Who’s paying a subscription a month to play AI and for fake coins how many billions do you guys wanna make off of people with all your ads running every two seconds . I don’t even see what the updates are about, every time this app updates the gameplay is worse and worse time to find a new app to play I’ve had enough of this one.

They won’t even return it. It’s ridiculous. Why do you not give people the option to confirm if you know it’s a big purchase AND the game makes it POP UP. It’s not as if I went to it to purchase. I have been a loyal customer but this is wrong and the customer service is not nice. No longer recommend.
Designed to steal your money
They put a 20% tax on all of your winnings. Why do they do that? They want you to pay more and more. Even if you win 50% of your games, you will eventually run out of coins. No reason to do this other than screw you over

This game is so full of bugs it’s almost not worth playing anymore. Too many damn ads and the ads are glitched takes too long to get your free coins, terrible app to play it used to be the best spades app

This game is a scam. They have fake bots. You can tell when the AI starts because the Spades on almost every profile starts to delay load. Don’t waste your money. Play to waste time. Try to be the bots, even though you want. Something should be done legally for allowing them to take people money.

If you do not spend money on this game, you will not get a good partner. Mostly a bot. You will never get good cards. This game is 1000% pay to win. Garbage garbage garbage. All odds will be against you if you do not spend $. Wish I could give this zero stars.

I’ve been playing this game for over a year and rated high in my group. I’m over 300 games ahead of the nearest player. All of a sudden the game is allowing competitors to renege and not follow suit. Especially using spades. Just another cheat programmed for the computer players. If I have to PAY to play this game , programmers should not allow cheating. Very disappointed and desire my

Rigged Hands Broken Scoring and Coins Missing After Wins
I’ve played Spades Plus long enough to know when something feels rigged. The hands are terrible and repetitive. You can literally get the same type of trash hands for months straight while other players magically pull books every round. That’s not realistic spades.
What makes it worse is the coin system constantly messing up. I’ve won games and didn’t receive the correct amount of coins. I’ve also had games where the score system glitched, counted things wrong, then took my coins and marked the game as a loss when my team actually won.
At this point it feels less like skill and more like the app decides who it wants to favor. People spend real time and sometimes real money on this game. The least this app could do is make the scoring accurate and stop recycling the same broken hands over and over.

Ads Lock You In!
This game is fun to play however, because of the ads it makes you extremely annoyed. I understand showing ads, you have a captive audience, that’s one thing but whenever I get an ad, I cannot get out of it. It is a series of me trying to get out of it and it taking me back to try to make me download an item that I don’t want and then back-and-forth back-and-forth until I have to close the whole game down. I have removed this game from my phone because of that! Don’t be so forceful and maybe people will download!!!

Horrible game
Too many bugs and too much hacking. This game offers updates but it doesn’t help. Kicking me out of games and forcing me to lose all my coins that I paid for. I guess it doesn’t like the fact I’m winning so much but please fix the issues

These persistent glitches eventually caused me to lose all control of the game interface. I was locked out of my matches and unable to rejoin. Due to these errors, I lost 20,000 coins in a span of just 15 minutes.
I have screen recorded the entire session, which documents:
• The specific players I was attempting to report.
• The system failing and glitching during each report attempt.
• The game locking me out, resulting in the loss of my coins.
I am requesting that you investigate these bugs and reinstate the 20,000 coins to my account, as this loss was strictly due to the app's performance issues. Please let me know the best way to submit my screen recording as evidence.

Stealing money
I’ve recently made 2 payments for coins in the amount of 1,750,000 and I did not receive the coins. I’ve sent two emails from two separate email accounts and I did not get a response. It’s a cool app if you like playing spades but just use the coins or watch the videos to get free coins because this game will take your money.

Nothing gets done about the rampant cheating. Even if it’s fake money, makes the game boring when 1 person controls multiple players in solo spades. Too much partnering as well in solos. Reports are useless.
Cheat you out of coins
I liked to try and complete the daily missions as i played. I played the 25k bet and an ad came on after the game. Most of the ads never load fully forcing me to close the app and restart. However, the game did not register that I already played a 25k bet game. I reached out to customer service and the agent Rabia O. blamed it on my phone having too many apps open. This agent refuses to return my coins or at least give me the mission reward.

In the in-game purchase I bought 3-4 $0.49 game packages then I get a notification that I was charged $7.10! I emailed the game they responded with saying I had the dates wrong to Apple makes mistakes when sending receipts to send bank statements!? I showed 2 screenshots as proof that I was charged $5.99 for 20 cash in game (that I did not have) and 1 $0.49, that’s not what I paid for my total should have been between $2-3! She never responded back once I sent proof demanding a refund. Then I wake up today and the Spades game charged my card another $0.54 while I was sleeping! Please refund my money and stop making unauthorized purchases on my card!

I have won over 10 new cards in the past few days they never applied any of my cards I have a been sitting at 39. I’m quite sure I will not hit the 49 to receive grand prize because they did the same exact thing last month so I started to screenshot everything. It’s quite a shame you have to steal from the little people. It’s 6/23/26 we have 16 more days for grand prize I will come back with an update

Hello to all I really used to like this game. This game was sold to someone else now the game is all about money. Now I don’t care for this game too much. They took all the fun out of the game. They rigged it to make it all about money. They always come back and tell you about their interface their computer. No one cares about that because they can fix that if they created it. I am going to find another game to play that’s spades. I really used to love this game.

The game itself is fun and a decent format, but the ads are absolutely ridiculous. CONSTANTLY popping up. Game features will pop up in the room between games and force you out to either watch an ad or to try to get you into a side quest or some other feather they have. Want to get rid of ads? IT IS $100 A MONTH to subscribe. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It’t the same way on their Gin game. EXTREMELY annoying. Who is going to pay $100/month?!? NOT ME.

Fair warning
Plain and simple, dont expect to build your rating and bank unless you’re willing to spend. The game is set up to keep you at a certain balance and ranking to try and force you to spend real money. It has a l “fare game” stamp when the game is loading. Its BS. You ll get some good games in but you will quickly notice the patterns.

I have heard of being penalized for bags but I grew up in a place where if you bid 3 and make four your score becomes 31 the bags are just put in the ones place. The way the game is set up is not the way I usually play so I was getting penalized so much I quit. I don’t count petty books because they are not a guaranteed as well. I just don’t know how to play this way even after reading the instructions. It made me frustrated lmbo so I ended up getting another spades game that doesn’t penalized books the same way. I get that’s how some places play just not for me
Card shuffle
The card shuffle in this game sucks. The algorithm is designed to make you lose a couple of time’s so that you are out of money and eventually forced to make in app purchase to buy coins.
