Needs Investigating
There were funds taken out of my account that I did not make on April 10, 2026 from Sorcery School, I made a complaint and it said not eligible for refund so I told them again what happened and the judgement was ineligible for refund final decision. First I made a purchase for 80 gems on the site on April 10 for $9.99 and it charged me $11.99. I made a complaint through this portal immediately. Then I saw on the same day charges of $41.99 and $3.99 in which I did not make. So, I went back to check the site again and took a picture of the site saying $9.99 for 80 gems so I can add the picture to my complaint and I couldn’t do it and finished filling out the areas through the complaint to be filed and sent it. Then I went back on Sorcery School site and as soon as I sent the complaint to you guys it was fixed to where it said 80 gems for $11.99. I started looking through my credit card bills and noticing that I had been charged before by this game for things I did not make. Thoroughly investigate this!
You've changed the game and ruined it.
I've been playing this game for a year. It's been one of my favorites. I've spent real money, multiple times, because I loved the game.
All the sudden the game is 10x harder than it used to be. I lose constantly despite the fact that I have high leveled cards. And it's by design. There are times that I look at the deal and KNOW that there's no way for me to win. When you're dealing me nothing but blank cards with no effects on it.
I'm at the point that I'm going to delete and uninstall the game and it's so disappointing. But it's such a struggle. I lose half of the deals to get the mine keys. And then I lost 2 out of 3 levels of the mine in a row, so I'm only getting the benefit of 1 key out of roughly every 8 opportunities.
Why would I continue to play a game that is so pointless?

No longer Balanced
Game is no longer feasible without spending exorbitant amounts of money. Used to be one of the best games on the App Store now it’s a money grab. What a shame
Update ruined the game
I loved this game up until Wednesday when an update was released. You earn next to no coins now, and the price of everything increased dramatically, when upgrading items your power doesn’t increase, low level creatures now randomly drain a full life bar, it’s made it so you can barely make progress and the game has just become redundant and boring. You still can’t earn gems, you have to buy them, so you’re currently spending $3 USD for 20 gems which equates to 1 item of the lowest significance to game play. You go to the game’s facebook page and people are saying they’ve deleted game or are deleting it just because of this update.
Game crashes and support is useless
This game has crashed TWICE now, in the month I’ve been playing it, and I contacted support after it crashed and I lost all awards related to the hard battle featuring a lucky cat. I was told that awarding lost prizes to players is detrimental to game progress. What really seems detrimental to game progress is an unstable app with developers who don’t stand behind it. I don’t have this issue with ANY other app, only this game, and I was told the issue is my fault, and nothing will be done to resolve the issue.

I absolutely love this game it keeps my mind off of my troubles and it’s very exciting and fun to play!!!
Bug
They I want to let you know that I cannot be able to play the game because it keeps saying that I change my time but I didn’t change my clock can you please fix this bug please.
Frustrating
Went from fun & relaxing to way too grindy and pay-to-win. It’s a shame because it’s one of the most creative solitaire games I’ve come across and looks great.
