It is not $5 a month. There is no monthly payment option, they took $60 for the year. The limit is 100 minutes of audio, when my audio file was larger I was unable to transcribe it without the “Pro” feature, which was more $. I’ve tried every transcription software/app on the market, this one is BY FAR the worst.

When I ordered the translate buds there was no mention of a subscription required for use.

Terrible for medical students
My lecture recording on immune tolerance somehow fabricated an entire lecture transcript about your rights and bail bonds. Not really sure what happened there. Did it twice. The AI is either over doing. Might be fine for meetings maybe? But it didn’t even get the “today we’re talking about..” it goes right into “this is breaking and entering laws are not an option for anyone”

This is a complete rip off
This app will not let you sign in and actually use it. I emailed client support and the direction they gave are ridiculous. According to the screenshot, they )”Aria”)sent me, that screenshot does not appear in the app. Instead, it circles and circles wanting you to subscribe which I’ve already done and paid for. There’s no actual way to use this dog gone app. And I haven’t received a refund. It’s very unfortunate because if there were such an app that actually worked the way these people described. It would save me hours of work given I record three organizations meetings.
