The worst app in the App Store
I have reached out to the soundmap support team numerous times and yet they do nothing to resolve the glitches I continuously encounter while using this
app. The app continuously crashing after only a few drops. I do not recommend this app. Yes it’s addictive but it’s also the most annoying and frustrating experience I have ever had with an app an app I paid for to have the pro version yet it’s not acting like a pro. Not to mention support when complain about the issues, support sent me back to their same email I used to reach out to them. So are they saying if support can’t fix it no one can? If that doesn’t screaming incompetence, I don’t know what does! So do your self a favor head my warning and don’t waste your time!

Long Time Player’s Thoughts
This game is incredibly poorly optimized and has worsened my battery life tenfold since I started playing. While playing this game, my phone constantly overheats. The developers never interact with the community and it shows. From the AI generated profile cosmetics to the AI generated responses from support telling you that they are processing your requests while ignoring you for months, it is clear that this game has very little care put into it. Bugs that have existed since I started playing (nearly 2 years ago) make this game a living nightmare. Overall, this is a very poorly made game with a strong (but dying) community that remains its strength despite the developers’ lack of care.
Fix the glitch
Every time I open a thing it says something went wrong uninstall and reinstall the app. If it kept happening and I have 4 times I haven’t gotten a song in almost a month because of it genuinely you need to fix this this litterally ruins the whole point of the app
Gold for people who love ads, bs, pain, etc
1/10 game, even though the concept was good the execution is terrible and the game obsolete. Even with 70k songs I only pull slop and niche songs that nobody wants game is not worth your time, don’t get addicted to it because all it does is waste your time and tantalize you with hopes as it never gives into them. The more you play, the less fun it is and the people you meet here tend to be abusive and manipulative. Not all are bad, but way too many of them are.
Don’t even bother
I had my account for one full day before i was slapped with a wrongful ban? After looking online, it seems that people, new or long-standing users, have experienced the same phenomenon with no help from “staff”. Just don’t waste your time and PLEASE don’t spend any money on this app.
Great game, horrible anticheat and support team
I loved this game so much, but I was wrongfully and permanently banned for “cheating” only a day and a half after downloading it and was rudely told my ban was legitimate after multiple attempts to appeal it. I am sad to say this, but don’t waste your time and money on this game. They ban innocent players without warning while letting actual cheaters run rampant.
