Subscription i feel like i got scam
Hello, i tried the free trial of the app but after subscribing to free trial i was not able to use the free trial because it not working. Then i tried to cancel the free trial since it not working but im having had time canceling it. Not that my free trial is over they renew the subscription then charge me.. i was about to give it a chance since they already charge me but still i can access that subscription i dont know what to do.. i already email them but i haven't received any reply.. i feel like i got scam.. if i can give it a 0 star i will. But my review will not be post unless i click a star

My Son Started To Twitch while playing
I know this sounds crazy but I purchased the 3 month subscription excited to use the app. My 3 year old son love it but he started to twitched consistently. He only did it when he was playing the game. The next day we took him to the doctor and they couldn’t tell us what was going on. I stopped letting him play the game and the twitching stopped. He enjoyed the game and his speech got better after only 2 sessions but the lighting or something was triggering a twitch so we will no longer be using it.

Disable skip when child lock is on
It defeats the purpose when the child taps on skip every time they’re supposed to say the words
Always crashing
It keeps crashing. I have had it for two days and I want to cancel it because there is not point subscribing when it crashes all the time. My child cannot use it consistently. I had downloaded it 3 times. It keeps saying “ check internet connection for random reasons
SCAM Fraudulent App
I paid for a yearly subscription to this app for my child - all was well until they charged me for double the subscription amount HALFWAY through my yearly subscription. I emailed customer service who were completely non-helpful and never responded unless I sent multiple follow up emails. BEWARE OF THE SCAM - protect your card information from this app!
Be careful, they are not using inapp and charge you with stripe

They don’t really care about the children. I have a son that used this app but once I bought the yearly plan it won’t let me sign in not matter what I do. I emailed support and they give no answers what so ever.

Per usual when I download an app and do a free trial, I immediately go to my account and cancel the subscription so I don’t forget and get charged. When trying to open the app a day later, it basically won’t let u continue the free trial without accepting the subscription again. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if that would change anything. It’s just pure annoyance having to cancel then a day later being FORCED to accept subscription thinking I might get charged, then having to go back and cancel subscription again….i liked the app, but that alone makes me not want to pay and subscribe. Extremely annoying

It’s a good app when it works. Lots of activities get stuck in loading. No, updates, technical updates or activities updates, not worth the price in my hinest opinion

You can find any other free app and 100 times better. No, thank you, I will not recommend it.
