreate and hope the Ai hits the mark after using more credits. It’s a hassle and hard to make what you envision come to life.

Installed only to write this review and then deleted it. I don’t bother with AI anymore. Every AI app ad I skip over. All of them are a ripoff. Money grabs. Why are the Chinese beating us at AI? Because they don’t restrict content creation radically like we do. The U.S. stifles content creation. Why? Liberal lawyers and judges. I hope you guys read this and consider the fact you’re not getting rich from this because it’s an old concept. Take your app back to the drawing board and do something no one else is doing. Or I will.
Terrible
What they advertise versus what you get sucks. The quality is garbage. Lips do not match the lyrics ever. I tried slow songs fast songs. I tried so many. I wasted $60 for the year pass, to make 6 music videos that are cringy at best.

They give you 11 credits for free. Cool right? Wrong. First video is 841 CREDITS!!! That’s like $12 in their stupid credit store. You can’t even see a preview to tell if it’s something you want or not. Absolutely ridiculous. Total cash grab scam.

Waste of time. No free trail to see if it works. 👎🏾 I might of gotten it if it was good.
