I chose Stan Store because it claims to support small creators. That wasn’t my experience.

Cause I have on the app I cannot even use my phone or I keep on saying invalid phone number. even though is the phone number that I’ve used for everything for the past 10 years. but anyway, so I said I was playing with a low versatility and no carousels for my pictures in my products i.e. when I’m on video call only allowed one picture I just found that it was not very curated well.

This app is sooo frustrating there is NO customer service & trying to make an account is a literal pain the app & website are both uselesss
Beware of Stan
They are worst customer support ever they are not ready to help neither if you had fund try to remove it they had no customer service number it’s took them decades to reply back an email once you have more than 100 dollar sales they will embezzle the found and no where to contact them pls don’t download the app warning!!! Apple should remove it from App Store

I can’t even get into the app because it says I need to a valid phone number but I have lived in the US for my whole life and my phone number is valid it just wont accept it.
