Not Enough Time!
I was really enjoying this game until I reached a level, fairly early on, in which I could not complete the level in the time provided and in which the only way to progress would be to purchase assistance. I will be deleting it.
Unacceptable
It’s a difficult game which, I don’t mind however basically you have to buy the help to get through certain levels. Talk about greed.

I actually loved this game until it started taking my money! Twice in 2 days, no return support when I reached out as well! $7.68 in 2 days! NEVER AGAIN?
Deception at its finest
Your game is not what was advertised as in the ads while I was playing other games. It was deceptive and I expect I’ve a variety of puzzles. Why don’t companies provide the game we think we are getting

Stuck on ads after level 2!
This looked like a fun game but after the first 2 levels, it’s stuck on an ad. I can’t even click to exit the game.
To start level 3, I had the option to watch an ad, wait for 30 minutes to get another life, or pay to refill lives. I don’t even know if I like the game yet. Why would I pay???

Great Game - Too Many Broken Ads
I really love the game when playing However, unless you pay (a lot) for free lives than you are stuck watching ads for endless minutes. One in particular consistently goes for longer than the time you will wait simply for the lives to automatically refresh. My wife told me to delete the game and end my frustration. I cannot recommend this game.
Ridiculous money grab
If you get addicted to games in art verse paying a little, avoid this game. The first 10 games are incredibly easy after that most of the levels you need to pay to win.
Great game, poor reward balance
I’m really disappointed with Sort Express. The game itself is fun and engaging, but the reward system feels completely unbalanced. When you win a game, you only earn 5 points, which is barely anything. Meanwhile, something as basic as a one-min extension costs 900 coins, which feels excessive and frustrating.
It makes progress feel slow and discouraging. A better balance between rewards and costs would make a huge difference in the overall experience.

Too hard
I made it until level 40, then it got too hard for me to play. I know they want us to buy upgrades, but the difficulty of the levels sucks all the fun out of the game. I am deleting the game.
Starts of strong
This is a great game, probably one of the best out there. BUT… that only lasts for the beginning. Then they make the levels impossible because the timer becomes shorter and shorter. It’s a pay to play game. Deleted.
Too bad
This is one of those games that is so focused on making money, that you really can’t play it for long unless you’re really excellent at it, or you spend money. Really a fun game, becomes to hard to play really quickly unless you spend money.
Careful, You pay for not having adds
Impossible to win some levels without power ups, so you have to pay to get them; If you don’t mind that, then it might be fun game with good graphics. I’m deleting the app before they make me spend more than I already have. Too bad.

This game is one of the most egregious pay to win schemes I’ve ever seen. I’ve spent a lot of $ on this game already. The graphics are adorable. It’s fun. But it’s not relaxing unless you can spend infinite money on continuing your game by buying power ups. I just have to walk away at this point.

This game started out being fun but then all the levels became difficult. If you have no power ups you are SOL. You don’t earn enough coins per level and there are too many moves to make without enough time to complete the levels. Ridiculous.
Favorite free game, but issues now
I loved this game when I first started playing it! FREE & NO Ads. You can watch an ad to earn an extra life, but while playing, there are no ads at all! I also like the simplicity of it - it’s challenging, but does not make you play other little mini games or storylines to keep going.
Of course now it’s no longer relaxing & I’m unable to play it much. When I started there were plenty of ways to earn rewards and play for a long time. I’m glad that they added levels to it, but now it’s changed.
After over 1,000 levels and plenty of ways to earn & keep playing, I now find myself looking for a new game. Nearly every level takes multiple attempts if not weeks to through some miracle actually beat. You lose any bonus things you’ve earned and there’s no way to move forward.
I also have an issue with the coins option…. It takes a lot of coins just to buy a simple booster for harder levels. When I do earn enough points/coins, it doesn’t confirm when I want to use them. Example: played a level, time ran out, while still touching the screen it clicks to PLAY ON for 900 coins. I don’t always need to and then it will be ages before I can earn that cash back by winning… because of the level of difficulty there now is.
Wish I could go back and play unlimited as I first did. Also wish they would include many more easy levels, not just the difficult ones. Lastly, make it easier to either earn coins or rewards to help you when you get stuck! I would even be fine with beating the game (meaning no more levels have to be created) & just being allowed to start over again (keeping whatever I have). So replaying a level is still tricky, because they really are challenging.

Feeling duped
I downloaded this game because it advertised differently moving blocks from one space to another to clear the board. Instead it’s been putting items in groups of 3 before the timer ends. Each level repeating itself. On level 54 and it’s repeated form the first 53 levels with less time to complete the sorting. Going to give it a little longer but will likely delete the app.
