Great game, poor reward balance
I’m really disappointed with Sort Express. The game itself is fun and engaging, but the reward system feels completely unbalanced. When you win a game, you only earn 5 points, which is barely anything. Meanwhile, something as basic as a one-min extension costs 900 coins, which feels excessive and frustrating.
It makes progress feel slow and discouraging. A better balance between rewards and costs would make a huge difference in the overall experience.

Bad developers
I’ve been spending a lot of money on this game and overall I really liked it except they try to put this gray icon for you to figure Out where it goes except it’s not really shaped like any of the items so overall you end up losing and having to buy more! Bad development! It’s a great icons are supposed to help you fill the shorting then make them shaped to match what it goes with! So many more apps have the same style but at least they make the replacement that is grayed out to look and match like the actual item it matches to! DO BETTER!!!
Too hard
I made it until level 40, then it got too hard for me to play. I know they want us to buy upgrades, but the difficulty of the levels sucks all the fun out of the game. I am deleting the game.
Starts of strong
This is a great game, probably one of the best out there. BUT… that only lasts for the beginning. Then they make the levels impossible because the timer becomes shorter and shorter. It’s a pay to play game. Deleted.
Too bad
This is one of those games that is so focused on making money, that you really can’t play it for long unless you’re really excellent at it, or you spend money. Really a fun game, becomes to hard to play really quickly unless you spend money.
Careful, You pay for not having adds
Impossible to win some levels without power ups, so you have to pay to get them; If you don’t mind that, then it might be fun game with good graphics. I’m deleting the app before they make me spend more than I already have. Too bad.
Don't do the new update.
I absolutely can’t stand the new characters. They are nothing like the current characters. They are not appealing and I can’t stand the way they are drawn. Maybe if they were added for a short time around Halloween, it might be different. I have spent a lot of money on this game because it’s fun an addicting. But the new characters will probably save me a lot of money. Please get rid of them.

This game is one of the most egregious pay to win schemes I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent a lot of $ on this game already. The graphics are adorable. It’s fun. But it’s not relaxing unless you can spend infinite money on continuing your game by buying power ups. I just have to walk away at this point.

Feeling duped
I downloaded this game because it advertised differently moving blocks from one space to another to clear the board. Instead it’s been putting items in groups of 3 before the timer ends. Each level repeating itself. On level 54 and it’s repeated form the first 53 levels with less time to complete the sorting. Going to give it a little longer but will likely delete the app.
