I was an early supporter of this app & loved using it when it was free.
When it became subscription only, I expected that I would be ‘grandfather’ed in. But the app became useless to me and I’ve since deleted it.

Now just a useless waste of space
The app has now become subscription and is now useless... one of those update bait and switch moves. I grow exotic/tropical fruits and I’ve had the app for years and I used to check it out every once and awhile, and liked it well enough I guess... there isn’t any information on it that is not available elsewhere on the internet.

Nothing free to use
I did not want to provide any cc info. I just wanted to use the app. Utterly useless.

It used to be a great app
I paid for this app on both ios and Android. When it worked it was great, but in the last year it crashed so often that I stopped using it. Then an update is released and I think great they have fixed the problem and. I can start using it again, but what I find is that that the crash bug was probably intentional. Now when I attempted to use it I find that they want $25 a year. No thanks and good by.
Dumping the app.
App is awesome, but not with the cost. Many people that use this app are retail produce clerks that don't have extra money for apps. Many of my employees have found this app an invaluable tool, but many can't afford another app that costs money to use.

I have had this app for several years. Now all of a sudden I have to pay to get all the information that I used to get for free. Not cool!!!!
New version doesn’t work
2 days ago the app updated and now I can’t access any of the info. I can search for and navigate to pages for various items but none of the information appears.

Greedy
I work in the produce department for a local grocery store and this app was always my go-to for whenever I wanted to learn about any particular produce item. I updated the app without really glancing or giving it a second thought. I open the app and to my dismay...I now have to pay a stupid subscription in order to view anything. It’s just..I don’t know? I’m very disappointed in whoever made that decision and with anybody else affiliated with this app. F**ck you guys.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded it just for the fruit n veggie information I saw on the first 2 screen shots, but I have not seen those details. When I open the app it shows a blank page where all the categories should be. It’s worthless!

Even after updating it is maddeningly sluggish.
Typed in ‘rambutan’ (each letter took 10 seconds to appear ) and the search came up with no results. I don’t need that.
I’ll just use DuckDuckGo or Google. Thanks anyway.

This app makes me sad
I was told to download this app as it has help as many managers in my field. Sadly, although helpful, it lags so bad it's just not worth it. great idea but not reliable at all...this app really does make me sad 😞😞
Useless
This used to be a good app, lots of information. Now all it does is freeze and you have to uninstall and reinstall every time. I used it for work. Gonna find another app that actually works.

This app was so indispensable to me in my first month being a produce manager! I am so bummed that it stopped working!! Please please please I hope it get fixed because no other produce app comes close to the info that was presented in this app
Crap for shopping; ok for IDing.
Just regurgitated website. Not actually helpful when shopping at the warehouse. You still can't see live prices; you still can't see what's actually available/in season in which area of the warehouse. Wish it were tied into their inventory system.
