Just put the fries in the bag and transfer the music man. On top of that the lowest plan they have is $6 a week.??? Why do I need a plan if I’m using this for one time only? And 6/week is 12 biweekly which is = $24 a month. I’m so far from good I wouldn’t even touch that with a 50 foot pole. ( South Park reference )

I’ve tried to move my playlist from Spotify to Amazon Music for at least a week now. Said it found majority of my 3.6k songs. But unfortunately wasn’t able to move about 177 of them which is fine. However, even with the paid service I get only 500 songs moved to my new playlist. I have reached out to support with no answer for about a week now. It’s a paid service and there is no support nor am I able to actually move more than 500 songs. I don’t have time to go through and make a play list that is only 500 songs. That defeats the purpose of this app.

I tried to give SongShift every chance, using both the JSON and text upload features, but both struck out multiple times. No matter how much I followed the steps, playlists just wouldn’t shift as promised. As much as I love the idea, the frustration overshadowed the harmony. I hope future updates hit the right note, but for now, it’s a one-star reality.
Useless for my music
I really thought this would be the service. Just a waste for transferring my ITunes playlists and albums over to Amazon. No Neil Young is found, none of of my Bruce Springsteen live shows, and for the most part maybe 70% of my playlists.

This sucks! I have to upgrade to transfer more than one likes song at a time. Hard Pass! Will look for alternatives.

So trying to get all of my playlists on YouTube music from Apple Music. Easy to set up but playlists with 150 songs and I need to manually rematch 100!?! Let’s not even talk about my large playlists with 5000 or more songs, easily 3000 songs I need to manually rematch. I know I listen to niche genre music but something is wrong there
Doesn’t work - support unresponsive
SongShift has not worked for me since I downloaded it. I have tried several times to make a transfer between my apps and it shows an error message every time. I’ve had an error ticket opened within the app for over a week and still have not received an update, resolution, or refund.

Paid for the premium version and configured a shift for liked songs from Spotify to Favs on Apple Music. No songs being shifted at all. Tried 4 times with different settings.

Not good. Songs transfer in clean version. How am I suppose to enjoy that. I’m not listening to music with my grandma. Song Shift is also a stupid name.

I wish the app was more accurate when looking for songs that are exactly like the audio recording from Spotify. I even used the Pro version thinking it'd be accurate. Probably not worth the price if it was gonna make me still look for the song anyways

The app is not intuitive and it does not transfer your playlists with ease. Lots of errors and manual work to make any transfers happen.

Idk. Used to be free to be able to go from one to the other but now I will have to find a new service. Really anti consumer to lock one half of the process behind a paywall but not the other.

App Really Sucks
This is a pretty terrible app, especially considering this is Apple’s answer for Apple Music adoption. Case in point: I’m trying to transfer all of my saved albums in Spotify to Apple Music so I can be a more morally conscientious listener. What do I get as a reward? The app telling me the shift is complete when it says on the screen “0 albums transferred”. I guess I have to go add them myself then? I’ll be looking for another app. I would give this app 0 stars if I could. Even the interface is extremely laggy (I’m on an iPhone 15 pro running the latest OS). Really disappointing. Granted I’m in a really bad mood today but how does apple expect people to make the shift when their shifter just doesn’t work??? Make it make sense pls

The free version is better
Had zero issues with the free version, paid for the pro version to support them and get some more features. The pro version broke the app, whenever I am transferring songs now it gets frozen and the song is “pending” and will never transfer. Reached out to them multiple times now and got a cookie cutter response, which I responded to with more information and never heard back since. Save your money!!!

I’m trying to move my playlists from Spotify to Apple Music, I upgraded immediately since I assumed this would make the process faster and saw this app was recommended on Reddit. I started following the instructions in the app to shift over my library. For the past 2 weeks, all of my playlists are marked “pending” and not a single one is showing up in my Spotify library. No option to troubleshoot. I’ve now been charged 2ce during that time and have received 0 value.

I wanted to pro so I could move all my big playlists across, but everything tells me to “discover pro” with NOWHERE within that pop-up to actually sign up. I have been redirected to discover pro probably 10x trying to figure out how to just purchase the dang thing - Ridiculous!

My Spotify library has over 14,000 songs on it. I had to select about 85% of all playlists and rematch. No one has the time for that. I ended up coming across another library transfer app that seems to be working.

they removed the ability to transfer all. you have to painstakingly do it playlist by playlist. awful!
