No Southwest Airlines
Southwest used to appear in all my searches, but I can no longer find most Southwest flights if it requires a transfer, and none through DAL, if it is the transfer airport for the flight I need. I have to look up flights on the Southwest app, write down all flights and connecting flights for each leg of the flight, then check each leg separately, and piece together an itinerary.
Lasted 5 minutes on my phone now put $6
Don’t waste your time. Entered a sample request and it is no where to be found but token is long gone and when trying to answer nothing but error message .. a refund would be wonderful
Stick with Staff Traveler
This app is dumb. It gives the exact same info you can get off ID90 or MyIDTravel but they charge you $40/year for the convenience of not logging in. They give you limited credits to request specifics for each class. They don’t even have people to answer requests from all airlines. Don’t waste your money.
Poor information at best
The app has a number of major flaws:
1. It includes airlines your airline does not have agreements with and omits airlines that you our airline does have agreements with.
2. The availability results are vague to the point of meaningless.
9+ is not the same thing as 16 or 33 or 40+ that another major standby app provides.
If you’re planning a Flight a week out and it says 9+ that doesn’t tell you much. But when another app will tell you 22 seats then that’s more meaningful.
It’s a waste of money.

Laughably bad
Subscription for what? Made 2 requests for US based airline - both ended up experiencing with no answer. Ended up listing on airline with “good” chances and didn’t get the seat. Then listed on “bad” chance airline loads estimate and I got the seat. It just inferior to staff traveler app in every way.

After it asked me to update my app and started to charge for a service, I’m going to delete the app right away. That’s disappointing.
Can't cancel subscription
The app works fine, but there's no way to access settings--a glitch sends you back to main page. No way to cancel your subscription and you have to keep paying forever. And no way to contact support shown on their website.
Premium not working
I’m paying for this premium app and it’s not showing flights.
Frustrated
I thought I liked the app. I have the paid version but every flight I look up today just see he’s then says an error occurred. Then I look for someone to contact to find out what the problem is but I can’t find any contact info to contact someone. Smh

I used this app a lot but then they started offering a subscription and now you can only look up flights for the same day?? not even the next day?? and it's $2 per week? cmon i'm sick of all these services doing subscription only to get any use out of them. I liked this app and i would be willing to pay for it if they didn't just take all the features away and slap a price on it.

Not working, it doesn’t show all the flights, not just one, there is a lot that never shows, it’s a waste of time using this app

No support
The app is decent and useful. I signed up to be an agent and provide loads for them, and that system is not great. It is hard to find any contact information for support, and I didn't get an answer to the email that I sent when I did find contact info
Not showing Southwest
I LOVED this app and have used it for a year now and been promoting it to other flight attendants. However, Southwest is no longer showing and that is my main airline at my airport. It’s really disappointing.
Going downhill
Loved this app when I first got it. Now southwest info is no longer available. I don’t need to pay to see the other airlines. Unfortunate because it was great when it included everyone. Happy to update this if you all can fix the issue.
Not Worth the Money
Absolutely loved this app before they started charging. Now you can only search for same day flights unless you pay for the premium subscription. Not worth it.
