Llevo meses intentado recargar un número “Oxxo cel” que compré por urgencia y no puedo recargar más que yendo a una tienda Oxxo. Pésima aplicación.

La tarjeta se bloquea y después de bloqueada subieron llamar a un número de atención al cliente, solo dicen que en 3 días se desbloqueará y nunca pasa

Requiere de ir si están haciendo actualizaciones manden un mensaje ya que durante todo el día no funcionó correctamente, también que en vez de meterte al reto para escanear, funcione con solo escanear desde el botón central en la parte superior, para seguir cumpliendo el reto de los 250 pts. Me encantan los retos de la derecha inferior!!! Le veo mucho potencial y engagement de los usuarios!!! Lástima que ya no se gana lo mismo por las compras, pero cuando estoy en la línea de pago en un Oxxo y hago comentarios de las cosas que me han salido gratis o beneficios, dos veces me ha pasado que el siguiente cliente solicita su tarjeta y me encantaron los pollos, deberían regresar, mi Oxxo habitual es el Oxxo Caracas en Mty NL! Amo al Oxxo por sus descuentos y al ser EXATEC me da orgullo su crecimiento y arriba el norte y grupo FEMSA!

Set up?
Had considerable difficulty setting up account. For example it wanted 2 last names, but only have one. Also it said names had to be identical to official identification. The app wouldn’t move ahead until I put my name in twice (even though that conflicts with my identification). Then it wanted my email address. There was no indication that it accepted my email, implying it must be a Gmail, yahoo, or some other common email.
I still don’t know if my account is accepted. If it is, there is no way for me to enter the app.
