Can’t restore purchases on iPad!
I pay for Songsterr and have the app on my iPhone. I was never prompted to create an account although I have an email address associated with Songsterr due to subscribing through Apple. Now I can’t use “reset password” or “restore purchases”. Songsterr devs are clueless. I just lost all my favorites by trying to sign out and sign back in again. How tf am I “signed in” in the first place is i was never prompted to create an account or password? The onboarding flow is broken.

The new update sucks. It requires you to publish AI generated tabs, which, if we’re paying a subscription fee (and we are) should not be required. If I pay for a service, I do not expect any additional requirements attached to my use of it beyond my payment. This is useless to anyone who wants to maintain a modicum of privacy on the internet.

Version 10 ruined the app
I love this app but the new version 10 is terrible, you guys made the video much bigger and now it takes up half the screen. I want to see the video but I don't want it to take up half of the screen. Everything else it fine but you guys should've left the video on the bottom right corner like it was in the previous versions. I wish I could downgrade this app this was a huge mistake updating to this version.
Ya play chords.. forget it
This has to be one of the worst apps for music translation... first it's not right half the time and gee thanks for providing standard guitar chording .. yeah just what I want to do sight reading is trying to use finger placements and turn that into chords ...hey what's $10 wasted
Can not cancel subscription
I am trying to cancel my subscription and am getting a nothing but a run around. Be weary. Feels fiery scammy.

Garbage app full of ads
Good, but bad drawbacks
I have used Songsterr for years, but only the free version, as I can get by fine with the free features, at least until recently. They’ve updated the app and brought a new ui, but now it stops itself every 20 measures to recommend that if i want it uninterrupted, i need to upgrade to the paid version. it’s slimy business tactics, i’m very dissapointed with what this app has become.

One of the better known tab apps but not very user friendly if you don’t have a subscription and bombarded with AI ads as of lately.
