Arnaque ne marche pas sans payer
Des l’installation à refuser de connecter le PC au smartphone qui sont tous deux sur le même réseau wifi et à demander un payment. Devrait être poursuivi en justice pour arnaque avec collection de données.

Android works fine but this one keeps telling me that it cannot connect because the server is unavailable. Subscription cancelled unless they push an update that fixes it
No love for old customers
I purchased the original, PERPETUAL version of this app and used it for the week I needed it. Guess what's been abandoned in favor of a monthly subscription?

Transparency matters
How are you going to make someone go through the whole process on the phone and machine, to then try and sneak in a monthly fee. How about charge for your app up front?

Splashtop changed their policy to no longer support connections not in the same network. Immediately cancelling my subscription. I can do the same with RDP on my local network
bait & switch deceptive Advertizing
It does not work on iOS devices due to Apple, note not noted in any of their marketing. 2 hrs wasted in iPhones, iPad, and MacBook before only being told by tech support.

Connection Issue IOS - Future Reliability
Frustrating to not be able to use the service you paid for.

Don't trust it
Ok so I readed the reviews just in case it's legit and it is but once I downloaded for my self it asked me for an account, So I don't trust it and I'm guessing that the 5 star reviews are hacked by the dev by just logging in to it. (I don't trust it and I shouldn't want your account to be at risk so please don't download it and start signing up)
Click is not working
The remote computer for some reason stopped responding to my taps on my phone…. Needed to access a remote computer and no luck …maybe my software is not updated.
No longer happy!
I use to love this app but I hadn’t needed to use it for a couple of years; I wanted to start using it again so I tried to sign in but to my surprise It tells me I’m not registered 🙄 whatever I create an account again and login to my iPad but now the issue is when I click on my computer I want to access it takes me to upgrade my personal use to another product with no way to exit this screen to get to my computer. So basically trying to force me to upgrade which won’t be happening

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, on both my iphone and pc. I guess you have to pay for personal over the wifi now cause i tried everything and it keeps taking me to the purchase page. Sad. Really liked this app too. Had it for well over a year

Scam
My computer was hacked using the desktop companion to this app - Splashtop Streamer
App stopped working
Your app stopped letting me switch between displays suddenly. I tried to contact you through the “contact us” link, but that just takes me to a FAQ which is less than useless. So you get a 1⭐️ review until you fix both issues.
Takes over your PC
When I connected it took over my PC and I couldn’t get it back, even when I disconnected my pc didn’t respond. Ctrl alt del did nothing. Had to turn computer off with power button. Uninstalled. It’s a shame because I bought this 8 years ago and it use to be great.
I can’t use it for drawing
Don’t use this for drawing. The screen moves around and if they made where we can lock that it would be a perfect application.
Update has broken everything
After the most recent update nothing works the way I want it to. Pre-update the app worked flawlessly. Only since the update it’s been nothing but headaches. I’ve been a customer of Splashtop for years, but there will not be another year. Highly disappointed. I don’t pay 17 dollars a year for this app to work the way it’s working now. There are better free alternatives.
Not good on iPad
There are much better options out there. I can’t seem to full screen my desktop. The new trackpad feature on iPadOS doesn’t seem to work well, it doesn’t tack the curser, it waits for a click. Also, the FPS is awful. I am removing on the same network that is 5 feet from the access point. Other apps have much better FPS. I paid for a whole year and have not used it. I have been using Jump and am happier with that one so far.

Not working at all
I downloaded this and tried to connect to my laptop after creating an account and setting up the Splashtop streamer. I was never able to connect after repeated tries. Everytime I try on the app, I get redirected to the screen asking me to buy the anywhere access pack. I don’t want to buy anything. As promised in the app page, all I am trying to do is connect to my laptop on the same local network (which I double checked). I tried port forwarding, switching off the vpn etc etc. Nothing worked. What a waste of time. Deleting this now.
The subscription
I have be looking for apps to play games from my laptop anywhere but I can’t find any, this one looked promising but the feature I was looking for was locked behind a pay wall, I get that it’s cheap, I still don’t really have the money. If you reply, please try to recommend apps with the anywhere feature that may be free. Please and thank you!
Problem with app
I’m using this app for last 7 years or so never had any issues but recently I’ve had issues with it and it has been almost 3-4 days now since that we have not received any updates from tech support about it my request is can someone help us with app issues thx

Haha never had a Tech Support Department tell me, "the network configuration of a phone would unfortunately be out of our realm of expertise... this would have to be self-researched... our only suggestion would be doing some more self research as to why" before lol
App is almost a 10/10 when works, its like a 9.9/10 or 9.8/10 app. My 2013 iphone had no problems, 2021 iphone gave me problems until app became impossible to use.

Multi Screen issue
i love the idea of this application. it works great for the most part. the only big issue i’ve run into is that i can’t switch the monitor i’m viewing. i have a windows pc and i am using my phone to access it remotely. the app gives me the option to switch to my second monitor, but it is not allowing it for some reason. very upset at this because my second monitor is where most of my work gets done. if this gets fixed my review will be changed.

I would give this 4 stars if it worked but it just tells me to buy something when i try to connect.
Recent Updates
Removed a lot of customization/interface placement options that made this a great app. Not happy about the changes with the most recent updates. Makes the app much more challenging to use.
New update broke something
I can no longer use my mouse on my remote machine. Left click now works like alt tab. This is very frustrating.

I was an early adoter. I bought the Spashtop Remote Desktop for iOS and Kindle Fire. On Kindle I bought the regular version and the HD version. I also bought the Mac app Splashtop 2.
That said, I use to have access from anywhere via Gmail account. I received a message that I would keep my access if I switched to Splashtop Personal. I did, but never got the permanent upgrade. I sent a support request years ago, but it just went unanswered. I could see the ticket via the website. So, I sent a few follow up emails over ther years. I sent them screenshots of the offer and of my original support/ticket request that I made via the website that just stated pending/unanswered. Then I finally got a reply from someone and I am told that the offer has expired. I tried to get it when it was valid. I submitted a support request via the website. I sent a few follow up emails over the years. I sent screenshots of the Splashtop apps that I purchased. Nothing. I was given 3 months. I rarely used the app/service. I used the anywhere less than three times to show others. I only purchased it, because it seemed like something that would come in handy and it seemed cool.
