Music, not speed
I need y’all to make the game about actually knowing the right answer instead of just who can hit the right answer the fastest. Cuz I’m not gonna play it anymore if y’all don’t change it. And I was a VERY LOYAL ‘customer’ so you would be taking a MAJOR loss!!!! If I could give you no stars, I would, but since I have to give you at least one, that’s all you get from me.
Might be fun if it would work
I’m getting missions in the SongPop Classic app that direct me into this app but when this app opens, it gets this new update new gifts screen and that’s it. There is no way to exit that screen, no way to move past it. Nothing. To make matters worse, because it gets stuck on that screen, I have zero way to contact support from the game. I had to google search to find the support contact form. And then there’s no way to submit a screenshot of what’s happening.

So I tried downloading the app, was gonna play with my family and all, but when I had to sign in it wouldn’t let me get rid of the text box, I restarted my phone, redownloaded it and closed the app and reopened it dozens of times but it still won’t work, someone please help now I can’t play with my family and it’s terrible

UPDATE 2: I am uninstalling this game today. I have done everything I can think of to get help and all these people give you is silence. they claim it's possible to get help outside of the app, but that's an outright lie. I was kind of hoping that a developer might see this review and get their support team to reach out, because there's no other way for me to reach them, but clearly they do not care about their users. They also don't care whether you spent money and now can't access what you paid for. Absolutely horrible nonexistent customer support!
UPDATE: DON'T SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME. Their system will lock you out of the game and keep your money. I have emailed multiple times for assistance and been ignored. Since I'm locked out of everything behind the un-dismissible "you won!" message (see below), I can't access the normal support channels.

Must Pay
Giving it one star because you have to spend to do anything. I’ve used those green gems to “ buy” a playlist, only to not have access to that playlist. You do not get many opportunities to earn those green gems. So I’ve wasted all of them on playlists that I thought I would have continual access to. It does not tell you, nor did I realize, that you have access to that playlist for that round. Not to mention, some of the playlist seem super wonky. On the “ 500 top pop songs” playlist, there are a lot of children’s songs like twinkle, twinkle Little star. Thankfully, I’m not paying for this game, but I highly doubt payers are getting their moneys worth. I love music, and I am great at guessing these songs, but this game could be a lot better. Deleting it now.
Cannot hide online status
I only want to play my games and daily tuneology but am always getting bombarded with playing live. I have NO interest in playing live! You’d think after never accepting a live game, they’d get it but no. There needs to be a way to hide your online status. Sometimes I’m only in the game for 1-2 minutes just to see if there are new games and boom, another live game request. Turn off this annoying feature for those of us who have zero interest in it!

Forget It
Nothing will update. For instance, I have watched the “emoji tutorial “5 to 20 times and I still have to “skip tutorial” or “watch tutorial” It shows I have nine messages. There’s not nine messages anywhere and it won’t go away. Another button says “free rewards and get all your free stuff here” Nope. Just ridiculous.
Song Pop 3
If you love music, you will love this game. It is a lot of fun. The only problem I have with it is there is no one to communicate with. I guess this is a sign of things to come in the future. It is going to cause a lot of frustration in the human community. They finally transferred the game over but as I had already cancelled the other One a long time ago, I had to cancel this one to do it. So I presume next month we will be back to connecting the 2 again. It will become a monthly thing. It is what it is besides that I love this game. SP 2 is a headache. Mostly the app opens blank. Now SP 3 has some tune thing with 3bursts 😂 of sound & you must guess the song. Mostly I can’t even hear the burst of sound. 😂 Now I have asked them for many weeks to fix the button on SP3 where I get my coins & diamonds on a daily basis. It allows you to collect more than once sometimes & they always remind me to collet them, it’s part of my membership. Well I would, if I could. Mine only allows one time for my tap to work. I can keep hitting, it won’t collect. I sent pics to show them it says collect & I can’t. I gave up & am seriously considering taking a break while they sort out their mess. If a human was around, this would probably be fixed but I’m arguing with AI’s I think. The times they are a changing. It’s not going to be for the better, for a while while they try understand us. I met some good people on this game. I usually return for them. Let’s see this time. No nothing has been fixed - nothing. You waste your time reporting an issue.
Only wants money
This game could be fun but you spend more time trying to figure out how to get to main screen or play with friends. Just ads, ads, ads, upgrade to premium, ads, ads. Very annoying and frustrating
App crashes on iPad and lags on Android
I installed app on iPad hoping it would not lag like Android. It doesn’t lag, but it crashes about every 5 minutes. This developer only sees $$$ and never fixes the constant glitches for the app. Worst game ever, if I didn’t like my team I would uninstall this garbage!

Can’t get past the first screen where you enter your age because there’s no way to scroll up or tap to remove the number pad from the screen.
Theft
I decided to cancel my plus subscription due to unresolved issues with this game in particular. The game is linked to the other better song pop game. They offered a free 30 day trial which they did not honor. Instead I’ve been double charged. That is theft. Support does not respond. I will be reporting the unauthorized charges as fraud. Be very careful with this game. Not only is it glitchy but they will steal actual money from you.
Scammer romance, etc!!
Don’t talk to anyone on here! You don’t know who is real!! Way too many scammers. If you talk to one they send more! They wanna romance you! They try to extort and groom you! I couldn’t tell if they wanted me to get into a shady business. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GAME and the SONGPOP Classic!

You have to watch an ad to start a new match, then watch an ad to play the match with the only playlist you have. Be for real.

This app makes me sick with the way it shoves woke ideology down your throat. Now they do pride month. They do Black History Month. Where is white history month? Where is straight month? Why are they very few stickers or characters who are Caucasian? Why do they all have some shade of skin? Why can’t I get rid of stickers or frames that I don’t want because it makes me sick to see them? I wanna come here and identify music songs and play games. I don’t wanna have to look at political woke ideology.

The User interface and Greed is unreal
Every two seconds it asks you to refill your reserves. Newsflash We dont care about earning your stupid rewards and supporting this toxic micro-transaction culture. I just want to guess songs without having to click on the “ill do it later” button to refill my “reserves”. Also i got a remove two song option the game before. It wouldnt let me guess without removing the options on the following game. 1. I didnt want to use it. Why make me waste it. 2. It was freaking “eye of the tiger” instead of getting it in 0.5 seconds i got it in 4.5 seconds because after trying to exit the prompt i had to use the remove song option. That cost me the freaking game. This is such a simple game concept and you have ruined it with a cluttered, convoluted mess of an interface. Seems like a competitor could mop the floor with you by fixing a dee major issues. Might make my own version out of spite

Really an annoying app. Had to download it so I could play the classic song pop’s classic parties. The makers of the game forced this subpar game on those of us who enjoyed classic song pop & didn’t sign up to play this version. This game crashes several times during your play, glitches during challenges & completely shuts down in the middle of games causing you to lose points & rewards. Not worth the time or money. Makers need to fix it or ditch it.
FIX YOUR APP
I’m a SongPop OG and this app is junk. It only works when it wants to and it’s extremely annoying. Force closing and reopening doesn’t help. It’s SO SLOW. I pay for this?! The other SongPop app works fine and always has. People have messaged you about your issue and you claim you’re aware and working diligently to fix it. Obviously not.

This game is terrible has so much problems it takes forever to load the game specially when they have festivals you’ll be waiting over 20 minutes to get on and they want you to pay for the game and you report it and you don’t hear from them after a couple days if that there servers can’t handle it
Please Fix The Speed
This game was lots of fun. Now with the lagging when trying to load the game, starting to play an opponent, or play your turn it takes multiple minutes, not seconds anymore to get it to load if it even loads. This is ridiculous!!! What and why are we paying a monthly subscription fee for if some of it is not used to improve the game and make it playable??? I have a new phone and new internet router which is high speed internet so you can’t tell me that the problem is on my end because I was having these issues before my upgrades and still having them and I’m not the only one! Numerous friends and opponents have already cancelled their subscriptions to SP3. I would hate to cancel mine too, but I’m sooo fed up with this! I have no issues with SP Classic only SP3! Please fix your issues!!!!

Fix this UI
Why does this app never get updated? I’ve put in more than one review about playing this on a tablet and only being able to play at one direction vertically, when is that going to be fixed? People pay to play these apps, fix them!!!!!
Please fix the game
I like that we can do multiplayer, however, the constant bombardment of ads, game subscription notices, and the general pace of the tutorial moving too quickly makes it harder for new player to want to stay on the app. Also, the multiplayer function is unclear and hard to use when wanting to play with friends. A friend and I were bombarded with ads in the middle of our round and threw us off making the challenge of the game irrelevant as we were too busy getting through the ads. Please fix this!
So much potential…
A friend and I were finding games to play together long distance and this one seemed like fun because it was advertised to play with friends. The only issue was that it took awhile to even navigate to play with a friend instead of strangers. Not only that but the bombardment of ads and getting their subscriptions is exhausting. Even so there was a point where the two of us were able to play together but kept getting interrupted by ads.
Bug
I can’t start playing the game because I am stuck on the enter my age potion of the starting screen. When I enter my age there is no way for me to hit continue because the numbers won’t go off my screen. Can you make this a sliding thing?

Way too many ads!
I love this game, but there is too many advertisements, 30 second ad after each game? It’s drove me to stop playing. These companies will do anything to try and push you to pay for their apps.
