Digitalisierung vom Schlechtesten
Ich versuche seit Juli Geld von meinem Konto auf ein Konto in den USA zu ueberweisen. Von ca. 15-20 Versuchen haben lediglich drei funktioniert. Das Schlimmste jst, dass bei der KSK niemand Bescheid weiss. Die Standardantwort ist, dass ich halt alles richtig machen muss, und ich solle es doch einfach nochmals versuchen! Wenn es dann wieder nicht klappt, dann wird man mit dem Gefuehl ein Problemkunde zu sein an einen anderen Bankabgstellten verwiesen. Obwohl die Bank auch alternative Ueberweisungsmoeglichkeiten haette, wird dies trotz direkter Nachfrage ueberhoert und vermieden.

It's not acceptable to push customers to get a new phone while they don't need one just to be able to continue having access to their bank account!
Almost no excuse is acceptable since there are tones of banking and broker apps still supporting iOS 15 out there!
Btw, it's a banking service which bank is also charging customers for, stopping support for some devices cold turkey is not nice! There should have been some notice and clarity about the decision.

Falscher Kontostand
Achtung: es kann vorkommen, dass ein falscher Kontostand angezeigt wird. Das ist für mich absolut inakzeptabel und steht im völligen Widerspruch zum Sinn dieser App, die damit beworben wird, dass man jederzeit sein Konto im Blick haben könne.

Second time at the last step it says the card is already in the wallet. So you didn’t remove it as stated in the message?
I will try and use it tomorrow before leaving on vacation and see if it works.

the worst bank I've ever used
I'm not an old grandmother and I know my phones very well, but the application is made in such a way that to perform a simple action you are constantly thrown out of the application and you have to go and look for a piece of paper with your Anmeldenname to enter it once again, I have two-factor protection when logging in and when making transfers together with Face ID, why do I have to enter it every time to change my limit on transfers, technical support is the same, the answer to any question is always the same, "here is the number call there, I can not help you with this" even to ask how I can change my limit on transfers answered incorrectly! They mixed up the names of the buttons and where to press to open the menu to change the limit, I had to look for help on the internet, youtube.
why can't you change the daily/monthly limit for online payments in the app itself and in a few clicks?, or at least in a few tens of clicks.

Cumbersome and Annoying
This is probably not just an issue with Sparkasse tbh, but more than likely any German bank after spending a lifetime banking on the US. Needing two separate apps, not being able to set up online banking without using both mail and an app, apps only available in one language… the list of shortcomings seems never ending.

The crdit card wallet app for iphone does not work with many merchants, I still have to carry the card. My other banks have no problem with 99% of the merchants.

Worst banking app I’ve ever dealt with. App is extremely user-UNfriendly. No idea how PushTan is supposed to work. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to transfer funds, account access is denied. After multiple emails, I’m told until I sent my signature to Germany via snail mail, account remains inaccessible. Ridiculous.
All my US banking apps have security questions to resolve entry errors. Never once did I have to march myself to the brick & mortar bank to show my signature.

Schlecht fur auslanders
Please localize your app. You are a bank. You have the resources to hire a localization specialist. There is absolutely no excuse for not providing language specific options other than utter laziness or total disregard for your auslander customers. Bitte.

Probleme mit online Überweisungen
Ich habe in der letzten Zeit immer wieder Probleme mit den online Überweisungen von meinem Konto auf schon bekannte Konten in Deutschland.
So hatte ich soeben versucht eine Überweisung von 200 Euro auf das schon bekannte Konto von Timo Schmidt zu überweisen und bei der Bestätigung ging es nicht mehr weiter! Ich konnte also den Betrag nicht bestätigen.
Nun weiß ich nicht ob vielleicht doch die Überweisung durchgeführt wurde oder nicht?
Bitte um Überprüfung.
Ansonsten gefällt mir Ihr System, es muss nur immer funktionieren und nicht mit Unterbrechungen.

Endlich keine Passwörter. Ein Klick zum Überblick. Easy. Danach wird es schwierig und verkorkst. Deswegen gibt es Wise. Ein Segen.

Einfach nur schrecklich kompliziert!!!!!!!!

Diese Anwendung ist absoluter Müll und viel zu kompliziert. Wieso reicht mein Login und Passwort für mein Sparkasse Konto nicht aus, um den gesamten Setup Prozess zu durchlaufen. Die Sparkasse und ihr drittklassiger Dienstleister brauchen stattdessen mindestens 10 mal so viele Schritte.

Is there an Apple award for worst banking app? This app is bureaucratic and bizarre, instead of accessing my account when I login it makes me add it manually. Design is outdated, features are hidden and you simply can’t perform most simple banking operations.

Sadly this app is not working on iPhone Xs. Surprisingly Sparkasse is very slow in updating their app.

App stürzt auf iPhone XS permanent im Startzyclus ab und schließt. PushTAN verhielt sich ebenso bis zum Update am 25.09.18.
Bitte auch fuer diese App ein Update bereitstellen. Deinstallieren und erneute Installation zeigen das gleiche Verhalten.

Anti- user friendly
Probably the worst banking app ever. You have to 1. down load the tan app too 2. Make a password 3. go to the local branch ask for a Qr code that is mailed to you. 4. wait 2 weeks then enter the password from step 2. 5. Scan Qr code. Sign up for online banking with different passwords (go back to the bank and wait for mail again.) 6. get tan texted to your phone. 7. Open app open the tan-app, open online banking. Enter passwords incorrectly and start over. This is an abomination of convenience

Bank while opening the account told me that the app will be in English, but the notifications and drill down in the application are not translated in English. That makes this application frustrating.

Die ganze Struktur der Website ist unübersichtlich. Ich finde es unnötig schwierig Information und Funktionen zu finden. Die Suchfunktion hilft nicht viel. Namen von Funktionen sind oft anders als sie in einzelnen Seiten der Website genannt werden.
