Pretty horrible
I would strongly advise against working with this company. The membership cancellation process is extremely problematic, none of the provided methods actually work. My experience with customer service was very disappointing, and after finally getting my membership canceled, I discovered months later that it had been reactivated without my consent and my card was being charged again.

This is an absolutely infuriating platform. Constant pop up chat from bots. Lack of product relevance. High prices. No acknowledgment from actual support chat. Then the inability to cancel membership without doing 3 hours of research and jumping through hoops. Nope, save yourself the headache and time.

SCAM ALERT!! One google search and you will find how awful spocket is. So many people have the same experiences. You sign up for free trial, cancel it and you are still charged even if you contact them to verify it was canceled. Now I have to contact the Bbb, FTC and possibly cancel my credit card. $99 a month!!
Scam. Do not use.
They will hold your info and charge you for a subscription you thought was cancelled and wasn’t. I just got hit with a $1,188 charge for a year of service I never used. They think their terms of service protects them. I’m disputing it with PayPal at the moment but wanted to make sure no matter how my event turns out this scam company is exposed for their fraudulent ways. If I can’t get PayPal to elevate it I will be going to the DA and claims courts against this.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
They are money hungry and charge you. I canceled through the website, PayPal and bank and they still charged my credit card that same day. They charged me 288. The refuse to take responsibility and blame their no refund policy which it bananas. It’s such a scam!
The worst
The products they sell are way over priced, they have horrid customer service, and they’re very dishonest. This week a bag that was advertised as being sold by a US company from the US was shipping from China. Customer Support literally blamed me for the issue. They offer no resolution and refused to refund the order. Emailed the issues I’m having to the CEO, also radio silence. There is nothing positive about spocket, any positive reviews are 100% fake.

Worst app
I love this app for my store but I hate dealing with it cause half of the time the pages don’t load. It’s like it hate iPhone cause it work well on android. It became a pain in the butt cause it slowing up my processing process.
Tech error
I can’t sign in because I use “sign in with Google” on the site, which isn’t available on the app. It’s a tech oversight! Pls fix that.
Don’t waste your time
Collected more money than they should have from me and are making it difficult to receive a proper refund. 😣 which is really sucky
Absolute Scam
Wow, another company that signs you up for a free trial that then auto renews using your credit card on iTunes. 100 charged and they think you won’t notice. Apple take this app down and other scams like it. Spocket get your act together.
Pushed live too early
At this point you can only add, remove, push to store. You can not do the most important features such as changes in description, pricing changes, adding tags. Basically you can jot do any typing on the iOS app. It directs you to their website to do all that. This app is not even helpful IMHO. They pushed it live too early it’s even annoying to use. Don’t know why they kept asking to download it. We have a business to conduct and I wish they would take that into consideration before asking us to download the app. This app is still in BETA and should have been advertised as such.
JUST DON’T USE IT
Reverse Google image search the product you are trying to dropship and find a supplier you can communicate with directly. Spocket is a a middle man that only makes things more difficult while charging prices that make no sense to get a profit. I only shipped out two orders with them. The first one never made it to the correct location and I have yet to receive proof of the address it was left at. I have lost money due to that and of course they claim I can’t be refunded nor anything else because it’s marked delivered. (Yet again no address was given to indicate it was left at the correct address) I’ve yet to receive an email letting me know that someone has called the post office and confirmed who and where the package was delivered to. There is no help because they got their money. The second item I ordered 3 days ago and still doesn’t have any tracking info. All in all just save your time and don’t use it.

If you signed up with google, there is no option to login in. Using the google credentials do not work.

I canceled after 3 days, then a year later got charged for a yearly plan. These guys are here to take your money and run.

Be aware, no refunds after trial
Usually I’m able to get a refund if I got charged for a subscription but don’t use or need it. But they refused to return. Kind of disappointing, they’re probably make more from forgotten subscriptions than from selling😄
Refund policy
It seems to be a pretty good app, just be careful with the subscriptions not everything is a 14 day trial, i had thought i was getting a 14 day trial before i bought the year but it doesnt give that, it starts right away, i understand it is my fault, but they should be better about that instead of being money hungry. I emailed them and they said they could not give me a refund and told me to read the terms and conditions 🤣
App feature doesn’t work.
I’ve only been a customer for a while now and the service you get with the Spocket team is amazing. Super quick customer service, very friendly and attentive staff. The biggest problem is that the Import List doesn’t load even when there’s only one item to be imported. If this were to be fixed, hands down five stars!!
