Pay to play game that has more and more bugs every patch/update. Don’t waste your time or money on this game, the developers do not care about the players.

Latest update as usual glitches galore. In my up to date iPad it Reach’s 61% on loading screen and stops. No problem I’m getting sick of the constant scrolling to retrieve the daily “gifts” necessary to keep going. Collect something and the screen jumps back to the start so you have to scroll through all of it again to get the next item. Scrollpely web store is just the same too. Everything eventually costs $99.99 in the store and gets you nowhere. If you’re looking for Star Trek this is not what you want. It looks like it but the greed and glitches ruin everything. It says it is 354 megabytes but it is well over 3.45 Gigabytes at level 50 and Scrollpely/Digit has so much personalized content that the game doesn’t play well.

They keep asking me to change my review so here is the newest one. Scopely still owes me ship part converter tokens and they keep closing my support bug without responding to my loss. This has been happening for months but I don’t forget and I dont forgive. GIVE ME MY TOKENS.

Update M92 breaks more than it fixes. Plus adds more junk to add to problems. Im a level 59 and Im done with the game. Waited long enough for fixes to the game.

Don’t play this game, the customer support is terrible. They don’t explain anything just tell you this is how it is. They are inflexible and I unwilling to help even after you’ve invested significant time and money.
Scopely is a terrible company in my opinion for how it treats their customers

Limiting events based on lower levels, especially for events that are supposedly based on inclusivity, is exactly the opposite. It shows you do not value new players, casual players, or those enjoying their own pace of growth. Your ideals are disgusting and discriminatory. I feel devalued and unimportant and saddened I am unable to share in events with my friends.

They dont care about the technical problems in this game. Dont waste your time and especially your money! There are better games to play!!

This game used to be fun but now it’s an endless grind and mining game. You need to purchase loot chests to upgrade your ships, buildings and research. DO NOT PLAY or DOWNLOAD!!!!! You will be sorry!!! I just counted some of the purchases and stopped at $8000. Yes that’s correct, $8000!!! Scopely the developer is garbage and a bunch of thieves!!! DO NOT PLAY OR DOWNLOAD!!!!!

I hadn’t played this in so long, I had no clue how to play and just wanted to do a basic tutorial. Apparently you can’t just restart this game, I got emails from support (scopely) requesting all kind of personal information to “validate” my identity. I mean who’s running around sabotaging Star Trek iPhone games in 2026?! Easier to just delete, decided to leave a 1-star for the lack of support convenience.

I downloaded this game through base ball 9 to get gems. I did the quests as said on the game AND I GOT NOTHING! THIS GAME ISNT EVEN FUN! It’s missing from my reward sector AS WELL. FIX

To have $100+ packages for end game play and make it impossible to keep up with the rest of the server if you don’t. It is ridiculously expensive for a phone game.

So many glitches, they treat their players as QA testers. The game is 100% designed to make you spend real money. Quit playing after several years of it because Scopely turned it into a blatant money grab. They are actively making the game unplayable while making support nonexistent. It literally takes days to get responses when they run events that are a single day. Don’t play it. It is sunsetting.

Game is no longer playable. The quality control is non existent. Nice story line but the game glitches ruin everything.

Is only a scam

This company doesn’t like to listen to the players and make the normal game locked behind pay walls every month. If you want the same stuff you spend months on months but by then it’s too late. The ultimate fomo game , they never fix the bugs or problems for more than a day. Worst company ever! 0 stars

The lag / latency associated with gameplay makes the game borderline unplayable. Multiple restarts required for basic in game functions to materialize. Highly problematic during all aspects of gameplay. Would not recommend to anyone. Then factor in pay to win format and again would not recommend to anyone. Pick another game.

Off the top of my head, this is perhaps the most tedious and poorly developed studio produced games of all time. It is built from the ground up to addict users and through deception as well as blatant brute force expungement of in-game resources (items purchase themselves, ships kamikaze or retreat to base themselves, items and rewards purchased or earned will never see your inventory and purchase menus frequently rubberband at the exact moment you tap it tricking you into purchasing something you don’t tend to purchase), coerce players into habitually spending $100-$500 a month. Once you’ve been conditioned to playing upwards of 18-20 hours during certain event windows, buying some time to sleep and eat seems like a bargain for $100 once you’ve been hooked by the promise of progression (which is rarely actually perceivable). The game itself is clunky, rife with glitches and as unstable as it gets. It is never a joy to play and only on rare occasion when player-detectable progression actually occurs does the game approach feeling satisfactory. I would not describe the gameplay as fun at any time, and truly consider this more of a game-like social media lobby hub, which can be customized using an integrated digital goods market place. Every interaction with this game-like social media software product involves clicking a yellow exclamation mark, then waiting… either for a time to countdown so you can click it again, or for a tiny generic arrow that represents your spacecraft to move to the yellow exclamation point you’ve clicked which lies across a lifeless, wholly uninteractive universe (most enemies do not even attack, rather players tediously click tiny generic enemy triangles, which you guessed it, initiates a long, strangely quiet and disengaged attack event with yet another timer to tick down before battle results are displayed… yeah you don’t actually get to watch dynamic battle animations, just a stupidly long battle log filled with hundreds or even thousands of dice rolls that is utterly devoid of elegance to the point it is rarely useful) in-game events are depicted using sprite based dialogue windows, sans artistic flourishes that might add some much b desired charm and personality to the lackluster proceedings. Lacking most or all base level examples of a polished video game experience, such as voice performed dialogue, dynamic music, sound effects/licensed voice over catchphrases/any sound cue whatsoever during essential inputs and map interactions makes the game feel fully primitive and amateurish. In consideration that no effort has been made after several
years of content updates for the game-like social & digital media store hub to invoke even a smidgeon of immersion, the banal and primitive design concepts which permeate the entire game go from appearing laughable to indicators of unethical and avarice-motivated fiduciary practices on the part of Scopely. All of the written dialogue is generally a run-on cliche, with out-of-character characterizations comprising the vast majority of its scripted dialogues. Further, there is one type of mission: seek and destroy. And that also happens to be the only type of event that exists, besides spending in game resources as quickly as you acquire them (or not being able to progress for weeks while the game starves you), assuming the in game menus are not crashing the game or that the game servers don’t outright ignore user input/token tallying and in the process withhold even digital goods the player has purchased with government issued currency. Scopely Sr Management should be serving a six month stint in prison for fraud in my eyes. Amongst the worst video games of all time, and as mentioned, even referring to this social media hub connected digital goods platform is being rather generous.

Absolute joke. Scopely could not care less about this game, it’s not its cash cow like it’s precious Monopoly so why would they? Zero support. Zero follow through. Zero follow-up. They tell you that YOU’RE the issue, not the game. They will do and say everything EXCEPT owning this disgusting mess and continue to tell you that that’s how the game is designed, it wasn’t a glitch or error, here’s ONE latinum bar to shut you up. Thanks Scopely! You’re now on the same putrid level as Trump. Good job!

Game is totally bug ridden. It is like it never left beta testing. The little testing they do is in production with players being the testers. This would be tolerable if the game wasn’t totally pay to play with the packs costing $100. That’s not a typo. The other reviews are from paid posters and bots

I have been playing for years and the gameplay has continuously gotten worse. Today for instance, nothing is scoring, so cannot complete events or dailies because I do not know if I have killed enough hostiles. It is a mobile game, so I do not have enough time to stay on and guess! Then there is the constant unforgiving LAG! It has been an issue for over a year now and they (Scopely) have promised (liars) to fix it…nope! The community as a whole has consistently asked to fix all the broken issues and stop introducing new content (which consistently breaks the game more) and we have been ignored. You might ask why not stop playing…well this is my swan song before permanently quitting. At this juncture, the team (alliance) aspect is overwhelmed by the complete lack of coding competency by Scopely and made the overall experience more frustrating than enjoyable. Bottomline, find another game with a better developer, you will thank me.

Ridiculous how easy it is to lose a game profile with this app. The login on this game is stupid. If you switch phones, the game sends verification to your old phone/email to login. Lost my 2nd game account this way. As if the thousands of tracking attempts it sends everyday aren’t bad enough. No wonder the game is full of abandoned bases. At least two are mine that Scopely never was able to recover. Such a waste; the constant glitches, downtime and insane amount of in-game LAG, is making the game more a chore than a fun time. Later, all.

Normally as a game progresses and grows a game adds improvements, this game adds glitches and lag. There is a great community in game just gameplay keeps going sown hill. Developer doesn’t seem to care. Just cones up with new ways to get money from download content

Only way to progress in game is to drop over $100k. The game is boring. The updates break the game. The community is toxic they just talk about politics despite the game being for mostly 13 yr olds.

Runs slow. Endless glitches and get cheated on 100$ packs you spend on. One ship costs 15,000$ to fully upgrade, 6,000$ just to get it. Big players bully free to play.

There are really no redeeming qualities to this game anymore except for the dopamine hit you get from your daily “gifts” which are meant to entice you to pay. The lag is atrocious. There are a subset of players who have legitimately spent upwards of $250,000.00 on their account. I know one personally who has dropped $500,000.00 across two servers.
This game is where reason and fun give way to monotony and tedium. I’ve played for two years. I’ve regretted every minute for the last six months. The only reason I stay is for the people. At this point, it’s a chat room with a barely functional “game” attached. The player base has shrunk by about 20% in the last 9 months.
It’s a dying game. You WILL waste money on it. Then it will be put out to pasture.

This game allows bullying and the only response ever given is ‘it a PvP game.’ Toxic players ruin the game and drive all levels of players out of the game. Scopely will not listen or fix game mechanics. They will eventually apologize in response to this post. They are lying.

The game is fine if you don’t take is seriously and don’t spend your money on it. If you do spend money, you’re going to be disappointed. The devs/publisher ignore the community feedback 100% of the time and even worse make “changes” that directly and negatively impact the game that if I’m honest any person with 2 brain cells should know would go poorly.

Was fun but hate that you changed and nerfed the alliance choice tokens for the tournaments

This app can be fun, when working, but this app constantly has in game issues and Scopely is MIA when it comes to contacting them for help with said issues. The latest being my alliance admiral does not have any admiral capabilities. We decided to start a new alliance and I am admiral, which also has no capablilities…can’t invite players to join the alliance, don’t even see my profile listed as being a member, even tho it says I am admiral. Player count shows 0/50.

The game is intriguing. It costs a lot for extras . The game is always freezing, it closes out when your extras are coming in

I have been playing this game since it’s very inception. I love this game. It’s fun, engaging with other players and completing tasks and missions with a Star Trek storyline. The problem with this game over the past year or so is constant stability issues. Scoply will fix one thing and break five other things. It is very poorly managed. The servers go down a lot and there’s lots of lag and glitches. It didn’t used to be this way. I’ve always bought the battle pass every month, the plan on stopping until the stability issues get better. I love this game, please fix it.
