Cannot cancel!
Regardless of their instructions to cancel, good luck accessing and following the steps to do so. I am unable to do so in the app, my settings as it states, nor the app store. The app doesn't show anywhere under purchases. I am contacting my bank and cancelling my card as we speak.

So annoying
My son loved it and so I bought the year subscription. Then I cancelled it to end at the end of the year and they took away all our access. I emailed them and never heard back. So I wasted $29 to get to use it for only 2 wks.

Was suggested to get an app on top of the Speech therapy we already pay for to help at home. This one looked great and I answered all the questions and then bam only a 7 day free trial and $15.65 a month. Holy cow that’s expensive!!! The trial is not long enough to even see if it works for my child. And $15.66? 😳 on top of the speech therapy I already pay for. Very expensive.

Overstimulating and complicated
This app has way too many transitions designed to hook kids rather than teach them. We tried 10 minutes a day of activities but most of the time is spent navigating this overly complicated app and not learning much. I’d rather 10 minutes of focused time a day on new words.

App keeps crashing. I uninstalled it. Restarted the tablet. Then it simply disappears after the restart. I paid for this and I’m not happy at all.

They allow you a free trial but don't allow you to use it. They only promo you to more options to purchase... don't bother!!! Plus the app isn't even that helpful.

I’ve requested to cancel and they’ve charged me twice since then. They don’t return my emails and there is no way to cancel on the app.

I downloaded this fast and deleted it fast app wouldn’t let me continue without adding a picture of my kid which is weird and the app stopped working went and canceled my subscription so fast because nothing was working don’t waste your money or time with this app!!
Subscription i feel like i got scam
Hello, i tried the free trial of the app but after subscribing to free trial i was not able to use the free trial because it not working. Then i tried to cancel the free trial since it not working but im having had time canceling it. Not that my free trial is over they renew the subscription then charge me.. i was about to give it a chance since they already charge me but still i can access that subscription i dont know what to do.. i already email them but i haven't received any reply.. i feel like i got scam.. if i can give it a 0 star i will. But my review will not be post unless i click a star

My Son Started To Twitch while playing
I know this sounds crazy but I purchased the 3 month subscription excited to use the app. My 3 year old son love it but he started to twitched consistently. He only did it when he was playing the game. The next day we took him to the doctor and they couldn’t tell us what was going on. I stopped letting him play the game and the twitching stopped. He enjoyed the game and his speech got better after only 2 sessions but the lighting or something was triggering a twitch so we will no longer be using it.

Nice Concept but costs $15 a month
I’m a professional who works with kids and it’s my opinion that, if you truly want to help nonverbal kids and their families, make this free, or at the most- $5 a month. Not many families can afford this. $15 a month may not seem like a lot to some people, but a lot of families with nonverbal kids are already paying a lot for therapies, respite, modified strollers, equipment designed for kids with special needs (because we all know that companies inflate the prices of anything with “special needs” or “neurodivergent friendly” associated with it), and much more. I will not be using this app when there are plenty of educational videos out there for free. I LOVE the idea of the app though and if the subscription costs less, I would use the app. But until then, definitely not using this app.

I love the concept but if my child takes too long to respond or click it does it for his and counts it as correct I don’t see how this actually would help if he’s getting everything right without trying.

Per usual when I download an app and do a free trial, I immediately go to my account and cancel the subscription so I don’t forget and get charged. When trying to open the app a day later, it basically won’t let u continue the free trial without accepting the subscription again. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it to see if that would change anything. It’s just pure annoyance having to cancel then a day later being FORCED to accept subscription thinking I might get charged, then having to go back and cancel subscription again….i liked the app, but that alone makes me not want to pay and subscribe. Extremely annoying
